Great Customer Service! I went in on a Saturday morning with my daughter to get 2 new phones. Albert was great a great sales rep. He took his time explaining our options and made sure to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Waited for 30 mins with our name down for next available person. One of the employees finished up with another customer, we waited to see if we get called up next. Nope, someone walked in an that employee ran and attended that person. While we are waiting... I will just continue to purchase my devices at Costco. Thanks for the help.

Very wonderful experience. Kind people and helpful. We just had a basic phone to replace to warranty and they treated us really well. This is our favorite store. The one at victoria garden is not a very good experience. Do not go there... Go here.

Let me just say, I have been to many Verizon stores and Christian (the solutions specialist) was absolutely phenomenal. I GIVE CHRISTIAN A 5 STAR REVIEW. He is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at what he does and I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!! He knows exactly what he is doing and provided a 10/10 experience with explaining our upgrade options, the differences between iphones, our 5g network coverage, etc. Really really awesome job. Above & totally beyond. And super nice guy and gentleman. Thank you Christian!

Came here to pick up an order. Checked the store hours before I came and it says 10-6. The Verizon app says between 2/16 and 2/22 the hours is 10-6 too. I arrived at 5:30 pm but was told it’s closed and refused to handle my order pickup. I asked the guard what’s their hours, she said with an uncertain tone that it’s 10-5. If that’s the hours, please update your information to save everyone’s time. Or if you are closing earlier than posted hours, be honest and tell the customer nicely, don’t make it like I’m bothering you by showing up at after hours.

Horrible customer service full of lies and false promises went there was quoted at 140 for 4 lines and was told all my devices were compatible so they transfer over my service to say they didnt work and they would give me free phones just pay taxes, paid taxes up front just to be hit with a bill of 400 and over a 1000$ for the supposedly free phones been getting the run around every since not to mentioned they didnt have phone in stock so I had to wait week and was still billed while I waited and my 2 kids line havent work since getting them a waste of time and money

Went in a month ago, forgot the chicks name, black, braids and said she been working for Verizon over 15 years. Went in to get my boost mobile phone switched to theyre service, she promised me it would work guaranteed and left after 4 hours of trying, no service and they are charging me 300.00 or it goes to my credit. Be aware people, class action lawsuit is needed, its the right thing to do and is not the first time for verizon.

The reps are doing what they can, they are working hard, and were pleasant, but Verizon as a company has diminished considerably in their ability to provide assistance and service in a timely fashion, and theyre trying to blame a pandemic. This is a sad excuse, more people need jobs than ever and it 40 minutes of wait time to activate a phone, then you cut the people off who are holding so they have to start over, shame on you Verizon. Im old enough to remember when you were top notch, not anymore.

Approx 2 customers entered store during that time...1 hour 45 minutes for a box really. I am a customer with 5 lines and been with Verizon over 21 years...Really???? Rethinking some things

STAY AWAY FROM VERIZONThe staff at this store are sneaky, rude, and absolute liars. I went in the store with my roommate to pay her bill and MELINA convinced us that if I switched over from T-Mobile and joined a plan with my roommate, it would lower both of our monthly phone bills.She proceeded to tell me that they had a trade in offer going on. She told me I would receive $300 trade-in value to pay off my old phone with t-mobile.Upon switching, I had not heard anything about my phone being paid off through T-Mobile, so I reached out to the store only to find out that I had been lied to and misguided by our salesperson MELINA.Apparently, they do not buy out contracts or pay off phones from other companies. Instead, I was told the $300 I was promised would be discounted from my monthly bill over a period of 2 years.Melina did not explain this to me WHATSOEVER. Then, I was left to pay off my contract with T-Mobile - Almost $400 out of pocket. Who in their right mind would make that choice. I thought my contract with T-Mobile was going to be paid off. I was definitely misled and feel extremely taken advantage of.TO TOP THIS ALL OFF, the day we left the store after I switched to Verizon, I got a call from a private number and from a males voice on the other side of the phone, I was told Hi, I work at Verizon and I got your number from your paperwork. Me and my coworker think you and your friend were super cute and wed love to take you guys out sometimeHOW ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO MENTION ILLEGAL. He stole my private information to try to date me. I was absolutely disgusted.I attempted to speak with management on multiple occasions. I told them about the deceit from salesperson Melina and the absolute unprofessionalism of 2 of their sales reps stealing my private information for personal gain.Management told me there was nothing they could do for me. I attempted to go to a different Verizon store to get answers and it was even less helpful.Now Im stuck paying a monthly bill that is equivalent to what my T-Mobile bill was, when I was promised it would be lower and had to pay out off pocket nearly $400 to T-Mobile when I was promised it was going to be taken care of by Verizon.And the cherry on top, I feel unsafe that my private information is so easily stolen and no repercussions were made to make me feel safer. These people have my address and could show up at my door anytime.Absolutely disappointed in you Verizon.

Excellent quality service at this location. I was immediately greeted by a Verizon Associate who identified what my needs were and asked for my CellPhone number. After that, I was receiving status every 2 minutes on my position in line for an associate who would fill my request. 6 minutes, an Associate appeared with the product that I requested. Great service at this location.

We did eventually get our phones and plans situated. But we had to return to the store several times, our rep seemed interested in other customers and less focused on us. Our sign up was supposed to come with gift cards and Google home devices. Never received anything. Forget trying to get them to follow up. They deflect and say its out of there hands, and then a Verizon rep at the call center says other wise. Not worth the headache. BUT I love my Pixel 2 phone, and despite the headache at the store, Im happy with my service.

