Went there due to an issue with my account and Kyle was there to look into things and was able direct me to the correct folks at AT&T to speak with. It has gone well so many thanks to Kyle for taking the time to aid me and to show how well he knows the AT&T systems in giving great customer service. Would definitely recommend this store and especially Kyle.

I came in to pay a bill and had issues with my phone. Samantha assisted me and made the experience so easy. She even remembered helping me from months ago. I always come to this location and have a great experience.

Dropped in to the store for a warranty replacement. Jesse went above and beyond to help me pick a replacement because my original item had been discontinued. He was super helpful and willing to work with me so that the replacement was to my liking. Once the original transaction was completed, he even helped answer a completely unrelated question about settings in my iPad. Soooo helpful. Great experience!

I had to stop by this morning to pick up a new case for my phone and wow was I lucky to have have Mel help me out Today. I don’t usually take the time to write these reviews but I had to recognize the high level of customer service I was provided with today. Mel was Polite, Friendly, and Professional. She never made me feel rushed and was quick to answer all of my questions. I ended up buying much more then the case because of her great recommendations. AT&T Mel is just wonderful and a serious asset to your company. I will be back just to see her!

David, Sam, Mel, Nancy and Gerardo were so awesome in helping me resolve all of my cell service issues, changes and upgrades. I had a lot going on and it took three visits to resolve everything, but the team helped me through the whole process. Therra was so helpful today with all my concerns, when there was a mix up with some account info. She also helped me upgrade my phone as well and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service from both Therra and Abel, whom did their best to get my issues fixed. They politely answered all my questions even though I took more than an hour of their time; they took their time to help me along all the steps I needed to take care of. Nobody at this place knows what they’re doing. You get 5 different answers from different agents. I went to TMobile and they resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes.

I was set up with first net by Melini. She took good care of me and was also patient explaining and transferring my data. The manager Nancy and the associate Sam also assisted me and were great. I will do all my business with them in the future.

The worst customer service manager I had encountered. We were waiting for more than 10 mins and other customer service people were just passing by us, I have an old lady that have a hearing problem and posture problem when a customer service personnel walked around us I asked her if someone can attend to us, having heard me, certain Greg, (I assumed hes the manager) approached us and like he is ready to a fist fight told me not to yell at his staff, I replied back that asking is different from yelling. What a very rude approach to customers. He could have told us that customer service people are on lunch or whatever but instead he looked at me as if he wanted a fist fight. I could have gave in to his liking, but I thought myself he does not deserved anything like that. He deserved to be out in your respectable company. I am calling your attention to review this guys performance and attitude.

My husband and I walked into this store after visiting 3 stores to get our recently purchased Galaxy Watches to sync properly with our phones. Omar greeted us as we walked in and offered to try his best, despite the fact that we were a little sour on AT&T when we arrived. He got our watches working immediately and then on to our next problem .... we had an exchange to complete and several questions about multiple things. Omar answered every single one of our questions, not once did he say he didnt know or couldnt help. We walked in that store ready to call it quits with AT&T all together and left as happy customers. Went in to upgrade my phone and had the pleasure of having Samantha help me out. I was stuck between the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 pro max, Samantha was able to answer all my questions and explain what Dolby vision was. I ended up with the pro max and really happy it. She even explained my bill to me. Been a customer for over 15 years and the customer service I received was astonishing, been telling my family to come this location and ask for Samantha.
