Great need job. Everything was explained to me by the installer. Very courteous. The only thing was that it did cost me more that I had expected, from the original advertisement and phone call sales time.. Good..
The installation was great. The sales/installer was very nice and professional. We feel very safe and the installer even thought of some ways to make us even more safe.
My phone interview with National Recruiter- Joshua Hallmark confirmed I was an excellent potential candidate to work as a residential security systems installer. With a pay scale of $65,000.00 or higher. Sure..my early education with Criminal Justice and certified Basic Law Enforcement Training, 12 years of Residential Construction, Residential Sales &, Project Management, No DUIs, clean driving record, no criminal convictions. So.. Joshua scheduled me for an interview with Defender-ADT in the Raleigh office for 1.00pm today with Gabriel Adams. Arrived at 12..55pm. Office was locked. Waited until 1.15pm. No one arrived at the office. I took a picture of the office entrance with a time card indicator to confirm being on site to the interview. I emailed my documentation to the recruiting manager, Joshua Hallmark. His response..Sorry..I dont know whats going..contact Gabriel. I turned my phone off to mentally prepare for my next interview with a different company at 2.45. Around 4.30pm, I turned my phone back on. One voicemail from Gabriel stated he had no idea an interview was scheduled. I responded to text at 5.05pm, recognizing mistakes can happen and offered to reschedule for Friday at 9.00am. Gabriels only response as of 5.10pm is...(I think I can make that work, let me check my calendar). No further response... received as of 8.38pm and writing this review.
The technician was very knowledgeable of ADT Security system. She was kind, friendly, very patient, and answered all of our questions. Installation was smooth, clean and very fast.
If I could give a zero I would. This company is hard to move with and makes promises they dont intend to keep and then screw you over leaving you paying for more than you wanted. I cannot wait for my contract to be over. I will never again go with ADT.
