Delicious and adorable place! I got the chocolate hazelnut cheesecake and a special London Cake latte. Omg so good. Sat outside on one of the little cafe tables to enjoy quickly. I will definitely be back!

A cafe is a place to sit and enjoy coffee, feels like an isolated location like taking your coffee to drink in your bedroom. no vibe.eclair was 0/10 stale and simply went to trash @$4.50 an eclair.cappuccino was ok, nothing special.overall not my cup of tea. Good luck!

I think Ive found my new happy place to be!The baked items are just amazing so far. The coffee items are spot on! The staff Ive encountered are polite and pleasant if not a little frazzled but they are a busy place.The panini I had was a disappointment so Im taking a star away for that ~ otherwise I cant recommend this place enough.The ambience is fantastic as well. Seating outside. Go, try and love. ❤️👍🏽

I really wanted to give this place a good rating it has so much potential, but yeah, they need to step it up. They clearly arent paying their staff enough because the turn over is just constant. There isnt enough staff there to help everyone and unload a truck at the same time. The cashiers/baristas are all young and did not get very good training and seem overwhelmed and frustrated. The food and the coffee was actually fabulous. The inside being cramped with too many tables was concering as well. Would I go back, absolutely but some things have to change.

Not a single vegan option in the cafe despite a massive offering of choice-looking treats. And they use plastic straws and cups when it would be so easy to use more environmentally friendly options. Could do better.

I ordered a red velvet cake for my friends birthday and I was blown away by how beautifully it was decorated. I ordered a cake topper to put on and so told them no writing. I was expecting a simple white cake but wow. Very detailed oriented. Very happy with the product.

We had a home made cake and we both ended up with some nasty bacteria. It took us 2 days to recover from it. I wouldnt recommended this place for a dessert.I havent tried their espresso yet. I am not sure if I want to take any more chance after this nasty experience.

Hereghty did a fantastic job providing cookies for our wedding rehearsal dinner. We’re glad we tried them ahead of the event because our guests devoured everything that we provided and have been telling us how much they enjoyed them since. Joey was easy to work with and delivered everything without a hitch. We look forward to visiting them again for a quick coffee or cookie and using them for other big events in the future! WE LOVE Hereghty! This place truly is fantastic and is one of our favorite Cafes in the Raleigh area. The customer service is great, the atmosphere is quaint BUT the coffee and food is phenomenal. We have recommended this establishment to our employees, friends and customers. Whether its breakfast, lunch, wine, coffee or dessert, Hereghty is a great fit for it all!

I tried this place yesterday for the first time and it was excellent! Great service too, as I was able to do a curbside order. Best iced mocha ever! I also tried their shortbread cookies, two types of cake, a breakfast sandwich, and a chocolate croissant. (It was a big order lol!) Everything was delicious!

My boyfriend took me here on one of our first dates and I was hooked ever since! I love the fresh made crepes and the Joey sandwich is the best ! I always have the hardest time choosing which dessert to get lol, they’re all so good, and the lavender tea latte is a must have! All the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is cute and always has new art displayed on the walls. The owner, Joey, is amazing and always kind to us when we come in. Ate here on Christmas and was super happy they were open for those of us who didn’t have any big cooked meal being made. And today, they are open during quarantine and Joey herself delivered lunch and coffee to my door. Super grateful for her hospitality and going the extra distance for her customers. This is a gem in the heart of Raleigh!

This is a pretty nice cafe with a great location if you want to be just a tad bit out from downtown Raleigh and not deal with typical downtown parking. The coffee is always good and the design/seating of the cafe is welcoming and comfortable. But, the food has just been okay. Weve gotten their pastries many times before, and enjoyed those specifically each time; however, their other food has been average with very small portion sizes for what youre paying for. For example, once I ordered some kind of specialized toast that was nearly six dollars, but upon receiving it I could have eaten it in about four bites; it was a very small portion and not worth what I paid. If you want some high-quality pastries, good coffee, and friendly service, then this is a good stop, but I wouldnt recommend getting breakfast or lunch here.

Hereghtys is a hidden jewel to Raleigh! The croissants are the best I have ever had and the desserts are scrumptious! Cannot recommend this place enough. The service is beyond exceptional. During the COVID-19 crisis they even delivered for FREE!!! Do yourself a favor and enjoy a cup of coffee and a croissant in the adorable shop! Your stomach will thank you!

