Waiting room is a bit smaller than most, but everything was fine inside it.
They did a great job with the new renovation. You can drive in and drop off your car into their covered garage.Some customers were not sure where to go at first so maybe a bigger sign is needed but if you are reading this just drive up to the newish looking building where you would normally go with 2 garage doors and get in front of the door with the green arrow or arrows. When I arrived only the left door had the green arrow.Service desk area is improved with the waiting area accessible right behind it compared to the hallway you had to go down before. This was not a big negative before but a nice new touch.Waiting area has also been improved, brighter and with more natural sunlight coming in. Kids play area is no longer there probably in response to Covid but may return in the future? Chocolate cookies are also gone but hope they return when it is safe again.Waiting area has comfy seats, spaced out as well as high chairs with usb charge ports and standard electrical outlets built into the table.Two separate waiting areas are available down their own hallways. Seating is limited in these areas but there are more outlets and tables are far enough from each other for social distancing.The TV was left on one channel but most people have their own phones for entertainment and no remote around in response to Covid but there is a call attendant button if you need to have an employee change the channel or just pop out into the service desk area and ask.Snacks, water, and coffee available but its limited. I only recall Starbucks Pike Roast Keurig packs. So bring your own if you want something else.And service in general has been great just check the scheduler online and pick the openings that are available. Weekends tend to fill up fast so book ahead of time.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced, and when I brought it in I was told it would be 40 minutes to an hour. I went up to the service counter a little over an hour after bringing my vehicle in and they hadn’t even started. Thomas told me he didn’t realize only one person was working and I could either wait another hour or come back another time. It was a complete waste of my time and they didn’t seem to care at all. I reached out to the director of service, and got no response. I will never pay for services at Mazda of Puyallup, I will never buy another vehicle there, and I will tell everyone I know in the area how horrible the service is. Take your car to Meridian Family Auto instead everybody.
Milam is great. I bought my car from them nearly two years ago. Its had all its service here and Ive had nothing but fantastic experiences.

This is by far the best service department that Ive ever used. They take a video of the service overview that shows them checking everything required in that servicing. Total transparency breeds confidence. I just upgraded to Android Auto/Apple Car Play. So easy to use and when I realized that I forgot a USB cable to connect my phone, they offered me one. THATS SERVICE!!!

Im giving them a one star because for regular oil changes, they are great. I bought the a new 2015 Mazda 3 for my daughter. I took it in for battery trouble on two different occasions (9/25/17 and 12/29/17). After thorough testing they told me the battery was good. At first, I thought it was my daughters fault leaving things on and the battery dying. I can confirm this was not the case because it gets parked in my garage everyday. It got so bad at not starting that I bought her a portable charger to jump her car after and before work periodically. The last time I took it there about the battery I wrote a long letter to the service department how that the battery did not start the car consistently and asked them to change the battery. The refused. Now the warranty expired in Aug 2018 and the battery will not start without a jump everyday morning. Now they lost a customer for the price of a new battery.
This dealership has excellent customer service. Free loaners, free car wash, great service reps, and they are very clear about whats wrong and how much and how long it will take to fix.

Buyer Beware! My daughter purchased a used vehicle from this lot. When she originally purchased the car they gave her a estimated monthly payment, then called her Monday to have her sign documents and told her the interest rate was lower making her monthly payments less and they were throwing in their VIP membership with “free oil changes” and “discounts” when needing other services. Sounds great to a first time buyer right?1. She gets home and we read her contract and they actually charged her $3000 plus for this service.2. Every time she took her car in with a problem, (which is bound to happen with a used car) she left with a $800 plus estimate after this “VIP discount”. Took the car down the road and the said problem didn’t need to be fixed, it was a completely different issue that was fixed for under $300.3. She has since moved out of state for college and said Service in NOT transferable or refundable.4. When calling to inquire about this, was transferred to two different departments who had zero clue of how to help, then was told they’d have to check with management, after I said that was fine the response was he didn’t want to get management involved for a service that was non refundable and non transferable! So I politely informed him I’d let everyone know about this, hence the review.
Stopped in to take a peek at a used VW Jetta that was on the lot. While not ultimately what I chose, when asked for other cars in a similar range and with similar amenities, many options were provided! Bilosi helped me find my car, and I absolutely love it! Super easy, not very fast, but then car shopping never is :) Thank you guys for helping me choose the first car Ive bought in over a decade, and thank you for making it a seemless, painless process!

Food for thought, if you want a Mazda shop at a Mazda dealership, if you want a Jeep shop at a Jeep dealership. As hard as Mazda tried to work on my jeep that we purchased from them, they could never figure out what my issue was.
