One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had in any store. The staff was extremely rude to me throughout my visit, and when I called the owner in Southern Pines to express my dismay, she was equally as rude and dismissive towards me.

I had to call this store to discuss an exchange, which was necessary because of a sales associates mistake (wrong size of replacement blades were sold with a razor). The young lady I spoke with, Heather, had the rudest and most condescending attitude of any sales person Ive ever encountered. I hold the store management responsible for her rudeness, as apparently they arent interested inproviding excellent customer service. This was not the first purchase I and my family have made from this business, but it will certainly be the last. At Yves Delorme, and even on Amazon, I can find the same products, with excellent customer service.
