Really cool tiki vibe. And has a restaurant with a patio by the pool. They play Hawaiian music by the pool and staff is really friendly and helpful. It also has a large grass area for picnicking near the pool area Surrounded by Palm trees. Everybody was having a really fun, relaxed enjoyable weekend.

Horrible service. Called and spoke to Lucas or Lucas and asked for an estimate on a screen replacement on a specific phone model. He told me I had to physically come into the store to get an estimate. I told him exactly what was wrong with the phone screen and I need the entire screen and sentitizer replaced. He said he wouldnt give me a estimate because he had to see it. He stopped talking to me and wouldnt say anything. I called back and he hung up on me after hearing it was me. I tried calling again and he wont answer my call. Let me be clear. Ive used them before to replace the screen on my wifes phone (same model, same repair needed) and they were great. Had to order parts, took a few days but once the parts were in they fixed it in under an hour. Maybe this Lucas guy is new but Id hate to have an employee talk to my future and past clients that he did. I hate to say it but I would not recommend this repair place.

What a great place! We went in with a shattered phone screen and we were out of there in 28 minutes. The person that helped us was kind, caring and respectful. The price was half of what Apple charges.

Ive been going to Gadget Tech for a few years now for my entire family. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and quick excellent service is provided each time. They have very reasonable prices and I trust their work.

Ive had my phone screen fixed twice with them, and my mother has had hers done here as well. They are quick and have good prices compared to some of the other repair places around. Great friendly staff, who know what they are doing and know alot as well :)

DON’T COME HERE!!!!!Dropped of a ps4 to be repaired early October 2020 and everything seemed fine. They warned me prior that it might’ve been something that isn’t repairable. No problem, gave them $35 to diagnose and just make sure.Long story short I heard no update for 4 weeks. Called and spoke to a guy who told me their repair person was not returning calls, taking forever and wasn’t coming in on expected days. Even mentioned they were trying to fire him over the phone. Told me that if I hadn’t heard anything within a week please call back and ask for another update and assured me they’ll be getting to it soon.Gave them TWO weeks (again I wasn’t in a rush because it might not be usable anyway) and no updates. I had to call again and finally they told me this was the case and it was ready for pickup. We’re in mid November now and I came in to pick up my ps4 and another guy tried to give me the wrong one. Once I told him it wasn’t mine he began asking me if any of the others they had was mine. After showing me 2-3 more with no luck he texted his manager and repair guy to find out what’s going on. Mind you I stood there for at least 30-45 minutes as he was waiting for replies and texting back. Can’t you make phone calls to speed it up while I’m there? Not my fault it was wrong. After waiting he finds out that the repair guy apparently still had my ps4 at his shop. So basically a BIG waste of time showing up for them to realize they should double check their own stuff.In the meantime I needed to repair an iPad so I dropped it off and gave them a second chance, luckily they didn’t screw it up and I got a text about a week later on Dec. 9th saying “my device was ready to be picked up.” Knowing I had two I asked them which one. THEY SAY THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE IN MY NAME IS AN IPAD AND NO PS4. Obviously I’m thinking this is crazy and I tell them which ps4 it is and the person texting me says they’ll take a second look. Told them it is one that isn’t repairable so hopefully they have something to go off of that they really should’ve already known but whatever. I pick up the ipad and there’s no issues there. iPad looked good so I will give them that.All this time I get no updates on the ps4 unless I have asked or called!!FINALLY, on Dec. 16th they tell me my os4 is back at the shop and ready to be picked up. I come in today which is Dec. 23rd to pick it up and to my surprise, THE SAME GUY FROM THE FIRST TIME HAD TRIED TO GIVE ME THE WRONG ONE AGAIN. The second I saw it I knew it was wrong (mine is slim and they had the regular) and he tells me this is the one his manager insisted was the right one and it’s the only one they have in the store. I told him his manager (Taylor) can say whatever they want but you’re not going to convince me what I know is not true. Basically tells me Taylor will be there tomorrow and I will need to talk to her. THANKS FOR THE HELP!! I asked if Taylor can call or text me instead and he said he can’t give out personal information. I thought to myself obviously I’m not asking for a personal call they can call me from a store line or text me like they did before from there even tomorrow but whatever at this point I will be going in tomorrow or calling to figure out what their problem is this time.I’ve been super patient with them but it’s been almost 3 full months since I dropped off my ps4 and I’m just trying to get it back. For god sakes it’s broken so I’m not mad at the world but it definitely is not professional and it’s really a big waste of time going through this . Hoping someone from Gadget tech actually sees this and helps out. In the meantime, will post an update and DONT COME HERE SAVE YOUR TIME!!!*****LATEST UPDATE*****: it’s now February 26th and no update from Taylor who I last spoke to 3 weeks ago and told me she would call me back. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

