This was my first time visiting the Crab Tree Mall in Raleigh NC. I have always been a loyal customer of Bath & Body Works. I decided to stop in and see what sales they had and I was instantly blown away by the exceptional customer service. I want to give a special shout out to the two sales associates, Lauren and Phelicia. They were personable, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I ended up spending more than what I intended but it was well worth it. Please visit this location, you will not regret it!!!

I like to come here for the seasonal stuff around autumn/fall for hand soaps. I honestly like the seasonal candle scents a tiny bit more than Yankee Candles selections at times.For us men, we have a tiny section towards the back of the store on the far right. My favorite body wash is Bourbon.

Ive missed this store so much. I held my composure and just took my time. Thankfully there wasnt a line to go in. The best show of people caring about each other while wearing masks and standing patiently at the checkouts and not making a big deal about temp checks/sanistations. That gave me a little hope in this world, we can continue to heal and raise the Phoenix...

Great visit at the downstairs Bath and Body Works at Crabtree last week! Great store, great service. Everyone was authentically friendly and helpful. As a store manager in retail, I was very impressed with the service. When I got to the register the cashier, I believe her name was Shanae, was getting a birthday surprise for the little girl in front of me, a bag of cookies from the break room. The girl was so excited jumping up and down and the Mom was thrilled. When Shanae rang me up she was just as kind and friendly! Great visit, thank you!!

You can never go wrong with bath and body! Always great experience everything I visit. Ladies are very nice and helpful! Only thing is sometimes when you spray the mist on the card it doesnt smell the same on your skin when you purchase it for some reason and alot of the lotions that I like dont have a body wash. Thats the only bad thing about bath and body works.

Excellent service as always! Everyone was especially polite and they are very knowledgeable on their inventory. Amya checked me out and she was super helpful 🙌🏼. There was this other lady who was low key rude though 😒 Idk if her day was stressful but she definitely needs to improve on her tone. Not sure if she was a manager or someone who is just in charge of restocking. That aside this is the best place to get self care products 💪🏼

I absolutely love the associate Autumn she was so AWESOME! Went with a limit of $30.00 but I walked out spending $125.00. Well worth it I must say! Autumn knew her products and was very friendly! She went above and beyond to make sure I knew about the products and also made sure I was satisfied! Im surprised she isnt a manager! Will be back very soon! Mind you I live 2 hours away! Great shopping and they have the best lotions and body washes. I just carried away in here always buying so much and love when they one of there great sales, I really stock up then, like I have a mini Bath and body works in my home. They have so many fragrances to choose from and I have several favorites that I just cant live without!!!

I always love going to the store on the first floor at Crabtree Valley Mall to find all of the scents for my personal use and for my house, as well as for gifts. All of the people who work there are very knowledgeable and do their best to assist you to make your shopping experience great.

I don’t normally write reviews and unfortunately I would give 0 stars if I was able to do so. Today in the downstairs bath & body works I had the worst customer service experience I think I have ever had. I came in today hoping to exchange an item, which I’ll admit my situation was a bit confusing but the way it was handled was baffling. I had Leena help me today who seemed pleasant at first, but after she saw that I was unhappy with the outcome, a attitude devolved. I voiced that I was confused and didn’t understand what she was doing, until it was done and asked for her to undo it and was rudely told to get out of the store, to take the card and there was nothing she could do about the situation. I then asked to speak to a manager and Leena told her what had happened and I then asked if I was able to tell her what I thought happened given there was evidently some confusion. I also mentioned to the manager that her attitude was awful and she did not seem to care. While the manager quickly fixed the problem, it felt like Leena was constantly trying to cause an issue. She had the item that I wanted and made a rude remark to her co-worker about me and the situation to where I was able to hear her. She then had the audacity to come over and ask if I was sure I didn’t want the item in a tone and I told her to please get away from me and to leave me alone, she responded and said “this isn’t my store” I then had to tell her to please leave me alone two more times and she still would not. I have never been harassed by an employee at any store and I have for sure never had to tell an employee to please leave me alone. The manager finally gave me my original item and I told her again that Leena was very rude. I couldn’t even get words out I was shaking with anger about how this situation was handled. The manager then again, blew it off like it was nothing. I hope this is a teachable moment for a team member and a lesson can be learned. It would have been so simple to say “ I am sorry if I may have confused you, let me go get a manager to see if we can solve this.” But instead I felt like I was dealing with a ninth grader who wanted to see how mad she could make someone.

This store has a tremendous variety of everything that smells good--bath products, lotions, powder, candles, potpouri, scent sticks and more. The variety of scents is tremendous; hard to make a choice. They, also, have seasonal scents. Currently, the Christmas scents are delicious. Customer service is fair; the store is so packed during the Christmas rush.

I came in and was immediately greeted by store employee who pointed out their specials and let us try the various product scents and sizes.We were treated by a smile by everyone and Thanks Mercedes for having a sense of humor.Will be back to this location.

I believe her name was Grenada or Denada but she was the store manager, and was one of the nicest bath and body work employees Ive met so far. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in there today around 3:00pm.

I was in crabtree today UPPER LEVEL to return candles and Jesus the Store manager was VERY rude and Unprofessional and was arguing with me back and forth while ringing up customers. The policy states return anything if your not satisfied with it and he was just very unprofessional

They were having a great sale, so I went in to browse and the staff was incredible. I didnt catch their names, but they were extremely friendly and really knew their products.

Horrible service. About three people in line and they only had one register open. At least three other workers there and they continued to stock the place instead of helping the customers there. Customers in the establishment should be a priority.
