They got my car in on a busy Monday and I had it back Tuesday afternoon. Sadly I have a cracked radiator and it had to get replaced but the work was done so fast and well. My Compass is back on the road and running better then ever. I should also mention that their pricing seems really fair. I didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of. They also were good about keeping me in the loop and letting know what was going on. Super friendly too. We Will always bring our cars here for repair.

This place is great! My Subaru was having AC issues so I brought it in. They assessed it and gave me a call back an hour or so later to tell me what the issue was. They had the whole thing fixed and ready to pick up by that same afternoon. Problem solved, quick work, fair price, and friendly people. Most of the mechanics that I’ve come across that had done excellent work for me were auto mechanics that I couldn’t keep because they had personal issues to tend too and business relations between us would eventually dissolve. Weston’s Car Clinic proved to me that I can maintain a steady business relationship with them. I can honestly say that I was happy with the price I was charged for my brakes on my 2007 Lincoln Town Car. Weston did something that is quite rare with auto mechanics he gave me the parts to my car that was bad. Now, to me that means a lot simply because it represents honesty and integrity from a mechanic. I’ve seen it myself where mechanics would pull some old parts out of nowhere that weren’t even from the car and show or give to the customer as proof that, that part was the issue with their car. Weston was not only honest he was punctual and informative about what steps I would need to take next with my car. I do see myself coming back.

I brought my 98 Camry in for a second opinion and a better quote. They diagnosed the issue quickly and even showed me the issue I had with the car. The transparency was refreshing. I will be a repeat customer for all my car needs now.

Bought a car from someone who got it worked on here I have over 800 dollars worth of receipts I have had to replace every part they replaced 1year after the date on the receipts they use OReilly parts (the cheapestparts on the market ) if you want to just get your car fixed for cheap go here but if you want your car to last please for the love of God stay away OReilly parts last maybe 20,000 miles oem parts last 50,000-100,0000 take it from someone who had to learn that the hard way

I am a used car dealer and had a client that wanted a pre sale inspection done by the Car Clinic. Weston gave me the best customer service I had ever received in over 20 years in business. I will be giving them more business!

When my truck broke down a mile away Car Clinic was able to give me the number for a guy that towed it for a fair price and they looked at it the same day. They had to order a part for it (its an 87), but had it fixed and running smoothly the very next day. The cost was well under what I was expecting and the guy gave me instructions and advice on how to break in my new clutch to keep it running for as long as possible. Most fixes on my truck I do myself, but I will absolutely bring it back here for anything I cant handle. They treated me fairly and with respect, and didnt judge me for my horribly messy truck interior.

Bottom Line Up Front: I live in Lakewood and I will be driving the 30+ minutes to Car Clinic for both of my vehicles needs so long as I live in the area.I took a used vehicle there to get it checked prior to purchasing. From the first interaction with Weston up front I felt confident that I was dealing with real people that were not only knowledgeable about vehicles but cared about TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE. The guys at the shop have a great dynamic and all seem to have fun together and (at the very least, appear) to enjoy what they do. They went above and beyond my expectation in evaluating the vehicle, took me out on the floor to walk through potential issues, and at the end of it all, the pricing was more than fair.I talked with several customers who had been coming to this place for years, for similar reasons to what I stated above. Absolutely wonderful experience. I came as a drop-in for a leak in my old Toyota and the team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Their shop was really busy this day, but they still inspected and fixed my car in between other project, They also found a loose plug, did a courtesy-fix, and answered alllll my 50 questions. The price for the work was very affordable and I left with a Thank You mat under my feet. :-) Will definitely come back and recommend to others!

This is my first review ever. I dont usually review businesses but I felt like Car Clinic deserved and awesome review for the service they provided me. My new-ish Subarus A/C compressor went out and the mechanic told me that he felt like I should email Subaru and plead my case with them. After they quickly replaced my compressor I listened to their mechanic and got in contact with Subaru. They paid for more than half of the costs. Their awesome customer service saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Furthermore, I had to get service done on my A/C and they took my car in quickly, got it repaired and said it was covered by their warranty so I didnt have to pay a cent. Theyve always been incredibly respectful and efficient at what they do. Highly recommend.

The other shop I had visited was trying to convince we to do the additional work and these guys took the honest route when they could have easily done the work and charged me the extra. Ive been going to Car Clinic for about three years now! LOVE THEM! They are honest and are not going to try to nickle and dime you. I grew up in a small town and my dad was my car guy. Anytime Ive called to ask my dad what needs to be done and how much it should cost these guys are right on target. It is nice to have a new car guy I can trust. My new go to for routine maintenance. Recommended by a neighbor whos also a small business owner. So far just oil changes done but likely to head there for other routine stuff with the truck.

