Always super friendly and helpful at this cosmoprof. They are smaller so they don’t always have the most inventory. But they are great people!

The staff here are always knowledgeable and ready to help. They will help you find what you need or order it. They go out of there way to notify you of sales you may be interested in because they know you, not because the business does it. Lots of personal touch.

I visited CosmoProf to resolve a discrepancy between what was ordered and what was delivered. Teri and Chelsie were outstanding!!! They were accommodating, gracious, and kind when helping me, and I left extremely pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Teri & Chelsie!!!

Had to pick up an order, long drive but worth the trip. The young lady that was working was very courteous, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She was very knowledgeable about the products I was getting plus comparable items in a pinch. Great customer service.

The ladys there are always helpful to answer my questions about products even when I have 20 and they are trying to stock the shelves! If its about the best brush,bleach,product, or opinions on what I should do, they always are there to help me out. I was very scared the first time I went it, but now I love to go and they know me by name!

Teri is always ready to help. She notified you when your favorites are on sale. All the staff are great.
