The store says “open until 8pm” on Apple Maps, so I did not check the hours on the door. When I entered the store, I was not told that they were about to close. However, while looking around the store, I was disrespectfully told “you need to hurry up if you’re going to buy something” instead of just being told that the store was getting ready to close — which I would’ve kindly accepted.

Decent selection of weaves, braiding hair, accessories, and hair products. Very large space so they have quite a lot of inventory.

Got a $225 full lace wig ( after discount was applied. Its says 100% human...)Yeah more like a blend. I was able to color and bleach the knots but it stressed the hair out. I got a good night with that wig and it was Shedding ( BAD) and knotting up the next day. Took it out the day after. $225 for the wig and $150 for the install ( plus color, plucking and bleach knots) waste of money 🥴.Definitely looked good that one night but after 🥴 honey bye

I have been visiting this Beauty World for so many years but liked it more when they were across the street, behind Burger King. I buy my hair care products from them and they are helpful with any questions you may have regarding products. The only problem I really have is the wigs. I have long natural hair and prefer to wear wigs most of the year. Over the last 3 years I have had to order my wigs online simply due to the prices in the store. I get that products cost and they have to make money (a profit) however I will see the SAME wig $10-$20 cheaper on Amazon! I have actually just bit the bullet and bought the overpriced wig in this Beauty World and the wig was made poorly. Due to the policies I am not able to return it to the store so Im out money and a wig AND I still have to purchase the same wig online. Ive gotten to the point where I just stand in the store and price compare on my phone. At least Amazon will let me return a defective product.

It is a big beauty supply liķ a shopping mall. It has everything from A to Z. Staffs are helful and nice.... Also good price. New hair braiding salon opened next to Beauty World. Wig big sale from 10% up to 50% off . Also all braiding hair 10% off and all crochet hair 20% off until all supplies last. Whenever you need wigs and hair, this store is the best place for you.

Could be a little cleaned up better, I think they need to redo the marketing style and stands to help push products faster and more effectively. The owner may need to higher someone that will help increase their sales numbers more. How items and signs are positioned means a lot for a store.

Huge establishment with very high security. I dont recall ever being greeted upon entering the store and they are closed on Sundays.

Do not shop HERE!!!I bought a pack of hair there and when I got home I found out the little boy gave me the wrong hair. I called and asked the manger (the lady) within the same day if I could exchange for the right hair. I specifically told her that the hair had not been used and I have the original packaging. She said, that was fine and I could exchange the hair. I arrived there and go to the counter to speak with her she immediately told me that she could not accept and then her husband got involved and said the same thing. I told him what his wife said and he basically said that we cannot accept this due to the fact that its not in its original packaging. They have terrible customer service and I will not be going her and purchasing anything from this store again.

First off, the customer service in this place is TERRIBLE....I mean TERRIBLE!! They assume every black person is a thief, and follow us around as such. Also, if your not doing anything to bring attention to yourself, they disregard you like your patronage is a given. Dont spend your money here if you can help it. There is another beauty supply store near big lots and Gabes. Im gonna see how they are.

Hair product heaven

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They are misleading and they lie. I asked a salesperson for help, told her what I was looking for, she recommended something, I asked if I could return it if it was the wrong type and she said yes. Well, lo and behold, it was the wrong type and when I tried to return it they said the return policy was 1 week. I explained I was never told that and the receipt doesnt even say it. They didnt offer me store credit or anything, just one week to return, sorry. THEY LIE AND THE MANAGER DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They lie, I was in the store at lunchtime. On my way out, I was told the needed to search my purse because they camera saw me put something in it. I had very small that nothing could fit in, and the entire while I was in the store my hands went no where near the opening of my purse. It remained on my shoulder. I let them search because they was no reason, and they knew it also. After such treatment I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never shop here.

And i was just waching a video on youtube then the manger came runing up to me saying this is not the place meaning i can not use my phone then he said some thing a sencound time and said stay away from this area where there was nothing going on so i suggest going to another haur store they have bad sevice

Helpful worker

Not going back. Came in 20 minutes before closing with the intention of getting what I needed and getting out. As soon as I stepped in the door they yelled that they were closing in 5 minutes. The associates ignored me for the most part until a new guy came to help. He took me to get my item and the owner, Im assuming, screamed down the aisle that they were closed and that the register was also closed. She then proceeded to turn the lights off throughout the store with me and other customers still inside. If they had helped me out as soon as I walked in I could have gotten what I needed and gotten on the road. Needless to say, I left and when I got in my car it was 10 minutes till their posted closing time. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
