I enjoy going to this beauty store because it is well organized stay stocked, and clean, 4 stars only because prices can be a little pricey compared to some of the other stores I have visit. But, the customer service is great. The two men that works there are very nice, kind, helpful, knowledgeable!

Has that good stuff called Chi but not a wide selection of crochet hair. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient too.

I was in need of crochet hair for a style and could not find the hair I needed locally. I decided to google local beauty supply stores and was happy to come across this one. The owner was kind and a nice older woman helped me find the brand of crochet hair I needed and appropriate length. Many other stores did not carry the Freetress Nigerian prestretched box braid hair for crochet styles. This saves me a lot of my personal time as opposed to trying to get my hair braided individually. Its my go to hairstyle when I want a break from heat styling and my natural curls.This store reminds me of all the beauty supply stores we have in New York. The carry all the products and braiding hair you need. Large selection of wigs and weaving hair as well. Im so glad its local when Im in the neighborhood I will definitely come back again.

This my favorite place to purchase my hair. Yes, I have plenty of hair, however, when you just want a different look and you dont have to cut your own, this is the place to go.

Well, I was going to give a five star review, but then the older gentleman at the front counter stepped in. Not good customer service.That said, don’t let this place for you. From the outside it looks humble, but once you walk through that door - the place goes on forever.Products seem to be geared generally towards African hair, and they appear to have everything one would want or need. HUGE selection of wigs.

Wonderful experience. Just left an hour ago. Great helpful staff that puts customer safety first offering a free mask for every patron!

Decent hair store, but nobody wants to be stared at from the time they walk in (older guy) Young guy is knowledgeable about products. The ladies in the wig section are helpful & friendly. Overall it’s a 3 for me!

This is the best beauty supply store I have ever been to since moving to NC!!! The store is always, and I mean always neat and organized. You walk in and the store is filled with great inspiring music. Any and everything you could imagine is here. I am newly natural and they carry everything I could need for my hair journey with great prices. If ever there is something they dont have...the manager will order it and sure enough the next time you come in, its there! The staff...this store has a staff like nothing Ive experienced before. The Manager is such a great person! He is so helpful and goes above and beyond with customer service. Im here every week!!!

Staff is knowledgeable about the products, give great recommendations, products not costly, and staff is always super friendly. I suggest everyone that need hair supplies to go just once, and you will definitely return.

I thing the owner have to see what is happening in his store because they are losing a lot off costumers. The manager is rude and the lady with ugly face is rude too the way they talk costumes is very rude. I dont want to come back to this store again

Older Asian man was nice and respectful. Although the younger Asian man was SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO A 13 YEAR OLD . His behavior was so disgusting. It was my first and last time ever coming back. And just to add a little more to this horrible experience... he cursed about a 13 YEAR OLD!! And forced us to pay.... which we did not thanks to the kind older gentleman. I wouldn’t recommend to ever come here....

This is like most beauty stores but I will stay its not overly crowded like some of them. The young guy is very nice and helpful.

I had a great experience yesterday when i went to this store but had ro leave abruptly before I could get what I wanted to get. On returning today, the lady there was so disinterested in assisting me that i almost felt like i was bothering her. She was also rude and i was so disgusted by her that i decided not to purchase my hair there despite driving from so far.

I love this place. Everything is well organized and clean. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They have a great amount of hair care products. Other than that, I wasnt able to find exactly what I was looking for. They have a large wig supply, but not too many of my liking. Also, their wig prices are overpriced. Also, their ponytail products werent that great. I say its big for nothing, depending on what youre looking for.

I love the professional and stress free environment also the sales person was so friendly and helpful. I recommend 5 stars 😘

PLEASE BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE. I BOUGHT JAMAICAN BLACK CASTOR OIL FROM THIS LOCATION. I OPEN IY A COUPLE DAYS AFTER BUYING AND THE WHITE SEAL IS BROKEN AND IT LOOKS AND SMELLS NOTHING LIKE JBCO. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY MIXED TOGETHER BUT YOULL NEVER FIND THIS OIL WITH A SWEET SMELL. IM EXTREMELY UPSET THAT I PAID FOR SOMETHING AND DIDNT GET IT.

Terrible place I recently went with my daughter to try on wigs and the Asian man kept staring at us then came over and asked if we needed any help I said no as I was already being helped and thank you. So he decided to just stand there as if I didn’t say anything so I repeated myself and he stood staring then walked off once I took the wig off. I was left with a bad taste and decided to leave and will never be back.
