The staff was really friendly, not to expensive either. Got me a cast iron skillet, gonna cook me up an amazing breakfast you dont even know!! Breakfast for dinner!

Needed some dumbells for the wife. Got a pair of 10s and 15s, came out to 150 dollars for 50lbs of weights. Usually youd want to find things closer to $1 per lb.. Wife wanted them so we bought them. They were the last ones and were dinged up. Way over priced but thats what you get for going on store. Better to order online. Store cashier was nice.

Came for soccer equipment for a 5 yo. Asked where I could find a size 3 ball and youth soccer socks. The employee just pointed. There were 3 just chatting at the register. I could not find what I was looking for so I left

They had alot of clothes and shoes, but not much sporting equipment. That was the 2nd time weve have been there to get a metal detector and in 4 months they still didnt have any! So not going back there till they stick up.

I found these people inside working there to be Very helpful and willing to answer any of my questions and even informed me about quite a few things I really didnt know. Very organized and stocked store and I found the atmosphere very friendly and Id be willing to keep going back there A+

Came in with my boyfriend to pick up a firearm some guy named fransisco or Francesca something like that was rude and didnt know what he was doing. He even asked us how to use the rifle during the safe handling portion of the release. On top of this he was working in a grey tshirt that had food stains on it and black basketball shorts. Seems like this location is really going down hill. Maybe hire competent and professional employees especially ones who are handling firearms. Dont know how this guy is still working here.

The best Big5 location ever. Frank is the man. Always helpful throughout the store. Only reason I go to Big5 because Frank always gives you the VIP service. The other workers here are also very polite and helpful.

Went into the store and asked one of the guys if they have night vision item.He sat look at this area. When I saw what I was looking for. The same guy called his manager and ask if they have night vision item His manager answer NO we dont.I told the guy How come I can see the item just in front of me?He did came and open the cage and look at the item I was asking about.A second guy arrived and took the item in his hand and said We dont have batteries for it.The first guy try to explain to the second guy what he need to do, Meaning go and open a new batteries package and try it out.At this point I decided we are not going nowhere so I left the store So useless 3 guys in one store.The good thing is I will never have to see the again as I have no intention to visit this store any time in the future

Great hook up

Terrible job enforcing social distancing.Came in here 3 weeks ago and no issues. Didnt have to wait to go in just wear a mask.Now suddenly there can only be like 5 people in store and you dont have to wear the mask just have it around your neck. They let a family hold up the whole line for 15 minutes.Wont be returning to this location anytime soon.

So the store it self is pretty cool its on the smaller side but they pack it up the you know what with merchandise. Everytime I have gone they always have what Im looking for 90% of the staff has and is great with customer service the other 10% or sour sallies.....Im pretty sure they arent there anymore. But anywho the store is fien,clean,easy to find but if you have a stroller careful with the ankles around there.

Wanted to bring 3 bikes to Los Angeles for New Years Eve on my Nissan Sentra. Wasnt even sure this was even possible but after one call to Big 5 and a reasonable price we were off and riding with a great 3 bike trunk rack that was in stock and already assembled! Great product selection and stocking of in store quality gear. Thanks guys for helping us have a wonderful and memorable experience with your bike rack!

Had an amazing experience! The general manager,Frank, really knew his guns and ammo! He was also super nice and friendly! Id been searching everywhere for a magazine for my rifle and got no help from the bass pro shop. I called and Frank new exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock. Big 5 has the ammo and the accessories. Thanks again!!

Solid sporting goods store with a great selection, kind staff and good deals. They remind me of a cross between Academy and REI. Far bigger on the inside than it appears on the outside. Also they carry Coleman gas canisters for camp stoves which can be hard to find!

The guy at the gun counter was very helpful and pretty knowledgeable about the firearms. Its not as cheap as I would like but the other alternative is Wal Mart, and I typically dont have the patience for the bottom feeding urchin trailer trash that dwells within their isles. Its near a Target so I can grab my ammo and toothpaste in one shopping center.

Saw hiking boots on sale online called the store Jason in shoes was a great help he found my size and held them for me and waited until I got there he helped me find some for my boyfriend as well. Great service and the Store Mgr very nice.
