I had a great experience here with Jules. She was very patient and explained in detail what I was adding to my account and paying for. She was not pushy at all in trying to make a sell. I will definitely be using this location again in the future. The facility was clean and safety measures for Covid were practiced.

We had a great experience at this T-Mobile location! Jules was the associate that helped us out and she was wonderful! She explained everything well and was very friendly. Leaving, we didnt have any questions or concerns about whether anything was missed or that we didnt understand anything correctly. I dont think weve ever had such a great experience at any mobile phone store.

My visit started with calling to verify if the store was open. Jules answered promptly and gave me the hours of the store. She also informed me that she would be happy to assist me in X amount of time if I would like to come in.Upon entering she was the first one to greet me and another employee came from the back to ensure I was being helped. Loved the customer service, and Jules was very informative, she helped me with all my questions and protection for my new phone. Thanks Jules! Will be returning for any phone needs.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone! the service was absolutely amazing especially Jules who helped my boyfriend and I get the phones we wanted! She was so helpful with contacting other carriers and walked us through all steps to change over to T mobile. All employees were super personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store was super clean and totally compliant to all Covid regulations. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Jyles r was the best! Very patient and gave great advice on which IPhone to trade my 7+ for I went with the 11 and she helped with the accessories and setting up my phone. she’s always so helpful to me and my family when we come in. She was so very patient with my mom as she is so complicated. She was able to help us trade all 4 of our phones and we live that she spoke Spanish! We love the customer service they give off at the store as soon as you walk in. Thank you!!

I enjoy coming to this location they are very friendly and Jules is really cool ask for her help cause she is nice and patient. Don’t go to Victoria gardens there snobby and rude and they want you out Even when buying an iPhone! There like don’t touch the box as if you were going to steal it and didn’t want to help me find a case but said “over there”...... go to foothill!

This post is reviewing Jules who works at this location. Ive had to go in multiple times for warranty exchanges and have been helped by her. She is incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and wonderful. Shes honest and goes above and beyond to help out the customer.She remembered me even though it was months in between visits and picked up right we had left off, offering tailored customer service.TMobile should use her customer service skills as an example of how to work with customers and offer the best service.

Great location with very helpful staff especially Jules who helped me recently switch from one OS to another and transfer all my info. She helped me out while upgrading my phone as well as explain all the details on my warranties and such plus convinced and helped out 2 more members on my plan to upgrade. Very rude customer service agent while I was on the phone with him.I asked if we had to wear a mask he said yes.I had mentioned how wearing a mask was hard on me because of asthma and the problems associated with it especially N95 masks.Well he hung up on me and I didnt realize it.So I called back and probably same agent hung up again. I called back to finish asking a question and they would answer the phone.I would not recommend the store ever

Thank you Ms. Jules R. For your great customer service today. You took the time to explain the phones that my mom had questions on. My mother is extremely happy with her new cell. Thank you for explaining how the warranty works with the cell phone cases. Its was our 1st time in this location and had a great experience. In addition the store was clean. Team member assured to disinfect and wipe down areas. Team member also assured that customers were using face mask covering noise and mouth. A customer walked in with a face mask and stated she couldnt cover her noise because it was hard for her to breath. The tmobile member informed customer nicely to please step out side for the protection of customers currently in the store. This store is really looking out for the protection of customers. Thank you Ms. Jules and tmobile store members for a great clean experience.

Great customer service very attentive... Last time I walked in and was helped immediately... John is the best... Upper management was very attentive made sure that what I needed was taken care of... I wish I could take away stars instead of giving 1. Jeannette was awful!! Ive never experienced customer service like this before. We started off with a very nice guy whos works there Jeannette just interrupted us completely took over and had an attitude to begin with. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what. I think even the guy noticed it. she kept changing prices on us. She wanted us to pay almost 1500 for two phones with a contract it was ridiculous and I feel like she was trying to scam us. Because of her attitude and that outrageous price we decided to go with Sprint and found out that she was overcharging us by a lot. We got two s9 + and chose to put a down payment of 400$ even though they didnt require a down payment. Not only did we get the exact phones we wanted, we also received free phone cases and screen protector glass as well as the Hulu and tidal deal.

