The worst service, you can’t call and talk to anyone about your vehicle. You have to speak to your “advisor”. Every time I call it goes to voicemail. When I take the car in and “my advisor” is not available the other advisors seem put out that they have to take my keys, because “my advisor” is not available.

The customer service or lack of. We bought 2 new cars here both have had transmission issues since the beginning. No loaner car for us every time.

I had a nail in bad area of my tire had to get a new tire. Every where else I checked said I needed 4 replacements. Even Costco. Ford checked my F150 only needed 2 replaced and they gave me reason why. So at lease they were earnest. Wish is a plus. Now I went on and asked them to do all four because when I have my regular service done about twice again I will probably need the other two replaced. I do aot of driving to work and back.. Now when they looked at the tires my rear brakes needed replacement. I knew that was coming because that kept getting close when I had my last two services done. Still great job and professional. Now to get to the good part. With rear brakes. And all four tires package being done (package consist alignment etc,.) FORD HAD FIRESTONE AND COSTCO BEAT IN PRICE AND THAT WAS WITH NO SALE PRICE. COSTCO HAD SALE PRICE AND FORD STILL BEAT THEM. THATS NOT INCLUDING BRAKES. THE FRONT DESK TO THE MECHANIC WHOM CAME OUT AND SPOKE WITH ME WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. FORD ROCKS (KORUM) . NOW IF EVERYTHING DRIVES RIGHT AFTERWARDS WILL LET YOU KNOW. LOVE MY F150 AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMS THERE IN THE PAST .