While typically I try to do my own work, this is the only place I bring my truck and cars to. I have brought some difficult projects, but these guys always have a solution. Very well knowledged and have always come through. I would recommend them to anyone, bar none.

Pretty happy with my experience. Ive only had them do a 100,000 mile maintenance one one of my vehicles so far, but I enjoyed the interaction and they seem to have done a good job. Price came in lower than what I was quoted.They did say one of my tires had a nail in it and I needed to replace my tires soon due to wear, but they dont do tires. I took it to Les Schwab the same day and they said the tires look like they have a lot of life left and they couldnt find a nail. Les Schwab checked for a leak in all 4 tires and didnt find anything. So maybe it was a very short nail that fell out on the short trip up the street or maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere and notes for a different vehicle were attributed to my vehicle. Not sure. Either way, I still plan to take it back next time I need some maintenance.

My mom told me she met a woman who said Car Clinic is the only place she will trust with her car, so when my car started leaking lots of antifreeze I decided to go there. They said a cap had come a little loose, just enough for the fluid to leak but once they filled the fluid and tested the pressure everything was just fine. I appreciate their honesty. They didnt even charge me. Car Clinic has earned my trust!

The place has good pricing but every time Ive had a car fixed there it took at least a day longer than what they said. Nice guys up front but make sure you plan for it to take longer.

First I had brought my van to another repair shop right down the road and a mechanic told my my car was overheating due to a simple hole in a hose and it wouldnt take much to fix it..unfortunately I did not have the time to do it that day. I brought it back to the same garage a few weeks later and a different mechanic looked at it and told me I needed a thermostat, new radiator cap (!!!!!) and that my head gasket may be going... I left and called the closest garage (Car Clinic) and took it in. It took them less than ten minutes to figure out it was a clamp on a hose that was missing and fix it. BEST PART- they didnt even charge me!!! They have made a new long term customer very happy!!

They really helped my husband and I out for a good price when we needed it my Oly complaint is their operating hours. Im a construction worker in Seattle so Im not back in town till about 5 so they couldnt diagnose my check engine light for me because of their closing time. Im more just disappointed I cant give them my business because I like them so much.

These guys are a solid a bunch of mechanics very smart and know their way around cars Ive thrown a few cars in there for various jobs and every single one of them has gotten out when they say and Ive got great quotes cheaper than any of the competition and the work is the same. I had my Dodge in there for a tranny swap quick and painless great price and a good turn around needed an extra part from Mopar and they got it installed for free would highly recommend to anybody I know thanks guys

I would definately suggest car clinic for anything you need checked out. I was having alternator issues, and they made the process very easy and no hassle. The majority of reviews I read were positive, so thats why I went in to see them. Definately a good experience.I will be back in the future.

I brought my truck in to have some work done. Long story short the mechanic didnt grease the U joints (which failed 2 months later) and damaged my yolk beyond repair. After getting the runaround they finally fixed my truck but with inferior parts and I had to bring it back a 4th time. I had to pay a lot of the cost for the extra repairs myself. I also had to be the one who contacted them to find out what was going on over the several month period that it took them to get my parts in. I do not recommend these guys. Very poor experience from the 2 mechanics that did the work, the counter guy, and even the owner.

They have been taking car of my and my husbands vehicles and they are wonderful. Honest, helpful and get me in quickly for oil changes.

My mother had a engine replaced by them and two yrs later 6500 miles the engine needs to be replaced. I am trying to get them to help fix this and I am speaking to Scott the owner. So I will repost and let you know how well they really are. I can tell you they charged my mother to replace the spark plugs, new air filter and to replace the valve cover gaskets and none of that was done. I told Scott that and he is in denial. So we will see. I know that as a owner of a business that your reputation should be very important and I hope that he makes things right its hard enough to trust a mechanic we would like to know that we are being taken care of not ripped off. My mother is retired and 70yrs old I would hope that they would not intentionally take advantage of her.

They didnt have any openings, and I had to wait 1 week for them to even look at my car, when I brought it in to them at 9:00am they said it will be done in 2 hours, did not receive a call or message so I decided to go to the shop at 2:00pm they didnt even touch or look at my car ! And when I asked them why it hasnt been worked on he gave me a very rude response and stated that they have to get yesterdays repairs in first after I waited a whole week, and the people that checks their cars in after me had gotten their car fixed and were picking up ! Horrible customer service, and very rude people to deal with. Over priced as well! Would never recommend this place! Especially since I am a business owner

Had my truck in to look at drive-train (rear-end, transmission, etc.). They completed inspections and forgot to put gear-oil in the rear-end. They called me when I was down the road and told me to pull over right away. They showed up and put two quarts of oil in my rear-end on the side of the road. Further, the gasket type they used, on the rear-end, began to leak within days. I let them know about it via phone. They said they would repair at no charge.