ITS FOR T-MOBIL, NOT THE STORE, ON 5/11/17 BOUGHT LG V-20 PAYING TONS OF MONEY. IN 2 MONTHS IT WENT DEAD WITHOUT ANY REASON. HAD TO PAY $20 TO GET REPLACE PHONE. AFTER ONE WEEK,WHAT I GOT WAS RE-FURBISHED USED PHONE AND THEY SAID THAT THE ONLY WAY THEY COULD HANDLE THE CASE.ALSO THEY SAID THE FACTORY WARRANTY GOES ONLY ONE YEAR FROM THE DAY ORIGINALLY BOUGHT. WHICH MEANS IF THE PHONE GOES DEFECTIVE ON 5/12/18, THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. THAT SUCKS! THAT SUCKS!! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS!!!!!!!

Terribly customer service over that store. My family need to open lines and another two customers are also waiting behind us. They have two staffs over there. One is helping customer with the new phone,the other one name JULIE just chatting with customer about the hair for about 10mins and make us just waiting. When it’s our turn she performs rudely with the service. May choose other carriers just because of this kind of service!! How come T-mobile hire unqualified person do the service job!

The employees at this store are incompetent. We were told by customer service that a jump on demand return must be done in store and the employee did not even look at our account, but instead went to the desk and took a phone call then went to the back and came back out saying his manager could not accept the old phone. We told him again customer service said otherwise and he said what was that?. I told him, I just said it twice and did not repeat myself. He then got cheeky with us and when we asked again why his manager couldnt accept it, he said I just said it twice.I have never before been treated so rudely by someone. This store will never again have my business.

Had previously been helped by a guy named Ford. Went back to this store specifically for his help to get the new iPhone 6S Plus 128. While waiting I saw Ford with his pants around his thighs and his underwear sticking out for all the world. This isnt fashion, its disgusting. Left the store.

Customer here is awful! I was at the store two times today. The first time there was only one person helping. When I asked him how long it would take, he did not give me a definite response. All he said was, hold on and went to the back.The second time, I had two people helping, who looked like they did not know whta they were doing. They kept going back and forth between each other. Not good service at all. I spent all my lunch waiting and did not get my phone after all.

5 bars of connection issues. Apparently T mobiles business plan is to over sell their bandwidth. Texts dont go out or come in some times, same for phone calls (despite showing full strength signal), data is also affected. Switched because it was SUPPOSED to be cheaper, but now I have a high bill and terrible, unreliable service. Nothing bad to say about the store, or employees, just the service I pay for.

I was helped by Alec I think his name is and he gave me a pretty bs reason as to why he couldnt upgrade my phone until 11/28 and didnt really try after that I left called customer service and told them what I was told by him and guess what got my upgrade my I phone 7 plus 128 go jet black will be delivered by Thursday never Goin to this location again

Ive decided to write my 1st Google review on an experience that was incredibly awful. I was misled by one of the sales representatives about a promo (upgraded on Aug. 15 been a tmobile customer for 10+ years) and was told that I can return it within two weeks, alas today is the 29th and we go in and the lady - Debra - was incredibly condescending from the get go, unwilling to make compromises even to a T-Mobile representative over the phone. Im in shock still as I write this, this has deeply offended me, my girlfriend and my mother. This is absolutely one of the worst T-Mobile stores in the I.E. I totally understand why theyre at 1.9 stars right now it fits their below average customer service.

If there are negative stars, I would have place it at -5 star. Just like the other reviewer mentioned. Walked in for more than 5 minutes without any help. A white lady came in on a cell phone walk right up and got help while still on the phone. I was ignored.Ask them when is my turn to get help after the cut-in lady, a sales ask for my name and said will call me when ready. 10 min. later, the other sales start to help another cut-in customer without calling me. I was ignored again. Another 10 min. later, I walked up to one of the sale, Daniel, and start asking my questions because he was talking none related subject with the customer. I begin to believe that they allow cut-in. But he said we are very busy and you will have to wait in the orderly fashion. He saw the whole thing but replied me with a dirty smile like I got you. WTF!! No service, bad attitude, no more customers, and you will loose your job douchebag, .I hope John J. Legere (T-Mobil CEO) can read this and just relocate Daniel to Siberia T-Mobil store. I own a company for 15+ years, Daniel will be the first to go with such attitude to customers. And John should just do what I would do. That was my second visit to the store and had the same prior experience on the first time already. Ive never write bad comment on any store because I know it will hurt the store, but this one is way off the scope.Sincerely
