Bed Bath and Beyond has everything that a college student would need to be campus ready. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have great deals and the store is easy to navigate. Ample parking can be found and close to the store entrance.

Too pricey! Nice things but can buy somewhere else cheaper. If have coupons great.

Still can find some useful household items there. Do not forget to download their coupons to save money.

They have a lot less merchandise as they used too. I asked one person where the restroom was and she didnt even look up from the magazine she was looking at she just grumpily told me where it was.

Always the store to shop for kitchen and home needs. Store is clean, inventory is moving quickly.

Love this place, awesome home supplys and decor

I couldn’t find anything at this store. The layout of the store makes no sense. But even when I found something I was looking for, I couldn’t find a price. Some things had price tags, but only about 1/3 of things. I expected to find more selection of bedding and towels, but the selection was lackluster at best, and things I’d expect to be next to each other like sheets and bedding were far enough away to make comparisons hard.

Went in just to look, didnt buy anything just walked around. There is a lot of stuff packed into the store. Not enough room to really enjoy yourself without being in someones way.

Was surprised BB&B only offer military discount 1 day a year Veterans day. Many companies offer more..:(

BB&B is just great. It has everything for the home. No furniture but almost all other amenities. Also. has most of the items seen as special as seen on tv. I recommend highly.

Terrible customer service!Ordered online for curbside pickup because uh covid of course. Did all the prompts it asked for then waited and waited and waited for about 15 minutes no one came out so with sciatica walked in and got my stuff. Not one employee inside was even concerned that I had sat out waiting!!

Went to Bed Bath &Beyond had a small kiosk of hanukkah stuff . Im surprised because they had a plattner of xmas this what a bummer.

You can find almost everything.the only con is when you wanna exchange sonethnig that was use and didnt work. The lazy cashiers dont offer to go get the price I had to offer to fin it for her and she reply oh yes that would be help me. other than that the employees that are on the floor, they will help even by going on- line and place orders . Thats what I call customer service

This Bed Bath & Beyond has a veryyyy wonderful and helpful and polite staff and is so conveniently placed near my house when i moved in i had almost nothing you would need in a kitchen and i dont like buying cheap stuff that will break like cheap stuff so they helped me out there with great quality items for good prices. They also have the same everythings at affordable prices too. One item not bad buy when your putting together a whole kitchen... oh boy did i go crazy but i love it... They have just about everything you could ever need or think of to go in your house and things you probably didnt know that even existed too. This was a pickup of items my wife bought online and fir some reason the store didnt have a copy but did find the order in their system. Do I had to wait a half hour while they collected the items.

Wish I would have asked for the ladys name that was in the customer service line. She was very friendly and helpful. She was also patient as my mom couldnt find her coupon when she went to checkout :/ but she waited patiently while my mom found the coupons and then let her know which was the best coupon to use so that she would get the biggest discount. Store was very clean and well stocked considering the craziness of holiday shopping.

Well this is one of our favourite stores. Very nice and equipped with most of what your home needs.But ... We when there for a 8Q intand pressure cooker and they didnt have 1. They had way to many 6Q so we had to go somewhere else.

Every time I have visited BBB I have been extremely impressed. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager can be seen on the floor and has even assisted guest like myself from time to time. I love that I have the Beyond+ and am able to save 20% every time I shop at this store, which lately has been quite a bit.

What a great location for a Bed Bath and Beyond. They are conveniently located near a sporting goods and next to a party supplies store. You will find all the supplies you need when you come out to this strip mall. There is even a shoe store nearby as well. But if you need a great deal, there is a clearance sale going on at Bed Bath and Beyond. I impulsively bought a toy drone that was originally $49.99 for a little less than $11. Still a great deal! It will keep me occupiedfor hours and has a range of 61 meters!!!

This is the first time I ever went to this location and I loved it! I will definitely travel the distance to come back to this location. They had such a big assortment of items and the people who work there were so friendly and helpful.

They have a lot of good cooking tools. If you forget your coupon, just ask the cashier if they have one and a quick scan later and youve saved enough money to retire seconds earlier.

I come to this store all the time and I found myself always wondering where are the customer service people to help around. It never really bothered me that much until tonight. I picked up a gift for my family and I wanted to use my gift card as a part of the payment. Cashier Diane couldn’t swipe my card without encountering card error message. I tried swiping the card as well but it didn’t work. I figured there has to be a way to pull up the card number since gift cards never expire and it says so on the gift card itself. Diane stated: I just can’t use this as a payment since it wouldn’t swipe. Manager came in to assist and said the same thing: “the card is not reading and so you have to find the receipt of the card in order for us to be able to use it, otherwise there is nothing I can do, he said and walked away. Just like that. I was blown away, I never heard a store manager say: “There is nothing I can do!” What a great level of customer service is this. To make everything worse, while I called 1-800 number to see can they pull up my gift card number nobody in the store bothered to see how is it going with my phone call. Cashier and manager worked on putting back the so called go back items that were left on the counter behind the register and they were pretty much ready to close (there was still 30 min left). I was on speaker phone while on the phone with back office so they can speak to them also should they need to but do you think anyone bothered. Not one bit. Not once have I complained or showed negativity. I simply wanted to use my gift card pay for my purchase and leave. I’m so disappointed and so disgusted and so just blown away with the level of care these employees provide. The level of professionalism is at 0, willingness to help is below 0 and customer service is non existent. I will contact corporate office in regards to this because it is completely unacceptable.

Found pretty much everything that we were looking for for our New Home and our brand new Bed we had just gotten delivered that morning from Sears at Triangle Town Center Mall! Other than there wasnt enough cashiers on hand, the cashier helped us out great! I was on the hunt for some new sheets that wouldnt pill after a few washings. One employee directed me to the Pure Beech sheets. I am very thankful for the suggestion because these sheets are the best weve ever slept on!

A very good experience. I had gotten a coffee maker but wanted to look around and one of the ladies there ask if she could take the box and put it up front for us. I was in a wheel chair and that was such a big help for me. Very nice store.

I work at Bed Bath and Beyond. It was alot of fun today! Our team met lots of perspective college students & parents. We had a ball getting them ready to live away from home. There lots of great stories, some with sadness and celebration from parents knowing their child was embarking on a new life journey. We are just happy to be part of that special life event!!!

My husband and I were shopping for our new apartment last night, 7/20/18. They had a ton of awesome options and the store was really clean and organized. Sometimes you go to these kinds of stores and everything is just a complete mess, but last night everything looked to be perfectly in order. We went to the register to pay for our items and our cashier, Tina, was absolutely amazing! She did everything she could to help us save money with the 20% off coupons. She told us to google a retailmenot coupon to bring our total to the amount of cash that we had (we had $105 in cash and were just gonna put the other $4 on the card) and waited patiently as we did so. She was super nice and very eager to help. Tina I really appreciate you and can’t wait to return to this store as soon as possible.
