Expected to give this place 5 stars because service was great the first time I went for my wife’s phone. They fixed fast was very happy. Than broke again later, went back and they fixed again didn’t even bring up. This time the back was cracked, they wanted to charge me 200 for front and back I thought was over priced. Shopped around it definitely was overpriced. The screen broke twice after they fixed. The owner or manager came out and even noticed my vehicle and said to bring my coworkers. I help manage a store with over 350 people and I will make sure not to send them over for poor quality work.

Called about two hours before close to ask if walk ins were available or if I needed an appointment. They told me walk ins were fine and invited me to come in same day. Simply Amazing! I was completely distraught when I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus and the screen shattered to the point that the LCD was damaged and lines were going through my screen. All photos of my three toddlers are on my phone so I was rather saddened because I just knew my phone wasnt able to be repaired. Came in to get my husbands screen fixed so we could trade the phone out with our carrier for a new one and we left with a broken phone. His phone was in perfect condition besides the cracked screen before going here. This is my 2nd time to mobile fixerz and for the 2nd time they do not disappoint in their quality of service! I came to them in 2018 and I like most people was looking for a fair price for screen replacement and repair. I had damage to my phone again in 2019 but I decided to try a different repair place and that was a big mistake. Not only were they much higher in price but their quality in service was subpar. This 3rd time in 2020 I price checked around to 7 different places and mobile fixerz had them all beat on the price quoted. Dont sleep on this company, their pricing and service will keep you coming back. Ask for Antoinette or Christian, 2 good customer service reps.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.Terrible service, and did not deliver the product fixed as promised. I went in for a simple phone screen repair, they said they needed my password. I like many other people are skeptical of people using my password. I closed all of my apps on my phone before presenting it to them and when I received my phone my photos app was open. In other words, THEY WENT THROUGH MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS ALL OF MY DATA AND INFORMATION WAS COMPROMISED AND BREACHED. The older African-American gentleman with ear piercings kept flirting, and was very rude, and short with me, he promised me a certain price, but his front desk worker tried to charge me a HIGHER PRICE by nearly 30 DOLLARS HIGHER. To top it all off when they were finished they said that my phone speaker broke, and you cant hear unless its on speaker or had headphones. There was nothing wrong with my speaker at all, they purposely broke my speaker to get me to pay for it, so they could hustle me out of my money. They said it would take one hour but it took them two days to finish a simple phone screen repair, AND THEY BROKE MY PHONE SPEAKER, and WENT THROUGH MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS. Who knows what they did during this 48 hour period. Lastly, Google, notified me that someone had my GMAIL PASSWORD in SAN FRANCISCO and tried to sign in, but Google blocked the Log in. I truly believe that this was them because this has never happened to me! SO IF YOU WANT YOUR PHONE SPEAKER TO BE BROKEN BY THEM TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY, IF YOU WANT YOUR PICTURES AND VIDEOS TO BE STOLEN AND LOOKED THROUGH, IF YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED A HIGHER PRICE THAN WHAT YOU WERE PROMISED, HUSTLED, AND BAMBOOZLED, AND DISRESPECTED THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.I will be pursuing legal action against them. I attached a screenshot of their attempt to sign into my email account.

First let me say that the staff are very friendly and their prices are decent. Now for my rant: they replaced the screen on my husbands note 4 and as soon as I got home we realized the screen was lifted in the upper left corner. Guess what, because it was lifted the screen cracked less than 24hrs after they fixed it! I took it back and they said their 90 day warranty didnt cover the crack. I paid to have a new screen replacement. When I picked it up I told them immediately that the screen was lifted at the bottom of the phone near the home button. They promised the phone would be fine etc... I was irritated and just left. Guess what? Less than a week later it cracks! No we did not drop it or hit it against anything! I hate having to post this.. maybe they just arent familiar with the Notes.. all I know is that I spent enough money to have my husbands phone fixed correctly. I was polite and friendly, but the service I received was not satisfactory to say the least!

Everywhere quoted me high prices but mobile fixerz gave me the most reasonable quote.The receptionist when i walked in was friendly and attentive. So grateful to find this business! My iPhone 5c screen shattered last night. I called this morning, dropped my phone off after work.
