Will not do business again. Purchased a 2012 Raptor with 123K miles and the truck is garbage. Had to replace the coil packs, spark plugs, Ujoints, battery, belt and tensioner, radiator cap and still needs shocks ($4000), radiator temp sensor, ball joints, upper control arms and differential fluid change. Dealer spray painted the under carriage to hide the massive amount of mud/dirt and damage underneath. Worst experience ever...how can Jay Buhner have a clear mind knowing hes selling JUNK
Great experience working with Jerry McClurkin. Gave me an extremely fair price selling him my 2017 Escalade and was very flexible on me bringing it back in to seal the deal after having some stuff come up that held us up a few extra days. Will definitely be returning to sell/purchase future vehicles!
Josh Cruz was super helpful in helping my Mom get in a van. She had been checking them out at other dealerships and he got her the best price and rate compared to other dealers. Also super family oriented and budget friendly she got a lightly used Toyota Sienna 2019 with ultra low miles. Thanks!
Honest and fast, I found NW motorsport to be very no frills and efficient. Honestly stress free.
I purchased a used F series pickup from their Spokane Valley store, and overall it was a wonderful experience. I wanted to wait a while to leave a review to ensure the quality of their used selection. It has been a little over a month with the purchase (1k miles) They gave me a very great deal on my trade in, and an even better deal on the 2017 f150! They were not pushy like 99% of salesman out there, but they are trying to make a living as a salesman! Being my used pickup came from Canada, they were meticulous on potential under carriage rust and overall function of the pickup. I would most definitely recommend purchasing from them if you’re looking for a very nice, used reliable truck or car. The salesman I went through was amazing and understanding. He even offered to buy my 16 month old son food when we went in and unexpectedly went through the process of buying a vehicle! (Which overall wasn’t too long of a process)Thank you a TON Scott Shidler!!!
Bryon Becker was awesome! Great customer service is essential on any big purchase. We most definitely received that!!!! Thanks for making it a fun process for us. Mark in finance was just as friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great experience, well be back.
We came in, looked at, and bought our new 2018 Pathfinder. The experience was absolutely the best used, excuse me, pre-owned car buying experience ever! I will be coming back when I am ready to replace my pickup. Thank you, Ashman!
I tried couple dealer place to get a car but i couldnt get any decent car even though i was looking for used car but in good condition. once i got to northwest i spotted what i was looking for. They have both new and fairly used cars. Good customer service i can proudly say about my dealer chris. He helped me find good decent fairly used car for a good deal just what i am looking for.My only concern maybe not that important to some people is the financing i was expecting 3 years packaging monthly payment but i end up with 4 years But anyways the interest rate was decent and i was told it will help me build my credit score since i dont have any credit score what so ever. This is my first car and i am happy ☺
Nicc phommavanh was a great help to me and my family and he made sure that I really understand everything and make sure I got a good deal. And Bobby also was a great help to me and making sure i made the right decision.
I bought my dream car here recently...the very next day after purchase.. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on.The car leaks oil, I will post up my garage floor picture in a bit.Fumes go into the cabin of my car.. this is a 30k+ car. My toddler son has to ride with me.I WAS SOLD A CAR THAT DOESNT EVEN PASS EMISSIONS. They tried to help with repairs but nothing has been fixed, I wasted a lot of time bringing my car in and out of the shop.A couple other things I got screwed on include; They never pulled my dents as promised because it wasnt what they originally budgeted for.Sent me to collections even though we had an agreement on down payment time frame(waiting for warranty refund on my trade in). This was cleared up but was very heartbreaking to get something like that in the mail.I buy cars every couple years, I will never buy here again and recommend everyone to stay away. This is the most stress Ive ever had after purchasing a car.
The sales team was a solid 3. they were kind enough to bring in the car advertised from another lot, but did not inform buyer of pump kit, were unable to pop the hood without lot owners education and did not inform office of pre- approved loan and pre set up of insurance to approved lender. the sales contract had the wrong lender and so did the insurance benefactor when the purchase order was brought to the bank. having only 4 days to secure the loan could have been less stressful. they are kind enough to replace the second key bob that vanished in 24 hrs at no cost. they do have the eagerness and room for improvement and we did get the car we wanted.
Pete was great. He came and picked me up from my apt and I got a long test drive. The car was as close to immaculate as you can get for the miles on it.
We had a good experience purchasing a vehicle here in the past. However, most recently I had called to ask some questions about a vehicle. I made it explicitly clear I did not want calls after and that I was probably not in the market (I explained that I would call them if i wanted to proceed further). They promised I wouldnt get a bunch of calls.I have 5 voicemails in a 2 day span (from three different people there) from them and have been getting my phone blown up by them. This experience is damaging my perspective of the company and unfortunately taking away from the previous, positive experience I had with them. Its unfortunate they cant respect someones privacy when they specifically state they do not want to be called back.
Great customer service and worked really well with what I had to offer. Worth the wait and they really do try to take care of their customers
Bought a 2010 Chevy with in one month the brights dont work. Changed both bulbs and nothing. Bought a warranty but their service dept dont do their own warranty work??? How can you sell something and not uphold what you sell? Joe was a great salesman. The finance guy was a jerk. ( guy that has a bunch of boat pictures on wall) this was the third and last truck that my family will buy from here.
