Had the BEST experience today at the Verizon store with Tony! Best costumer service I have ever had!

They need to update store hours they close at 6pm ...wanted to buy a phone but when I got there they were closed at 6pm

There are very few that care about your issues like Tony does. He’s a huge asset to the company.

Theyre good at ripping people off

The people here are manipulative and unprofessional. I shouldnt have expectedanything more coming from sales personnel. They dont care about you, all they care about is your money. My advice to anyone who hasnt been to this store, stay clear from it. They arent an actual Verizon store. Your best bet would be to go to an actual store and not an authorized retailer. Its either that or contact Verizons customer service number because I guarantee they can provide you better service. If I could have given no stars I would but I guess one will have to do.

Also getting me equipped with the right phones and the right plan, so I am not paying more than I should, and at the same time have the right tools to run my business smoothly. The store manager dedrick was amazing I went in there determined to make my bill cheaper and he did and getting me 2 phones too very professional and knowledgeable gave me options instead of just going with 1 way. This store is the best I’ve been in and no wait time

👍🏽 I went in looking to upgrade my phone.. I had a 7 and decided that it was time to try out the 8 or 8 plus :D!! Hector helped me out and was so helpful! He walked through every step very thoroughly with me and answered all of my questions that I had! I ended having a lot of questions hehe (like usual). I ended up going with the 8 plus and am so happy with it! We need more Hectors in the world! He really made this transition as easy as possible and also helped me pick out some really cool accessories! This facility also has the best playlist you will ever find. I am very pleased with my visit at this particular Verizon store... good music, friendly and efficient staff, and it the place is very clean. A++

The manager of this store is just a big liar and a thiefHe tells you to try other products for free and does not tell you about restocking fee. And once they gave your money good luck at getting a refund.This is not a verizon own store.

This location is my go to Verizon store great service. The new store manager Jesse is very knowledgeable and helpful A1 from entire staff. Great prices and service . just needs more visable signs the store is hidden.

OK yes this assure all Welsh and I met your Verizon store and I just wanted to let you know that I have had excellent excellent service from the 2 men who have helped me and you have a great group of guys here just wanted you to know that I give him up 10 on 01 to 13 in thank you so much again for everything

These guys are shady, i bought a note 8 from them and was over charged on the phone $50, never really felt comfortable throughout the entire process because the guy helping me was just zooming through all of it. They upsold me on a bundle that came with a protective screen which slowly is just cracking on its own i havent dropped this phone a single time, a case, and a $25 car charger that no longer charges my phone for God knows why. Why they called it a bundle is because they tell you if you buy this bundle from them, they will waive the $40 phone activation fee for you which, if youve been a long time customer with Verizon, is waived to begin with. I will not be returning to this Verizon store after finding this out. Technology has advanced for a reason do yourself a favor, instead of dealing with people like these guys, order your phones online and ship out to your house.

Horrible service, try to confuse you with all the numbers, and sell you something you don’t need. it’s verizon authorized store, not truly verizon, i was told to get a free hotspot, and later back to home find out it was in 2 year agreement. What??? I hope i can give them zero....... and restocking fee is $50, and can’t even return a phone case, no refund, only exchange. Never had experience so terrible service......
