The place sells phones and their expertise is fixing them. Juan is very knowledgeable in repairs, but more importantly he is honest with the clients and he gives you all the information so you can make the right choice. Every time Ive been there everyone feels the same way. I even changed carriers and Im happy with Boost. The owner Zak is also very helpful and I can tell you I havent found a store like this one. They are there for you and I would recommend them. Very reputable!

These guys were fantastic. They had a battery replaced within 30 to 40 minutes of walking in the store. The place was clean, neat and they were very polite. Ill be back anytime I need something done with a phone to avoid the major network stores and getting sold a new phone when all I needed was a tune-up.

First google review I have ever done, and I’m glad it’s for this place. I went to BEST BUY IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA, with an appointment to get my iPhone SE battery replaced. APPLE had me put in all my phone info and made the appointment for me. Upon arrival a girl with black frame glasses informs me that they do not replace those batteries. I then politely ask her why then would they ask for the specifics of my phone and give me an appointment? Of course she didn’t know.So, a quick google search later I found this little establishment literally up the street. Zak, the nice owner, was super flexible with his time and help and was able to replace my battery at a whims notice. So thankful for his help, outstanding service, and great attitude. If you need your phone or tablet repaired come here, DON’T go to an overpriced Apple related retailer.

Good service, Nice repairman. Middle of the road pricing for replacement of iPhone 7 screen, but the job got done right the first time and was fairly quick and smooth. Wish they would answer their phones so I could have asked for pricing before driving out there...but it is what it is...
