Great staff at this store.The only thing I have to say negative is the new Apple Carmel Iced Latte is not that good. However, the experience was amazing.

I love the vibe at this SBX. The service is never an issue at this location. Theres interesting people coming and going all day long. They have a small but decent-sized outdoor patio area. AND they just upgraded and streamlined the indoor cafe. Its nice.🤘🏼

There was no soap for hands in the restroom and when I removed the lid of the dispenser to find soap for my hands, I saw that the whole soap dispenser was rotten.!!! With this is that everybody wash your hands in this Starbucks. Very unpleasant experience..!!! Please check this problem immediately..!!! Thanks 🙏

These branches are distinguished by their location only, but they are treated poorly and are too arrogant. The hot coffee is cold and tastes very bad. I really hate this place.

Female today (12/16/20) ill mannered. This is my second time going to Starbucks and I didnt know it was such a big deal to ask for sprinkles at the end. I thought they just add it or offered it for the kids (will explain in a bit). She seemed rather annoyed and her tone of voice isnt soemthing I appreciated since she could have worded it or said it differently. Since arriving she seemed like she was over for the day. Cashier seemed to be rushed and also annoyed to take our order although at the time it was only us to order.On Sunday night, 12/13/20, was my first time going since my children have been asking. The two men working at that time were extremely helpful, patient and they were the ones who offered the sprinkles which is why I knew they had it. Very friendly and this is why I gave 3 stars rather than a low rating due to todays experience.I only got Starbucks because of my kids, I didnt think to add sprinkles to the order at the time. I dont mind waiting and letting others go first when Im not ready. Basically just trying to say that I also had a rough day, but I dont take it out on anyone. Seeing that look of annoyance irritated me due to my little one having to see this.I would say I may go in again in the future due to my FIRST experience but if I have no other choice or if I see that they are working that shift. I tipped the first time, I did not tip today.I expect this service I had tonight from McDonalds, not somewhere pricey like Starbucks.

This location and their staff nail my drink every time. I tend to get my drinks super personalized, and unfortunately they will often taste different from one Starbucks location to the next — which is obviously frustrating. This store on Peace St., however, is run by rockstars and their energy is always awesome. I’d swear this location isn’t even run by the same company. My drink is ALWAYS PERFECT.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Coffee is always perfect. I have noticed, that the employees in this particular Starbucks dont seem to be as happy as those in the other Starbucks that I frequent. Maybe its just the times. Its tough for everyone right now.

Im always on the hunt to find new places to study that are near campus but not on campus. And Ive spent a lot of time at several Starbucks across the state of NC. Besides the prompt and professional service (expected), the parking (adequate and downright impressive considering the area), and outside seating area (shaded), there is one thing-one wonderful feature- that this location has that no other can lay claim too.SN: I love how this corporation, regardless of the standardization of its layout, and menu, always takes on the flavor of the community the local shop serves.Cocoa (sp?) is a barista whose ebullient spirit makes up the essence of this Starbucks location. It is no secret she is a favorite among the customers and its obvious why that is.5 stars for Cocoa(sp?) and for this starbucks-Huzzah!

What is with the Raleigh Starbucks locations and no drive thrus? The parking at this Starbucks is definitely better than the one at Cameron Village, but still leaves something to be desired. That said, everyone is super friendly here and service is very prompt. A little confusion as to where the line starts cause of the weird layout of the interior but it usually works itself out.

My favorite Starbucks location. Great service. Good place to read a book, talk to a friend, work on laptop etc

This Starbucks location is an absolute classic. A very friendly laied back atmosphere that is conducive to both focused work and relaxation.The only downside would be that it can get quite crowded during peak hours due to the small interior space. If your not planning on spending too much time there then it wont be an issue, and if you are, then just put on your smiley face and ask, Is this seat taken?.

This is a great Starbucks location. Coffee is the perfect temperature, mixed well, and tastes great as always. I visit this location at least three times a week. Highly recommended.Be weary of the parking situation however, the lot is pretty difficult to get out of during rush hour.

Wish they had more regular seating compared to cocktail height chairs. Overall always receive quick service here.

Everything you expect from a Starbucks. Cashier was extremely friendly and kind. It was a bit busy but things moved quickly. Even though we arrived past noon they still had morning food items available, which was a pleasant surprise.

