Disgusting place. Bad staff. And not a cousin master. I bought a hairdryer and after half a year it broke down. Although the box written 1 year warranty did not accept it and said that this is not their problem, but the manufacturers problem. To the question whether you can repair or send back to the manufacturer I was told again that this is not their problem. Do not buy anything from them. This store full sucks. I work in Beauty business for 15 years and have never met such a relationship. I urge you not to let such shops flourish.

Last night I went to purchase a couple of items. When checking out an older Asian woman was trying to over charge me on items that I didnt even buy. When my face was questioning the total she then took the additional items off of my bill. Then when I was putting my money away in my purse, she put her hand in front of my face to take items from the next customer. Completely rude.

Its a great place to go and find your hair products its where I find my hair gel and shampoo but what really makes this place amazing is the employees that work there theyre nice and all their are some customers Ive seen can be extremely rude for an example I saw this lady accused the older Asian gentleman of following her when it was clear he was restocking shelves. What makes the place disgusting is the rude and disrespectful customers that go there how do you want the employees to be nice to you if your being disrespectful and rude. Those kind of people need to learn manners

They are extremely helpful and nice! they took time with me to make sure I got EXACTLY what I needed! I didnt feel rushed or pushed into making a purchase I wasnt sure of. I will definitely be back!!

I have spent so much money here. This WAS my favorite. Yesterday, I stopped by to pick up 50.00 worth of hair supplies. Every time I looked up there was an older Asian man following me. He didnt ask if I needed help. He would stare, every aisle I went on he would show up. It was very hurtful. Needless to say, I will never shop here again.

The store itself and the products they sell are nice. But the employees like to follow you around the store.. Usually it’s the older Asian man. It’s annoying and very uncomfortable.

One of the associates in the store was constantly watching me while I was looking for some products for my hair. I told him Im watching him just like he is watching me. I told him to take this basket and the items and I will go to another store because I refuse to spend money here and you constantly watching me like a hawk. If it wasnt for people like me there would be no Beauty Envy. These places dont like us but they want our money

Store is filled with all that you would need for your hair care. Went in search for crochet hair and they had a variety of options and colors. Personally I liked that they had a bundle set that included different lengths of hair for one price allowing for layering and a more natural look.