Unfortunately my wife had dropped her iPhone and shattered the glass we were pushed for time and since most Apple stores are closed we started googling different places in Rancho Cucamonga that could help us we came across gadget Tech right off of foothill and center in Rancho Cucamonga we call them and they said come on in we can fix your phone within 45. Their workmanship was flawless the phone looks great and there was absolutely no way. I would encourage you to use this business as they did us an outstanding favor to get it done quickly.

Went here to fix a scratch on my camera lens. The camera and everything on the phone at the time was working perfectly. It was just a scratch. After they replaced the camera lens, the female worker said that there’s something wrong with my camera and that the picture/video now starts to shake. I have never had this problem ever before. It’s pretty convenient that I now have a problem after taking it here. The worker recommended I spend another $100 to have it fixed. Such BS! I would never recommend this place anywhere. They’ll try to trick you into paying more by breaking something... oh btw they’ll replace parts with USED parts from other customers. STAY AWAY!

Great experience as always! Jake is super friendly and answered all my questions regarding my repair. It had a board issue that needed to be sent out to their specialist. Quick turnaround time and my phone works again! I was so scared I would lose all of my pictures and have to buy a new phone. Esti was so kind and kept in contact with me throughout the 3 days I didn’t have my phone. They even had a loaner phone for me to use in the mean time. My boyfriend took his Note10+ phone here for replacement of the NFC charging coil. He had already diagnosed the problem before drop off on the 5th and left a pre-authorization for a repair amount. A week later, after no contact from them, he called and was told that the tech working on his phone wasnt available but would call him back that afternoon. He never received a call back. When he got ahold of them today they claimed that they had tried to contact him after it was dropped off to tell him they couldnt get the part. He picked up his phone today and it hadnt even been put back together properly, adhesive residue was left over and the glass was not set properly, coming up with slight pressure not even using tools.

Excellent service! I called 15 places before I found these guys and everyone either wanted $100 or couldnt do it. All I had was a cracked iPhone 6 screen. They made it look brand new for a really great price and did it in an hour. Definitely recommending them to everyone I know.

These guys are awesome! I came in today to repair my iPhone 6s cracked screen and they were able to get it done in less than 15 minutes! I also got one of their tempered glass screen protectors which comes with a lifetime warranty! Rather than waiting for a new tempered glass to be sent to me, I just take my phone in to them and they replace it on the spot! Great service, great quality repair, and unbeatable prices! Found them while I was at the car wash and thank god!! I had brought them my iPad after a few other repair stores told me it wasn’t going to be fixable. Heard about them on a forum for Rancho Cucamonga and will be coming back! They finished my iPhone same day and my repair had a manufacturer warranty with it. Tested the phone in front of me and had a good deal on cases. A little hard to find but worth it.

My wifes iPhone screen just stopped working. We decided to try this place. The person who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The phone was fixed and we were on our way in what felt like no more than 10-15 mins.

Came from riverside just to get my phone fixed by them. The service was spectacular, the screen quality was 10x better then what I had on before. I came in with my phone blacked out and here I am writing a review on my new screen. Thanks gadget tech you really saved my day. Now I have a practically new phone. They fixed my Mac air book that had been broken for 6 months in 2 days. I was so relieved. They are nice, professional and efficient. Most importantly I went to apple and they said it would be a $500-$800 fix and they fixed it for $150!!!