Had no problem selling me cases (tried several times for upcharges), but when I needed some technical support they gave me instructions typed out and watched me for another 45 minutes trying to figure it out. Never again asking me to help. 6 guys standing around on their phones the whole time. The customer service over the phone was terrible as well. Waited on hold for an hour before I finally got frustrated and hung up. Verizons service is Terrible. Overcharged.

We are loyal customers of Verizon since 2011. During New Year week, T Mobile offered buy one get one free of Samsung S10 plus unlimited data for $120 including taxes - $15 Veteran discount. Being a loyal customer, we (three lines) contacted Verizon to find out matching of T Mobile plan on 1.2.20 at 12:24 PM. Verizon customer service representative retained us for more than one hour & confirmed $104.56 monthly bill after $39 discount including veteran + two phones for $25/month/24 months - $80 activation fees waver. He advised us to go to a nearest Verizon store & pick up the phones as everything is recorded in the system. I went to this store & nothing was found in the system! Manager told me that they have nothing to do with customer service promises. He advised me to deal through customer service.Unfortunately, my bill went up to $148 as against earlier $98 for 12 GB. I posted my complaint in the Verizon community forums with the picture of T Mobile hand written offer. We were contacted by the customer service & they admited the mess up but nothing can be done. I went to this store again & waited for more than one hour but the person was nice to me & explained that the bill is dropped down to $110 plus taxes no veteran discount & no buy one get one free phone. In other words, Verizon tricked us to retain our three lines. I strongly recommend Verizon customers to obtain text or email confirmation of promises made before you let go the representative as they are most unreliable & Verizon does not take responsibility for the promises given by its ambassadors. We learned it in a hard way as we missed T Mobiles great plan. We are very unhappy with Verizon & looking forward to switch over to another carrier ASAP. 1.29.20. No response till today.

Went to this store today because of ongoing software issues with my phone which is covered by the insurance i pay for every month. When they realized that I was eligible for an upgrade they immediately tried to sell me an upgrade instead of addressing my concerns- concerns for which I previously visited the same store. When I declined, they started to inspect my phone for damage. They noticed that my tempered glass screen protector was cracked and informed me that if the actual phone screen was broken that I would have to pay a deductible. They made me remove my screen protector which revealed that my screen was in flawless condition. Since there was nothing wrong with the screen they then focused on the outer bezel of the phone which had normal where and then informed me that for that reason I would have to pay a deductible. So they gave me two options. Either pay a $149 deductible or upgrade my phone and increase my monthly bill. I declined both.Do you think they offered to replace my tempered glass screen protector? Hell no!Not a good look for you, Verizon.

The last time I visited this Verizon location I was very unsatisfied with the customer service. Going in the second time with that in mind I did not expect such an incredible experience. It was busier than usual however the sales team quickly tended to me shortly after I walked in. The woman who helped me was patient and broke down my bill with me so I could better understand what was going on with recent charges. Im happy to say I will be visiting this location more often when I have questions regarding my account.

The Manager Eric was a jerk. I bought the new Galaxy 5g S10 one the 7-10-2019, came back into the store on 7-11-2019 to get a copy of my receipt, same Associate and manager Eric that help me the day before that remember me by face and greet me. Would not give me a copy of my receipt because I forgot my ID, asked if their was another to validate my account. After a few phone calls to verizon. I was able to get my receipt. I know in a perfect world everyone always have their ID on them. But things happen from time to time where you forget things. If this guy didnt remember me for the previous day and I just came off the street, I would have been a little more understanding. I just hope this guy forget his ID and he meets himself on the other side of the counter

Not a fan of Verizon (even though I have their service) and this store doesnt do much to change my mind. Ive had so many issues over the years, but better to figure on the now. Staff is friendly and its probably because they are new, at least thats the excuse when you have problems. Its nice and clean so thats a plus. Its amazing how they dont have wifi, well at least not for customers. Youll have to use data on your plan to back up your phone and swap it out.... Guess anything to make a buck. Definitely not the cheapest.

My daughter’s Galaxy S9 failed to install firmware at 30% and she told me that because I removed the sim card the warranty is voided so she told me to take it to Best Buy to fix it and didn’t even offer to fix. The reason I had to remove the sim card is because I had to give a phone that works to my daughter. So I took it to Costco where I bought the phone and met a rep from Verizon and he told me that removing the sim card does not void the warranty. By the way, that’s where you put the extra memory card. Verizon employees are incompetent, very rude and uncaring about their customers.

Horrible horrible customer service. I do customer service myself, and if I were to conduct myself they way these folks do, I would be out of a job. If I ask a question you dont have an answer to, SAY SO...dont try and BS your way out of it. Rude is also a word that comes to mind. One word, short, rude answers dont cut it. I will never go to that store again, and as soon as my contract is up, I will use another provider. I dont mind paying more money for better customer service. Ive been a long time customer with Verizon, and this store has done enough to ruin the business relationship I have with Verizon.

Great job store. Had issues because a store on Milliken Ave would not sell me a phone for the full retail price of 699. So I called Verizon and they talked to MJ at this store and he was more that helpful to sell me a device for that price and not force me into a contract. When there Jacob assisted me and showed me all the cool things I can buy to connect my phone to like turn on my home lights to watch a wireless camera. Great service. love the phone. Note 3.

All nice and friend till they brake your phone and will not get it fix. I go in to the store with my my wife to get are gmail fix because it keeps telling us that sign in has failed. Well I give the lady my phone first and then boom she drops my phone and i only had my phone for four days after that they twll me i have insurance so give them a call after that i walked out and left my wife in the store because i was about to say things that would got me in trouble. So I called the Verizon customer service to see what they can do for me well Im still working on. But dont go to that store if you like your phone.