Tried the online purchase method as I was out of state. Was emailed a quote on shipping and fees. Website gives details and claims they sell nationwide. Asked for best price and was told they dont negotiate pricing. However, when I then asked why they dont advertise prices on all their vehicles if thats accurate, I didnt receive explanation...Then asked for the manager to confirm some clearly fabricated information the salesman sent contrary to prior correspondence and website advertisement... Never received any additonal contact from the GM. You never get a second chance to leave a First impression. MY First impression: stereotypical used car outfit; overpromise/ underdeliver. Failed to gain my business and I was an easy sell.
Came in today to see jerad Greenwood and told him my situation and what Im looking for in a car and he was able to help find me a good vehicle and answer all my questions on the car.
Sold my husband and I a car with a bad transmission they must have reset the check engine light to hide the problem. I guess that is how they treat military just got home and wanted to have a decent car but instead got screwed by nw motor sports hopefully they are decent enought to make it right..
Had a great experience, Rory are salesman, actually listened, and didnt try to sell us something we werent looking for, andmy wife loves her car..... thanks
Drivetrain warranty is a ripoff. Premium is half the max payout. Its obscene. Ill delete this comment if they let me cancel the ripoff agreement
Bought a Jeep wangler from these guys asked the sells man why is the inside of the jeep condensating on the roof and smelt moist his response was that jeeps just do that because of the hard top. And/or has not been drove so setting out a lot would do this. So we ended up buying the jeep because we looked it all others on lot and were in similar fashion as far as the inside guess what the condensation. We’ve now had the vehicle for eight months and continually keep wiping the roof in the inside off almost daily during the winter months. So what I just found when we were taking it to a detail shop to have cleaned Is that the floor underneath the floor mat was soaked So I pulled the carpet up and noticed the plugs for the floor we’re not there so all the water when we’re driving down the road is getting soaking up by the insulation and the carpet on the jeep. So I called my salesman and ask him if he can get me plugs that in my opinion should’ve been on the jeep and the carpet either clean and/or replaced I would even put them in. His response was he couldn’t do anything about that but I should bring the jeep in and traded in on another one from their lot in that he would be able to help me out there. At this point I was looking at all options went down and checked out another Jeep that the wife was liking open the door of this jeep it has no carpet and there was 2 plugs missing and water inside on the floor and was wheeled for sure. Long story short is they will not help us at all beside trying to make more money on another car deal I would never go there again. If your buying from them or have bought a Jeep I would check to make sure the plugs are in unreal buyer beware
Back in 2016 I bought a 2014 ford raptor from the1502 river road location. I recently went there on the 19th of june 2018 to collect my gap insurance refund from Amelia Gorsage who seemed like she had better things to do than deal with a customer. I had been emailing her recently to find out where my refund was, and instead of her calling the 1-800 number for the company that does the insurance she gave it to me to do. I call the number and find out that my refund had a no later than date of 17th July 2018 to the 1502 location, it is now the 26th of july 2018 and she has not responded to my emails in over a week. I called today and no answer, i dont know how NWMS is still screwing this up.
Below is a text from one of their salesmen Bret:If I make no profit its 43000, I appreciate your wanting a deal but we dont do out of state deals without atleast a little profit involved. I can sell that truck locally for alot more and not have to deal with shipping and fedexing paperwork. So I will sell you the truck for $45,999 plus tax and license, which is a great deal on that truck. or we can pick a different rig. Please dont read any bad inflection in this text. I say this with all due respect. Its a for profit business sir, and capitalism runs on supply and demand. You shouldnt be upset that people dont work for free. You dont.Military member shouldnt do business with them for sure.
Dont know how to answer their damn phone, Ive been calling for how long each time and nobody answer ! Sad
Dont let 5 stars fool you, dealerships pull strings and cut deals to have people give good reviews.I guess this is the best place to judge the company as a whole rather than one of its ever-spreading branches. NWMS is a joke. Almost everyone I know who has purchased a use car or truck from them has instantly ran into problems. Their service department is a joke, knowing from experience that their advisors sublet most work and arent nearly as knowledgeable as they should be.Also I nearly crashed the other day due to a white bro-truck that looks to have never touched dirt who decided to pass me and cut me off for no apparent reason. Upon further glance I noticed his NWMS decals and the ask for Andrew sticker. So shout-out to Andrew Sterling for driving recklessly and showing the public the general demeanor of the vast majority of NWMS staff.
Friendly staff, and quick to get us taken care of.
I bought truck not long ago will say thanks for the sales people I love my truck, but to the administration office honestly worst service.
Utter disappointment in the dealership and salesmen! Wish I could give it less then a star
Large selection and friendly staff
Sold us a truck with a head gasket about to blow, made us drive out there 4 times, took almost 3 weeks to get them to reimburse our down payment, and to top it all off, less than 24 hours after towing it from the mechanic where it was pouring out smoke the last time it would start, has the vehicle listed for $12,000.