I have used this place a number of times and will never go back again. I brought my sons phone in and was given a quote for the repair. I stated that I did not want to pay over a certain amount because I would be able to just get a new phone with my insurance and pay the deductible. The young lady quoted me the price and said it would be done in 25 minutes. I waited in the lobby of the car wash. No one came to get me, so after 30 minutes I went inside. Another guy was working and said it would cost an additional $200. I said no. They then, charged me $25 for a diagnostic fee, which was never mentioned upfront. He said it was on the invoice, but it was never checked. There was a quote for my requested repairs. The girl even admitted to him that she had quoted me the price and the time to fix it. He even tried to get me to still do the repair they initially quoted even though he said the phone would not work with that repair. He was trying to get me to pay $70 to fix something even though I made it clear I was going to just get a new phone. I will never go back again. I feel they are scam artists who have no loyalty to frequent customers. I wasted $25 and feel I should have never been charged. I made it clear, I would not spend over a certain amount and they should have just been upfront instead of trying to get money out of me, even without fixing my phone.

We walked in this morning with my daughter’s iPhone 7 in need of a screen replacement, we were met by very nice associates who laid out our options, we decided to go with the OEM screen. Fantastic workmanship and would recommend Gadget Tech again. Thank you.

Went in to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and was very unhappy with the outcome. I was informed that my LCD was messed up so it was going to cost more then the usual “$40” to get it fixed. FIRST, when I returned to pick up my phone they asked me if I’d like the tempered glass. I replied no thank you and he insisted on me getting it. He said he’d give it to me for only 10$ so I agreed to it. When he brought my phone forward I seen the tempered glass was put on already, before I had agreed to purchasing it. SECOND, I didn’t notice until I left the store that my screen had a blue tint to it and was very dim. Very confused as to why my tint on my phone was so cheap looking considering the entire purchase cost me 120$!! (Screen replacement+LCD / $10 tempered glass) The FINAL reason I will warn family and friends not to go there is because after a few weeks my screen began to lift, making my screen pop off from my phone. Having my phone like this caused it to crack. When I called the store to explain the situation in its entirety he offered to fix my phone for 75$ after the 120$ I have already spent there. No thanks.

Terrible service and experience. Went in April 2019 because I had dropped my phone and needed a new screen. They encouraged me to buy the most expensive option which was an original apple screen with lifetime warranty, I paid well over $200 for this. Not even 3 months later my screen stopped working and green/white lines appeared in the center of the screen. My husband took my phone in and was told that the warranty wouldn’t cover because the screen had been damaged. They said I would have to pay for the repair AGAIN. I called and told them that I have not dropped my phone, caused water damage to my phone or any damage since I got my phone screen replaced. The screen stopped working on its own as I was trying to make a phone call. The manager who was a very rude and incompetent lady insisted that the phone had been damaged, that it could’ve been from carrying it in my pocket or purse, that I could’ve accidentally or knowingly caused the damage to my phone. She also said apple products are not good quality and not durable.. This is NOT what I was told when they were originally trying to sell me on this - which happened to be the most expensive screen they carry. I asked to speak to another manager, she refused, I asked to speak with the owner, she refused. All she said was that she could give the owner my contact information for him to reach out to me. Which he still has not. She let me go with a non functioning phone, and unwilling to help me at all. I ended up going somewhere else because I will not give this place another dime. The new technician who was replacing my screen noticed right away that my screen had previously been replaced, he said they did such a poor job, even the way the glue was applied. He then inspected the phone and noticed that the bottom was bent from when I originally dropped it. He said the technicians should’ve caught that and smoothed out the bent because that causes pressure on the screen which causes it to get damaged. He said whoever worked on my phone was not diligent and did not inspect my phone thoroughly when they replaced the original screen. All in all going to Gadget Tech was the worst experience. The manager (lady) is not fit to have any type of management role. Especially not one that requires customer service. She didn’t care about my concerns and her comments implied that she was questioning my integrity. She was completely incompetent and just kept repeating “this is our store policy”. Total waste of money, though at this point it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau since this business operates like a total scam!

They are very unprofessional. They tried to hustle my father out of paying more money when he already paid nearly $300. They never gave me my case that I had on my phone when I gave it to them. They expect you to keep up with a little piece of paper in order for you to still have a warranty. If you loose the paper then you loose your warranty that you PAID for. They don’t keep records of phones that they fixed. Which I find really odd because they say they get a lot of customers so why wouldn’t you want to keep records especially if they paid for a warranty. Overall, very bad experience & very unprofessional. They deserve no stars.

