I cant write a glowing enough review for this company. It always starts at the top and the manager Danny is the bomb. I mean the customer service here is really what it should be everywhere. They just take over and take care of you, they make it seamless, they take the stress from you and give you back a vehicle that looks like nothing ever happened to it. I was given updates via email and calls all along the way. If I could have hugged the entire staff, I would have. Im beyond impressed!!

From drop off to pick up the entire team here made getting my vehicle fixed after an accident a breeze. The initial estimate with Stephanie was fast and easy and from there they made arrangements to secure a rental during the time my vehicle was being worked on. Emails were sent to communicate the timeline and what was happening with my repairs & when I picked up my car was immaculate. You cannot tell there was damage in the first place as the repairs are seamless. Highly recommend using if you’re ever in need!

I went to two other companies first, both were what you would expect and probably would have done okay but I just wasn’t totally confident. I spoke to my good friend who is a lifelong car guru and asked him who to use and he said he uses Cornforth-Campbell Carstar and he told me to speak with Danny. I followed his advice and immediately knew it was just a different place. After a minute of talking with this guy I basically just said “ok, let’s do it”. He said “well let me give you an estimate…”. The interaction between he and I was so impressive I didn’t really care about the estimate, but the costs were very similar to the other two places. The shop is immaculate, the staff is very presentable and the individual in charge, Danny, presented more like an executive. I would liken it to a high end hotel in the auto body world as far as service goes. It really was just complete and total professionalism from the first interaction. They have a system that works well and they stayed in communication about the process until my truck was ready for pickup. The work matched the experience and somehow my truck looks nicer than I remembered it before the accident. The paint matching was perfect. They actually cleaned my rig inside and out and the truck really never looked as nice. I am not a guy who does reviews, but lately businesses have been so disappointing and it was so refreshing to have this experience that I felt compelled to acknowledge these folks, especially the manager of the shop. This guy is just an absolute professional and if most clients are like me, you are willing to hand over your keys after about a minute of listening to him speak on the process. Intuition is a funny thing, you just know when you have bumped into the right person for the job. I hope I don’t have to use them frequently but I am happy that if the unfortunate situation arises, I know where to go and where to send my friends and family. Thank you guys for the amazing work!

I took my car here based on the fact that State Farm recommended it as one of their preferred providers. What I got back was undeniably the worst body work I have ever seen. Simply look at the 9 photos attached... Where is the quality checks? Does anyone even care? I dropped my car off at the beginning of October and didnt get it back until the 14th. The wheel repair was done by a third party vendor, I do not have their information otherwise I would give them a review as well. Other things that are going on which I didnt list are: the door doesnt close with the same amount of force, my driver window makes a terrible noise when going up or down. When they blend the paint dont expect them to do any sort of prep work prior. They basically painted over all the old, very minor rock chips. As far as the fender goes, why is their DA sand marks half way up the fender!? The repair area should be very small, if bondo was used it should have been allowed to cure completely before sanding, followed by a shot of primer and then wet sand; obviously none of this happened. My car has permanent swirl marks now. I would be hesitant to take my car back here even if they offered to redo it. Corners are cut here and it shows. I have reported this to State Farm and am currently awaiting their response.Update:After having my car assessed at another body shop it was determined that my car was not repaired properly. The rubber molding along the door was not seated correctly or replaced in some cases, the black chrome on the driver window was bent causing the window to roll up making that terrible noise. The new body shop replaced my fender, bumper and rim with OEM parts. Everything was fitted and painted to look as good as when I first got it. No overspray anywhere, polished to a mirror finish. After waiting for supplementation from this shop and the other drivers insurance company to cover the real cost to repair my car, I finally have it back. Moral of the story, don’t go for the insurance company’s “preferred shop”.

Had some dings and scratches I acquired on my own, cracked windshield. Sloppy glue job done by a previous company and some sticker removal. All needed done and I was afraid of pulling the trigger. I met Danny and told him my situation. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and actually introduced me to the hound men working on my vehicle. The work was done within 2 weeks (because I told him I was flexible because I drive my work truck) he actually fixed multiple other things and kinase sure my truck was in good shape. He fixed a couple molding pieces. Fixed my tire pressure sensors which was broke by a previous company that “couldn’t fix it”. Ultimately I am beyond satisfied with this business and with everyone involved. Very hard to trust companies these days to give a fair price for good work with thorough communication. You guys did me good. Thank you

