Lots to choose from with new merchandise coming in everyday. If you see something that you want but arent sure of....grab it! If not, its going to be gone by your next visit. I learned the hard way. Friendly & helpful staff. My only complaint is that there are no wipes to wipe down carts when you come in. However, all employees wear their masks, wipe down counters after each customer & social distancing is being practiced.

Its a good home store. Little more pricier than t.j Maxx but a lot more high-quality fixtures and furniture as well as rugs and couches that you wont find in t.j Maxx. Definitely some unique pieces including shelving and decor and special guests like flies

I really enjoy this home goods. They have incredible items here. I really enjoy their gourmet goods. I usually go there for my truffle oil and pasta noodles. They also have some incredible spices and snacks. While I do really enjoy the decor items, I mostly come here for food items.

What can I say theres a variety of things that you would want for your home. From sofas to accent chairs and dining room chairs. They also have the best fake flowers or plants Ive seen. They have this yellow rose tall arrangement that is beautiful. Next time I will include some pictures. Give it a try their inventory changes every week since the merchandise is sold rather quickly. Great! It was my husbands first visit and he was surprised to find the amount of furniture in the store as well as the value and quality.

My wife and I were shopping for a small bathroom cabinet and had finally found one in a color she liked. Even though the checkout line was long, we actually checked out in a very reasonable amount of time. She was happy so that means Im happy. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

The manager Michael at this location was very vindictive. Also the other blonde manager was very nasty and trashy and had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. A few shoppers and I were patiently waiting for Rae Dunn items to be brought out that we could see. These managers told the stockers to “make them wait” and told them to not bring it out until we’d left. I understand the annoyance of the excitement for Rae Dunn, but laughing at customers and saying those things where we as customers CAN HEAR IT is uncalled for. And this is NOT how customer service is. If you’re that vindictive of a person, management is not for you. I’ve contacted corporate and will be leaving this review everywhere I possibly can. We also could hear the snickering as one of the African American shoppers searching with us was mocked. She’d asked a question and when the manager got in the back he mocked what she said as they all laughed. So it seems that this may have been racially driven. This is also the 3rd time we’ve had this issue with Michael the blonde manager and this store. Those 3 times were the only time our African American friend was with us. So I’m starting to think it’s rooted a lot deeper than just someone being hateful. I will make sure my story goes as far as possible.

Great place which offers unlimited options to make an apartment feel more like home. The staff was courteous as well. I went during rush hour but still managed to find a couple of parking spaces open which was a good thing as I managed to park right in front of the store.

Love Home Goods cause of the selections for household goods; linens was a little thin & didnt get what I went for(sheets, blankets & rugs); loved the folks working there esp cashier who greeted me & I believe a manager. I love when they talk to you & genuinely ask, Did you find what you needed?

Its a nice clean store with everything under the sun for your house. Some good deals, some not so good deals. But each time you go is like a treasure hunt. You have to search for what youre looking for. Or just go and with nothing particular in mind. This store was made for the shopper. Only aisles are organized into categories; the shelves are totally random.

If you are looking for something different at a reasonable price this is the place. Always finding great deal. We stop here at least once a week.

I met my girlfriend (for 4 years now) in this store. It was December 23, right before Christmas and we were both shopping for gifts (because you can find everything in Homegoods...) and I saw the most beautiful girl I’d ever seen. And those wereMy exact words to her. Obviously we go once a week!

I visited HomeGoods this past Friday. I was unable to access several parts of the store because merchandise was in or blocking aisles. I understand shelves need stocking, but this was excessive and I only saw one person actually moving merchandise.Generally the store is somewhat clean and organized. It can be hit or miss, but as with most shopping experiences it depends on what youre looking for.

Products are fine, good selections and prices. Customer service is abysmal. Diane and Debra have some pretty terrible attitudes for people working with the public.

Place is extremely crowded especially in furniture area. Furniture cluttered all over the place and it was even piled on top of each other on the floor and i couldnt access rug area to look at rugs for my living room. Managed to buy two things i needed but over all very disapointed.

There are always a lot of great items and deals to choose from for the household. The staff is always very friendly as well. But the checkout line is usually pretty show because they are constantly understaffed there.

Store slightly dirty and finding a store associate was difficult, but love a lot of their stuff. Found this area rug. Had to wait in line for about 10 min on a Saturday late afternoon.

Would give the Manager a 0 if I could!!!!Left this location disappointed, as the Manager that was on duty was rude and spoke poorly/down to the staff. I purchased a piece of beautiful furniture and the staff on duty tried to fit the desk in my back seat. In doing so it scraped not only the desk, but also my car tint (which didnt even notice until leaving the store). But she was basically trying to remove the black markings which was taking off he paint exposing the metal base. I ended just advising i would return it, the staff member advised if I wasnt sure they would take the price down, so the amount I would pay would be around $215 (I paid $321). I said okay Ill just see if I can fix it or get it refinished with the savings and the Manager said no, we will take $25 off. I shook my head and asked the sells clerk to just return it. Then after advising this the the Customer Service Rep they apologized and said they would let their insurance dept know and get in contact with me about the tint of my window.Where is the customer service these days?!?!?!Super disappointed and shocked at the treatment received.

No room to get around with a cart. Had to apologize to everyone I came in contact with. Absolutely no way to get down an aisle if someone was in the aisle, regardless of whether or not they had a cart.

Staff was absolutely the rudest I have ever encountered...I brought up an item that was clearly 50% off...the rude lady at the register rang up full price...when I pointed out they were 50 she hott and insisted they werent..I had to take her to rack and show her and then when we went back to register she still only rang them up 25% and tried to play it off that she did the 50%. I can do math honey...So unprofessional. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere!!

I love,love homegoods always something good to be found nice higher end items for any home! My cart is almost never big enough and neither is my car!

Homegoods allows dogs in store, any and not just service animals. With the way the store is set up and there is so much product on the floor, blocking aisles, etc. it’s hard enough to navigate the store without worrying about an owner who has their dog on a long leash. Also, I don’t want to buy furniture or pillows or throws someone’s dog has touched which I’ve seen happen in store. I understand people love their pets, but I wish Homegoods would only allow service dogs.

You think the nice new stuff you buy at Homegoods will make you feel better about your home, but it wont untill you get rid of the old stuff you bought there 5 years ago. Hoarder.

Very disappointed with manager. Wanted to purchase a large floor mirror; I dragged it half way to registers and was able to get a male employee to bring to front - he said he’d carry to my car so he put it up front. I waited on line ( 4 customers in front of me.) I Get to the register and NO mirror! I asked where it was - then manager came and said I couldn’t purchase it because some else said they wanted it and that they left it to find someone to help carry it. I say once you leave an item it is up for grabs!! There were two women - why didn’t the friend stay with the mirror while the other lady looked for someone?

My favorite store ever. I go to every location within a reasonable driving distance, even when traveling.

The place to go for candles and curtains. The rugs are awesome! You can find those hard to find items for weddings and more. The selection of pictures are awesome fun place to shop for household items.

I like this HomeGoods, the staff is alway helpful and friendly. This store is also always well stocked. My friend got a sofa for $249, it was 50% off. They have a section with 50% off furniture that has some great deals. It is definitely worth stopping by just to see what they have. Think of HomeGoods like Marshall or TJ Maxx, they dont restock most things, so when its gone its gone. So if you see something you really like you better grab it.

Lots to choose from but would not let us return pillows we got from a home goods/marshals in Charlotte. Absolutely ridiculous since they are a joint company. Should always make the customer happy and they did not.