They are very polite and tried to help but when I first went they stated that if the part did not fix the problem I would not pay. The replacement part did not fix my phone and they still charged me a $25 diagnostic fee to my refund. Im not declaring they are bad but I do want to bring attention to the hidden diagnostic fee that may come up if there is an issue.The ultimate solution after 13 days of first taking my phone was get back whatever money I could and have them keep the phone because they could not remove the part.

Don’t EVER get your phone fixed here. I had a crack in my screen and thought I’d get it fixed here while I was getting my car washed and my phone hasn’t been the same since. I can’t take pictures or videos with it anymore so I took it in and when I got there, another customer was saying, “I just want my phone to be how it was before I brought it to you”. So apparently this happens all the time. They already had excuses for why my camera was messed up and gave me a quote to fix it. And I always have to have it on speaker when I call people or it will three way call people and it answers without me even pushing answer.My phone is completely destroyed.... thank you Gadget Tech!

Brought my phone and quoted for 269.99 then when I came to pick up my phone at assigned time they took additional 1.5hr to finish it and charged me 369.99 because it was samsung edge. Bestbuy charges 269.99 for edge and I feel like I wasted my money and time here. They do a great job but my experience overall was not great and won.t be coming back even if I crack my screen again

HORRIBLE PLACEI first had a minor problem with my ps4. The HDMI was broken so i took it there. Said it would be done within a week. Proceeded to go on for about 3 weeks. When they finally called me, they said my ps4 was extremely dusty and needed a clean, and i said alright. Three weeks later they call and say it it ready so i pick it up and take it home. When i turn it on, the ps4 overheats immediately. This never happened before, so I dismantle it and find multiple key peices missing including parts and screws. At the moment it dosent work and many peices are mission. Waiting on my refund. 0/10 wouldnt reccomend to anyone

I emailed for a quote on Thursday night and got a response on Sunday afternoon. The quote was very affordable and I was excited to get my microphone on my iPhone 6 repaired for $24.99 and the screen on my friend’s iPad 4 fixed for $59.99. I went in and spoke to Luke. He was awesome, very friendly, and offered a discount since the corners of the iPad were bent and it wasn’t just the screen like I thoughtand it was going to cost a little more than I was quoted. Everything was fixed in only a few hours, which I really appreciate. We were pretty pleased with the iPad and mostly satisfied with the phone repair.

Went into there at 1:44 pm they said they would call me at 2 never got a call back called at 3:15 they said it was on clamps and could come in. I wouldnt recommend to anyone to use this place. I am a very unimpressed customer. I dont think Im EVER going back to this place

I had a cracked Galaxy S7 Edge. They fixed it in a couple of hours. I would recommend them. I went ahead and cancelled my phone insurance as its just cheaper to have these guys fix it.

These guys did a great job working on my phones and my laptop. I would recommend them to everyone i talk to. Five stars.

Ripped me off and flaws in their work.Price above what I was quoted. Needed an LCD too so it was waaay more. Called other places later and quoted half the price for everything.They broke the home button on my iPad, wanted to charge me an extra $20 to fix it. And can see glue stain coming out from top center of my screen. Told that will go away once its fully dried....well see. Very unhappy with this place. We didnt even get our second tablet done, will go elsewhere.Also... told the price was higher because of quality of the screen, but theres lines in it, like graph paper, dont remember that before.

Took two ipads to get repaired one cracked screen and the other home button repair. I was quoted a decent amount to have them work on the devices. I was told they would have my device completed in an hour. Also that their was a possibility that the iPad with the broken home botton would need a full screen replacement since the home button came with the screen. It took 3 days to repair these devices... not an hour. Once I picked up the devices I was charged for 2 screens and an additional home button that was told to me would be included with the screen?? I questioned the lady at the counter and explained why the fee and said their was a separate charge for?! When clearly 3 days ago this was not mentioned. I don’t mind paying additional money and I’m all about helping small businesses but have communication with your customers and be transparent with your fees. Definitely won’t returning or trusting them with future service.

Had my cracked iPhone 6s replaced by Logan, its good as new. Very professional and done in timely manner.
