KIA does NOT back there products. I had purchased the extended warranty on my Sorento. I had brought it in for regular oil changes, but noticed that it would be a couple quarts low everytime. I have no leaks. They said that as long as it is in specs, which is 1 quart per 1000 miles burned that is alright. I had never had a vehicle burn this much oil in my life. They decided to do an oil consumption test. At 1040 miles I was down .6 quarts, so they had me do it again. So I drove it 2195 miles and it was down 2.2 quarts. They told me that was in specs and KIA would do nothing about it. I said so I never have to do an oil change, just keep adding a quart of oil every 1000 miles. They said...well uhhh you might wanna change the filter once in awile also.I will never buy a kia again, the service always blows off any problems that are going on with it. I want my money back for my extended warranty, cause it is supposed to cover everything g not just what they feel like fixing that day

Cant call the local service department. They transfer you to a national phone line that cant give you estimated time it will take to do work without Vin. Smh

Everyone in the parts department is very helpful. I work with them very often, especially Kasey. Always willing to take the extra step to make sure it’s right.

We purchased out Kia from this dealership and have been very loyal in getting our repairs and such done from this location. Recently we took it in for our oil change and had someone check our alignment- we started having some shaking and figured this was the cause. We were told that the alignment was good and we went about our business. Over the last few weeks the shaking has continued and we scheduled another service to figure out what is going on. We were told that a belt in our tire was broken and the tire needs to be replaced. Now as a mother of three that carries my children around in this van daily, i am very annoyed. Not only is this something that should have been caught when we had the tires checked prior to today, but this has put us at risk every time we get in that van and drive short and long distances. After speaking to another repair shop i was informed that there is a bulge in the tire when this happens and when checking alignment it is something that should have been caught. Im so disappointed that this wasnt caught and so grateful that nothing happened to myself or my family. Not cool Kia. This is not acceptable. do better.