I was in a car accident and took my brand new 2021 4runner to this body shop. They not only took great care of my vehical, returning it to its original look but worked with us to also upgrade my tires during the process. The communication I got from Stephanie was AMAZING! My vehical ended up taking a little longer than originally foreseen, but I was never disappointed because Stephanie took the time to explain everything and made sure I was updated every step of the way. These guys were very professional and felt comfortable leaving our truck in there care. They did an awesome job on my wifes Subaru so thats where I took the truck. After a car accident I was referred to this place by my insurance company. They had amazing reviews and made an appointment on Monday 06/01/2020. On Tuesday 06/02/2020 I was told the car would be in for a little over a week and to expect it on 06/11/2020. To my surprise they had my car finished on 06/05/2020. They did an exceptionally good job on repairing my car. But the best experience I had was after my car was done and I had come home to find out that my car would not start because my battery was bad. I called and talked to the manager and told him that I was stranded at home with a dead battery and he came to my house, jumpstarted my car for me and took it back to his shop and installed a battery for me to ensure that I was safe in driving my car. After experiencing an auto accident, this company wrote a fair and complete estimate of the damages and safety secured my vehicle until the insurance company could reach a settlement and remove the vehicle. The insurance company was not timely in response however, Cornforth Campbell Carstar North accommodated me with their patience, relieving some of my stress. Ive unfortunately been hit a lot and had to deal with a lot of body shops. Usually the service was mediocre and the work at times has had to be redone. This experience was phenomenal. Amazing service, friendly staff, and great communication. The exciting part for me was that they finished 2 days early WITHOUT sacrificing on quality. The repairs were done well, quickly, and they even detailed the inside and outside of my truck. It looked better when I picked it up than when Id bought it new earlier this year.

I didn’t realize there were two locations in Puyallup when I called to set up the power window motor replacement, so when I dropped off my pickup I assumed everything was exactly as planned, later I missed the call but they left a voicemail thankfully explaining they didn’t have the part for some reason and to call back as soon as I could. When I did, we pieced together my mistake and they took care of it straight away, and the end result was I paid within $2 of the quoted price range it would be.

To find a business owned and ran by such kind hearted, personable, knowledgeable, hardworking group of people, is very rare now days. I highly recommend them! Do not take your car here for repairs. My brand new car was returned with light scratches in the clear coat all throughout the entire vehicle. When I spoke to Danny about it he said it just needed to be buffed out which he and I both did and the scratches are still very visible! When I called and told him he rudly said to call my insurance because there was nothing he would do and hung up on me. I reported this right away and it could of been easily resolved but has not and my brand new car had scratches on every part of the car.

5 stars on the work done to my car.2 stars for the way picking my car up was handled.1 star for communication.When I made the appointment, the very nice lady on the phone told me more than likely a day, day and half for the repairs. they would let me know..I had an appointment on 11/4, at 8 am. i dropped my car off, they did they walk around - figured around 4:30 i would call and see how my car is doing - its just a messed up bumper, not like serious body damage. A gentleman (and no I do not know his name, I dont believe he said it) sounded very short and confused as to why I was calling, they were just getting ready to pull my car into the shop to dismantle the back end to see if there is any other unlisted damage on the claim/estimate I had provided form insurance.He said that I was looking at Wednesday at the earliest. Then ended the call.I was confused and kinda upset, but I had never dealt with this before so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.Wednesday cam and passed. No calls. No emails. Nothing.Thursday, while at work, I decide to take a chance and call to see if there is maybe an update. Same nice lady who scheduled the appointment, Emily I believe, said that more than likely we were looking at Friday, maybe Monday, and that they would again let me know..Note that no one had told me about anything extra or why the delays on my car at this point.Friday - around 4:30 I get a happy call from Cori, nice lady as well, that my car is done and ready for pick up! small problem, the check i have from the dealership paying for the repairs isnt gonna cover whats due - I explained when i dropped my car off that the dealership was responsible for payment, i just have this one check and we would have to contact the insurance or the dealership if things became more.At this point I have been informed they found more with the care that needed to be fixed. And now my car was basically a hostage until it was paid or there was a guarantee of paymentNow, i work in finance as well, i completely understand their position on this. I do not hold that against them. But the situation still whistled backwards.Again I am thankful and beyond happy with the repair on my car and couldnt be happier to have her back and in a healthy state. I just wish the communication had been better.

Repaired dent in the right rear quarter panel and refinished the tailgate. Very professional and just what I asked for.

Car looked good when I picked it up. Took a little longer than I thought it would take to repair the damage. Had some over spray, however they put me in a rental car at their cost for an additional day while they cleaned the car. Car was cleaned not only outside, but inside as well. That was unexpected. Overall they did a good job.