I am a huge fan of Hereghty! The coffee is always fantastic. The customer service is excellent and most importantly, the food taste delicious. Me and the lady dined here for her a Birthday Breakfast last week. The Spinach & Feta Quiche was fantastic and her Crepes were made to order in a very diligent amount of time. We did have the banana nutella bread for a dessert which is PHENOMENAL! The cook as well as cashier both thanked us for coming in and the atmosphere here is always very quaint and pleasant. I have recommended Hereghty to many fellow business owners and friends in the area and certainly will continue! Everything about this place is great!

I havent tried everything on the menu, but based off of what Ive already seen of the delicious options in the display case, the all day breakfast menu items (vegan/vegetarian options too), and the variety of drinks, Id say this place is possible one of the best if not THE best coffee shops on the north side of Raleigh. 💙💙 And the quick and friendly service is definitely a plus! ❤

Go there, order lunch and try any pastry or dessert they have. I have never been disappointed. I try new things everytime I go. The chewy chocolate cookies are to diiiiie for. The Jewish apple cake was great too.

It was delicious. I got a ham and eggs croissant and the egg was cooked perfectly and the ham added a nice little salty and sweetness to the sandwich. The croissant was soft, crispy, and flakey. I ordered an Americano and drank it black. It was nice and smooth.

Wonderful coffee and Very nice mini-quiche, but it was not heated through so I didnt enjoy it as much as I would have.

Incredibly delicious pasteries for sure! I had the Prague hazelnut cake and would highly recommend it. It was a much older and richer crowd so I didnt really fit, but it is certainly worth checking out for the delicious food and coffee.

Coffee was delicious! Creme Brulee was perfect and the chewy chocolate cookies were delicious! Would have preferred instrumental music or soft rock playing instead of country music.

The desserts, breakfast sandwiches and salads are on point! The place is a little bit pricey but it is worth it! My only warning would be about the crepes. They are absolutely awful. The crepe itself is very thick. I ordered a banana Nutella crepe and the banana was cut in very big pieces, while the Nutella was one huge piece in the middle and it was old. We were not able to eat it. If you are craving something sweet order any other dessert!

Very good food, went today for the first time as I saw this place because I was at the spa next door. I like it alot and everything is fresh and taste good. I do not agree with a tip when walking to the counter to get ur food to go and the prices are high but good.

We stopped in about 10 minutes before they were closing and requested a piece of sour cherry chocolate cake To Go. The worker turned around and boxed it up behind the counter in a box, and I paid the 6 dollars for the slice.Upon arrival at home, we realized she had given us regular cheesecake with some cherry preserves on top. Much different than what we had asked for. Discouraged, we ate it anyways. It honestly tasted like it was a week old. The parts that had been exposed to air were rubbery and the taste was very unimpressive notwithstanding the horrible texture.Not only was this wrong item full price, but it was terrible and should have thrown out. If you dont want to lose money throwing it away, I would recommend a day old bread discount. This would also maximize evening desserts from people at the nice restaurants nearby. However that abortion of a cheesecake should have been terminated days previous.

The best coffee in town. They brew Joe Van Gogh, locally roasted. They do a great espresso and the chocolate mousse is amazing. One of my favorite places.

Always greeted with a smile. Lovely get-away to have coffee with a friend, conduct a face-to-face business meeting or a place to do a little online work. Most of the time, it is a quiet place, great background music, the bakery items are irresistible and after 5 it is a nice alternative for a glass of wine.

The best scones in Raleigh, hands down! The coffee is also delicious and I love going here for lunch because they have a variety of vegetarian options like the Italian panini and Milano crepe (my faves.)

I have to say I am not happy with our dessert today. We decided to try the roulade and the guy there said, and I quote, “It’s my favorite one in the whole case.” Well, I don’t see how. It was bitter and dry and I couldn’t continue eating it. My husband was also very disappointed. Usually we have no problems with this place and we even took our family from out of town here after having dinner. I don’t know what happened today but it felt like a waste. So upset!

Scones and cinnamon rolls were excellent but the poor, angry girl working was less than helpful. I’m sure that she would be happier elsewhere and so would you guys!

Go for the pain au raisin, the scones, or the Nutella latte. You might discover other good things too but those are my favorites. This is a cute place to stay and savor your goodies, but they do a brisk take-out business (and catering) too. They promote and sell local art on their walls and offer free WiFi. They are in a shopping plaza so parking is a breeze.

I ordered through grub hub and my food was broiled so it was burnt on the outside and cold inside and the slice of cake is super small for the price they charge and was frozen.

Second time I come here and food takes a long time to come. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and it took 15 min. The servers were extremely unfriendly and had very bad manners. Such an unpleasant experience!