This is a grsat Starbucks. I used to go here constantly and went back today for a visit. Im happy to see that the store is still as great as it was before. They have a lot of options for seating at this store. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Good Starbucks location. Enough parking for the general morning rush. Interior was clean and generally well kept. Service was slow and messed up our drinks, bit made it right with good customer communication, interaction and service. They smiled and were upbeat.

Parking is limited (be careful parking on the east side of the building, that parking area belongs to Mellow Mushroom and they like to tow vehicles and the signs warn you about that). Can be quite busy in the morning and afternoon. Service is good and friendly.

Obviously a high volume store. The staff is typically well-organized and very efficient in assisting the many people. The line can get long but it moves fast. I think Ive only had to have my drink remade once, so theyre paying attention to the details, too. Sometimes the pastries and sandwiches look old, but overall, its a good Starbucks. Definitely one of the fastest ones Ive been to!

I go to this Starbucks when I am in town for business for the last 2 years. I am not sure what transpired over the past few months but the staff is all new or seems to be. Not the same faces I have seen at this site for many years, as the staff has changed the service has just gotten so poor. Wait times for any order just take so long and it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow. The prior staff was always happy, hard working, attentive to getting everyone their much needed coffee order. I hope management takes a look at this and gets some added training or new staff in here.

Either you like Starbucks or you dont. If you do, this is a good Starbucks spot, if you are on Peace Street and in the neighborhood. The only feature I do not care for is the parking lot. Since the exit and entrance is located off Peace street it can become very congested quickly. Drivers that are paying attention can easily wreck your ride, if not careful. I try to visit outside of the busy hours during the day. Aside from the parking lot challenges, the service and products I have purchased are fine.

THIS IS MY STARBUCKS! Even when they are super busy, they are on point in this place. I have not been to a Starbucks before that handles the volume that they do and still keeps their heads held high. Everyone is lively and appears to enjoy their jobs ;) At this point I dont even have to speak when I walk in, they usually have my order ready. If I could get this level of service at the other Starbucks near my house, I would go there more often.

One of the best locations I have ever been to. Mostly due to the service. The interior used to be more cozy, but the new communal table is nice for co-working- just miss the presence of any armchairs! High traffic local go-to spot. Almost always see someone I know.

This Starbucks location is almost always packed, yet again it provides the almost perfect atmosphere for numerous things. Often college students (like myself) come here to study but thankfully that does not raise the volume in the coffee shop. This is a wonderful place not only to study, but to meet friends and coworkers for a cup of coffee. The only negative aspect would be the parking situation, but hey there always has to be a pro with a con.

This Starbucks goes above and beyond. I spilled my drink the moment I walked out their door, and they were nice enough to give me another one free of charge! That made my morning!

I wasnt really impressed here. The atmosphere was great, it was clean and well stocked, the staff was relatively friendly, but the coffee tasted awful. The parking situation gets a bit tight. The place is mostly packed, pretty much at any given time. Service is always hurried. I get it. Its because its always packed. But one should expect that. Its Starbucks. Its the McDonalds of coffee. I would now only go there in a real pinch, if Im running very short on time and for sheer the convenience to get a quick coffee buzz, but if I can ever help it, there are way too many better options for coffee around now within a small radius.

Their Pike Place roast is always freshly brewed and piping hot. Their downtown location is easily accessible. Trendy coffeeshops, like trends, come and go. Starbucks remains.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks location for years and no matter what staff has managed the bar, they are always amazing. Everyone manages to still engage in great personal conversation with customers WHILE still being really proficient with getting tasty products out to us!

After a stressfull morning I took a sanity break and stopped into Starbucks. The music was calming, the service was great and wait time minimal.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks. Its close to home. I was a little taken back that the staff was unaware that you could get refills if you are Gold star member. Regardless of your original drink you can get an iced tea and coffee refills. Ive been doing it for years and never once was I looked upon as strange for asking for it. Until I got to this store. I had to show them their policies because I dont want to be seen as a leech that simply wants unlimited refills. Rather, its Starbucks way of rewarding their loyal customers. Other than this inconvenience the place was great.

This is my first starbucks choice for meeting friends. Its way better now that its been renovated, although the parking lot is still a disaster. You cant go wrong with a cinnamon dolce latte...and the worshiped fall favorite pumpkin spice. Its definitely hectic in the mornings, but all in all, friendly staff and a convenient spot.
