In this store alone, you can choose the wooden floors you want to buy through the shelves. They dont store hot/popular products in secret places, which is very different from Carys store. It shows that they have enough insights into the sales slogan of Customers First. And staffs there are very enthusiastic

Jason, Bart and Tasha I want to thank you so much for helping me. I had a bad experience with lowes so I tried home depo after sneaking out of work getting help from three people at the same time. You deserve a raise! I couldnt find anything Jason openly admitted he knew nothing about plumbing but he will help me and he did there was no one available for help in plumbing. Team work! Bart and Tasha jumped into action and helped me get everything I needed on my list. They seen that I was stressed out and assured me that they will figure things out and they did.

DO NOT buy appliances from home depot for install. This was extremely disappointing and I will not be working with home depot in the future. I scheduled a washer/dryer delivery and install 2 months in advance. It was supposed to be delivered with connection parts and be installed....It was not installed and the delivery men did not have the additional parts. When we called customer support, they couldnt help me, spoke with multiple people who said a manager would call us back (never spoke with a manager). Spoke with several people over 24 hours, all ended the call saying someone would have to call me back. The only install offer they gave me was for 3 weeks out (absolutely not). I eventually called just to pick up the pieces I had already paid for so I could install it myself, I asked them to gather the pieces I ordered so i could pick them up at customer service.....they gave me a plug for a stove (not a dryer) and i had to get them to find me the right one. No one apologized, no one acknowledged a mistake was made. Very unsatisfied. Mistakes happen, its how you handle the mistakes once they are made, and this was handled disastrously. I just moved into my first home this week....as a first time home buyer who will be spending lots of money on home improvement in the future, you have solidified that I will not be spending my money at home depot.

So very disappointing to know that Home Depot only honors Veterans on certain items in the store. Just found out today, that they dont honor military discounts on electronics. I had to go to the old stomping grounds,Lowes!

Great visit the young lady in bath was very helpful. I cant seem to remember her name but she had only been there a month. Awesome start for the Home Depot Team.

I dont have to tell you how bad it is if youve been in one in the last few months. Prices have gone thru the roof. And good luck if you want to buy a power tool because your going to have to hunt down the right employee with the key.

The store is mostly well stocked. Employees at the Garden Center are delightful and helpful. The plants we bought had a pretty decent success rate despite some pretty tumultuous weather and some being on clearance. Parking lot is a pain to turn into, often have to waste a lot of time looping around and having to pull U-turns if you miss the entrance

I always like going to this Home Depot because all of the staff is helpful and nice no matter what time of day Im there. They dont give me issues with refunds either. Organized and clean too.

Home Depot is easy to access from Greene Road or Capital Blvd, with plenty of parking. Easy to find helpful associates if you have questions.

In and out pretty quickly, they had what I needed in stock. As per usual, only one traditional register open so a short wait to check out. Cashier was super nice!

Saul in appliance department is very helpful. Knows what he is doing. And friendly. Hard to find people in retail like him. If you want good service ask for him.

Great home depot with lots of selection on home improvement. Brought my grandmother to pick out some flowers for her porch the ladies in the garden department were so kind and helpful. We had to park on the street because my grandmother is crippled and the plant ladies helped us out greatly. We ended up with these beauties for under 40 bucks. Not too bad! They re beauitful and we will be back for sure.

Ive been looking for a particular color of Rustoleum spray paint. Went to 4 stores, searching. Guess who had plenty in stock? These guys!

Terrible service. Incredibly rude and lazy and that isn’t specific to just this store—region wide issue. It’s pulling teeth to get even the simplest of cuts for wood. Something that would take no more than 20 seconds of their time. The employee even had the nerve to lie to us that they don’t cut PVC. Common poor service for triangle area Home Depots.Store managers in the area need to get a grip on this nonsense. Your competitors aren’t far.

As a restaurant worker, I understand service, as well as people just being off their game or having bad days. But at the least, I expect to be acknowledged if I need help. While hunting down the one product I needed, I stood in front of Xavier who made eye contact with me multiple times and refused to even acknowledge my presence, while returning to whatever was capturing his attention on his phone. At the very least he could have said, Ill be with you in one moment. Forget even asking me if I needed help finding anything, I realized that wasnt going to happen after 3 minutes of staring at him. I will not be returning to this store and will be taking my business to other brands at this point.

