Very happy with switching from Brinks to Iwatch security. High end technology, great service and reasonably priced. We recently just added on to our services the smoke alarms and a doorbell camera. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, locally owned security system.

Raphael, the technician who did my Install was very knowledgeable and quick with the install. Explained all the features. And got the job done in just over an hour. The equipment is better than expected considering how much of a cost difference they are in comparison to other local security companies in the Raleigh Durham area. Installation was great, I got a call when the technician was on his way. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how everything works. The sales rep came during the installation to check the status and make sure I was satisfied. The camera is so much better than the one from our prior carrier, it’s like looking out a window instead of a grainy film. I believe their promise that they will always be available to answer any questions.

We recently cancelled our security monitoring service with a big name company when they raised our price for not signing another 3 year agreement. I found IWatch doing an online search wanting only a local company that is headquartered in the Raleigh area. I was contacted by their VP of sales who is also, a co-owner of the company. It was a very educational, no pressure discussion when Tom visited our home to discuss our needs and evaluate our existing system. Their pricing was competitive and their hardware is guaranteed for the life of the agreement. Three days after I accepted their proposal my system was installed flawlessly in about 2 hours with maybe another 30 minutes spent training us to use the very simple and straight forward system (key pad, phone app and key fob). This is our 3rd security system and the sales experience and ease of installation exceeded our expectations. We just had an alarm installed by this company this week and the whole process was seamless. From the appointment to estimate to the installation, the service and professionalism were impeccable. Peter, who installed the system was very patient as he had some corrections to make from the previous system that came with our house (installed by a different company). I like the personal service I get with Iwatch. Most major national security chains are just marketing organizations who contract with local installers. With Iwatch I have talked to local team members and even the president. Ill never leave Iwatch.

We are happy with the equipment and service so far. We moved to our new home 14 months ago and the previous owners had prepaid so we had about a year of free service. I do like how the owners of Iwatch are engaged in the day to day operations and getting intouch with someone to help with new device installation has been easy. Me and my wife have had other security services before and we are definitely impressed with this company for sure. They may not be the cheapest for services and monitoring, but when it comes to security I want the best for my money. Definitely can not go wrong with thier security and customer service and for that we gave them a five star rating.
