Ive worked on projects with the staff at Mosaic Tile in Raleigh for many years, and always find them to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and well-trained. They have a good variety of tiles, very capable designers, and staff members whove actually installed tile according to industry standards. I feel very confident referring clients to Mosaic.

They sell the best tile working tools Ive ever found in my twenty years or so of tile work. Rubi tools and Schluter Systems installing materials make a tile job so much easier, and they last a very long time. The only time I buy new tools, excluding blades, is when something new and improved comes out because they just keep on lasting. Ive been installing Schluter Systems since they stated selling it here and have not had one leak or failure of the product. Lastly, the staff has used the stuff theyre selling so they can answer most questions about it.

We had an wonderful experience with Mosaic Home Interiors and our recent master bath renovation. The convenience of being able to order the majority of the items needed from one store was extremely helpful. I had several appointments with Madison to select the tile, vanity and fixtures for the job. Her expertise and guidance truly made the process easy and reduced my anxiety about making a good selection from the wide variety of choices they offer. After everything was finalized, the rest of the staff at Mosaic did a great job of communicating the status of the orders and helping me add the finishing touches later on. The whole process was efficient and painless. I look forward to working with them again in the future for additional renovations. I highly recommend Mosaic Home Interiors.

I have never worked with a better group of people !!! I am a novice homeowner. There staff from the front door to the warehouse are very patient and willing to help. There is no need for you to shop anywhere else. They also give a generous Military Discount.

This has been my first and last time buying anything from this store. I took them the measurements from my contractor and bought what they said he would need for my bathroom. However, they sold me more than 2xs the amount of trim I will need and they will not take it back and refund my money. At least they seemed to get the amount of tile correct, but not even close on the trim. As soon as my contractor saw what they sold me he told me its more than double what is needed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE!UPDATE: After contacting the home office via their website, the Raleigh store called me to apologize and give me the refund I requested. It was nice of them to do so, but I should not have had to go through any of this. It was their error to start with and they should have corrected it without me taking additional steps. But at least they did get forced into correcting it.

I called Mosaic Tile Company on Noblin Rd. this morning (April 1) at 8:30am. The lady that answered the phone was very incompetent about their products and did not know how to answer my questions. I asked if there was someone else in the store that could help me and she said there was no one else in the store and did not offer to have anyone call me back with the information that I needed. I told her that I would have to buy from someone else and she was fine with that. Poor customer service!!!