I have shopped at this store and the Lowe’s down the street from here. There is a world of difference between the two. Lowe’s is more of a hands on yourself unless to ask for help and the will help you if they have the man power which too often is not the case. The Home Depot always has someone to help you and they will come to you amd ask Lowe’s will not. Walk in and they want or know how to help! The words your welcome are spoken by them something every giant store in the area refuses to say. Even had a person at Walmart say “I will not say it” really I say “thank you”response your welcome? Boy says I’m not going to say it? Anyways, I needed decking material and two boys Issac and Matt were willing to help. They loaded the heavy wood I was buying for my contractor. Issac Even looked the boards over for a the best ones. Very impressive never had anyone do this let alone volunteer without being asked! After I paid they helped load it into the Home Depot truck I rented because Lowe’s didn’t have my order I placed on line. Nor did they have a truck to rent. Kind of funny I placed a Lowe’s order and ended up giving my business to Home Depot. Thanks Issac and Matt you have restored my faith that there still are some good young workers left in Raleigh. I bought a dresser for my sons bedroom. While opening the box to assemble i notice the hex head tool was not in the bow so I took one of the screws to Home Depot and asked an employee to help. So he went out of his way to assure me the tool he recommended was exactly what I needed. And he was correct. Always great service here.

Home depots color matchHad to paint most of the house over cause I got some paint to paint over some dirty and scratch walls. This is how they matched my paint. I was only supposed to use it to paint tiny parts but since it hadnt match, had to paint the entire room. Never am I buying paint here again. In the picture, the paint is dry already. You can tell the difference.

I had the opportunity to work out solutions for my new 50-Gallon home water heater under the excellent customer service guidance of a cashier/employee named Queen (Latifa). Her attention to customer service ensured I had a really positive experience.She was an excellent listener, made great suggestions and provided answers that enabled the entire process to ensue without problems. I enjoy 5-Star service, but rarely receive it in retail. Today was the exception to the norm and others ought to know that this store in general and Queen in particular can provide support to an otherwise stressful DIY home improvement challenge!Without hesitation, I recommend this location for your next Home Depot purchase. Go in and ask for Queen, you wont be disappointed.

Very helpful with paint.

I was going every single day to this location. I know half of the workers names. Today the attention was horrible, waiting for 30 morning and the people in the paint department ignored me. Someone came and they took care of other costumers when I was waiting forever. From now on I’ll buy in a different store.

Small home Depot a little confusing to walk around

I bought a washer and dryer at home depot on November 15, 2020 and the dryer never worked, I called home depot to report the problem and they gave me an appointment to come to my house to check it. they rescheduled the appointment 4 times just to review it. After the fourth time they said they would give me another one on January 17 and then they rescheduled the appointment again for January 26 and no one ever came. I called on January 27 and they said there was no order. on Monday they will come again to check! Do you really think it is fair for a company as prestigious as this to let things like that happen?

This home depot had the good old home depot feel, but the customer service wasnt as good as others Ive been to. When asking where a product was, the associate seemed irritated and took awhile to help us.

My goto for plants and decorative pots.Today I got a very attractive preplanted mix of plants and a sturdy pedestal pot.

Love this place, Great customer service at the return desk . We bought lots of items for home projects. We end up changing styles and colors to some parts of the flooring and the stairs . The Staff were very friendly and helpful . They did return the items and refunded our money . also they were able to order us some new lock n caps for the stairs to match the new color . Home Depot, please stop doing business with Forward Air!!!We had a delivery of a refrigerator scheduled for Friday and Forward Air called that morning to state that the driver had a fever so he couldnt come (which is understandable but they should have other drivers since they contract drivers for the job). Forward Air rescheduled us for Saturday in a time slot from 10 to 3 and the driver called us at 4:55 p.m. telling us that our appliance was not on the truck (that must be convenient for the employees who want to get off at 5pm). We could not get up with the company because they were already closed. They rescheduled us for Sunday from 10 to 2:30. They gave us a call saying they were on the way and should be there in 15 to 20 minutes. I saw them drive into our neighborhood and keep driving past (I thought maybe it wasnt their truck until later we saw them pull up in the same truck). We called them back 50 minutes later and ask them if they were lost. They said yes but they had our correct address. We asked where they were so we could help them, they said I dont know but we are 4 minutes away. (So you did have the address in the GPS?) Forward Air workers come into our house with no mask in the middle of a pandemic. I asked them to put on their masks and they said they dont have any so I provided them for them. After they left I found the mask in my driveway on the ground. I had family keep our kids Friday and Saturday but Sunday my kids were back at the house and waiting to go to the river after the refrigerator was delivered ☹️. I contacted Home Depot on Saturday, Sunday morning, and after the delivery to let them know everything thats going on.When I asked the driver for a business card he said he didnt have one. When I asked the driver for the phone number to the company he said he didnt have a phone number from them. 🤔 We still have two more deliveries from Home Depot and I do not want to cancel plans for three days for each delivery when Forward Air says they are coming.This Raleigh Home Depot store is great and customer service was helpful butcould not change anything with the delivery issues.

Tried curbside pickup. Wouldnt really recommend.Waited for confirmation. Arrived, called the number listed. Had to call twice - first time no answer. Woman on the phone was nice. Asked for my name, but then I also had to give her a list of all the items on the order for some reason?15 minutes later, guy comes out. Says nothing before starting to load up my car. I say Hey, nothing. When hes done, I say Thanks, have a good one, no response. Just walks away.Anyway, nothing terrible, but certainly not impressive. Could have gone in and grabbed my order much easier/quicker. Think next time Ill try the Home Depot in Knightdale or the Lowes a block down Capital.

Ordered a washing machine and dryer from here last week. I showed the staff, Susan and Isreal, photos of my laundry fixtures and Susan told me they were fine and Home Depot would provide the right parts to hook up. She said they carry all necessary parts in the truck. They didn’t.The delivery/installation men arrived and said I needed to replace values and buy extra parts before they can install the machines. They couldn’t recommend exactly what parts so now I’m on my own trying to figure out what is needed. I have no idea what to order.I tried calling the store and Susan but no one answers the phone. I wish I could just return the machines but I don’t want to pay a restocking fee.This is a hard time for everyone and I jut wish they were honest at the store when I originally asked them the pictures and specifically ASKED if I needed anything else to hook up the machines. I would have had everything fixed before the delivery guys came but now everything is delayed because I wasn’t told the truth when I went into the store.I am disappointed and will DEFINITELY NOT be buying appliances from Home Depot again.Maybe someone can call me back and tell me what parts I need.

The store was clean. Staff was well-informed and available if you need them. Unfortunately, the carts were not cleaned before you grab them, you have to touch them, bring them into the store, and clean them yourself.

Any thing you need for your home as far as repairs, building, contractors, gardening, fencing, toilets, mirrors, doors, windows plus more this is the place to go.

The Home Depot on Capital Blvd is only as good as how the manager directs employees. I bought a $400 electric power washer and when I asked for help to load it into a cart. The employee I asked to help me told me he was too busy to help but would send someone else. I waited for 10 minutes, no one came so after great effort I managed to get it into the cart myself. Ive had recent shoulder replacement surgery and my right arm is still weak.When I checked-out, the cashier asked me to help turn it so she could scan it. I told her nobody would help me load it, she could turn it herself. Im sorry if I was rude but my shoulder was screaming and I was irked.Home improvement stores are only as good as the managers. At one time, this particular store had a manager who had employees ready to help at the drop of a hat. I preferred this store over a nearby Lowes where if you dropped dead in an aisle an employee would step over you.

We were there for ONE HOUR waiting for someone to come and cut ONE piece of wood. We asked FOUR different associates for assistance. Nothing! So, now were headed to Wake Forest to try there. Smh. Truly ridiculous.

I came in This store to talk about options for our non profit organization. Due to logistical errors I had to bring my 5 year old son with me who does not like standing still. Anyway, the entire staff here is absolutely amazing. They passed up my request so efficiently the general manager Lori came to me within a matter of minutes. They worked with me, and went out of their way to help in anyway They could. I rarely write reviews just because of time management, so for me to right one a company must be beyond reproach. This particular Office Depot is over an hour drive for me, and I have one in my own town. However this is the only location I want to do services with because they are so amazing!
