I recommend this place. A friend got a nice rock chip picking me from the airport. I called a number of places and found this place. The Woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. I arrived an hour early, forgot the time, and a young man Got me in and fixed chip to perfection. This place was more affordable and more accommodating than any other chip repair place I called. He also went beyond the call of duty and got some dried tape marks off the mirror. If I lived in Washington I would be taking my car here for any repairs.

My roommate brought her car in for repairs on 8/2. She was told it would take 3 weeks to complete. She didnt get her car back until 18 days AFTER the 3 weeks. In the meantime, the rental car from the insurance company was used up after 30 days and there was no loaner available. My car was in the shop getting a rebuilt engine. Fortunately, it was repaired the day before we had to return the rental, or we would have been carless.

They did a great job on repairing my truck, you cant tell it was ever in an accident.

We had a new bumper ordered, painted and installed on our BMW M3 and there was a chip in the hood that was repaired. We couldnt be happier with the way it looks! Had a very small fender-bender and I was able to get my car back in a week and a half. The rental car place down the road even drove the rental to me, and also allowed me to leave it there too. South Hill collision took care of that. They were very prompt with their service, to include the paperwok. I like that they sent me progress updates over text too. Id bring my car back to this place again if I needed their services again.

I have mixed emotions about South Hill Collision. Their prices are great -- no complaints. The work they performed was exemplary. The issue was that a job that I was told would take 3.5 hours took 10 hours, and I had to take the initiative to inquire when the vehicle would be available for pick-up. They were courteous and professional when I retrieved my vehicle, and vacuumed the front and back, so I do recommend them, but there is room for improvement.

I work for Pegasus Lifts, and we have had to take in our company vans in for work at South Hill Collision. They have the BEST customer service. Always quick. We had a small body problem, and today I drove the van to the collision center and was there for all of 15 minutes. They got to my problem as soon as I got there, and I was out the door. Happy!

Im used to writing negative reviews and having everything be a hassle but Im happy to finally have a good 5 star review to write! South Hill collision was so fast and convient from dropoff to pickup! They even arranged a rental car for me on pickup and return it on dropoff.Im very happy with the quality of work they did on my Camaro the paint is very nice with no imperfections.Everybody was very nice and they vaccuum and clean your car! I am very pleasant ly suprised.Thank you South Hill collision for making the process so easy for me! Your work exceeded my expectations!

We have used these guys before. We had a paint issue last time but they fixed it. We had a paint color match this time, but they made it match better the second time.

They’ve done 2 huge jobs ($8k each) on 2 vehicles in the last 12 years. There’s a reason they’ve been in business a long time. Very friendly service, quick & responsive. Highly surprised in the manner in which they repaired my bumper. From previous read reviews, there were a lot of remarks of them not doing repairs in a timely manner or painting the vehicle in a timely manner. However, they literally did paint and rear end repair in 48 hours when I was expecting to be without my car for at least a week. And the ladies at the front desk were very personable and made the brief visit enjoyable. Not at all what I expected when reading all the reviews, I will definitely bring my business back if there is a future need for them.

I took my Escape in to get fixed got it back and there was buffing compound all over even on the black weather stripping. I took it back to find out they didnt do all the work they were paid for so they had our escape another 2 days to fix stuff and got it back the second time compound on the back windows with a hand print. I will never have a vehicle done here again

They fixed my car after being rear-ended. Very nice people, took care of everything with the rental car and insurance company so I didnt have to worry about a thing. Very good about keeping me up to date with the status of my car. Dropped my car off Tuesday and it was done by Friday. Paint matches beautifully, there was a little bits of buffing compound left on the bumper but was easily washed off with water, so didnt bother me any.

This is a very convenient place to go. They seem to have their act together and know what theyre doing. I had a small amount of damage done to my car, my car was ready in 2 days with Enterprise Rental being available a block away.

They are quick and reasonably priced. They also make working with insurance a breeze. I would definitely go back here.

I have had the misfortune to need body work done twice in the last six months. On both occasions South Hill Collision did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my car.

In February my husband hit a pole in a parking lot causing a bit of damage to our vehicle. We filed an insurance claim and had it “fixed” at South Hill Collision.Since the vehicle has been returned to us it has not functioned properly. We called them and returned the vehicle twice.The first time they said they found some “air pockets” returned the car to us, worked fine for a few weeks. Call them again to tell them it’s still not right. We take it back and they can’t find anything.At this point I am pissed, so I start videotaping what the vehicle is doing. I emailed them the videos and advised them I’d like to give them one more chance to make things right before contacting our insurance company.They advised us to take the vehicle to a dealer for a diagnostic, as they are done working on our vehicle. If it’s additional work that needs to be done insurance will pay for it. If it is faulty work on their part they will pay the dealer to fix it.So we take it to the dealer and the car needs $2,000 in work because south hill collision used “sub par after market parts” according to the dealership.So since Monday our car has sat at the dealership because insurance and South hill collision keep giving us the run around about who is paying for repairs.No customer service skills. Save yourself the headache.

South Hill Collision is great! Needed my car repaired after I was rear-ended. Brought my car in for an estimate and was able to drop it off for repair the next day. My car was fixed very quickly (1 day). Everyone there was very friendly and professional - they made the whole process stress-free. Definitely recommend!

Almost a year ago I was leaving the hospital after watching my grandmother pass away and was rear-ended. Great day, right??? My car is a Mustang GT and I take a lot of pride in my car (it was my dream car after all), so having it hit and/or damaged in any way breaks my heart. I had heard of South Hill Collision from friends and reviews online and had my baby taken there. The staff at South Hill Collision were friendly, prompt and thorough in explaining how long it would take and getting a rental car set up for me. I really did feel like I was a part of their family. When I got my car back, I wasn’t really able to drive it fully for almost a week or so (I have a work vehicle that I drive for most of the week) and when I did, I went over a bump and heard a rather alarming rattle noise. It was a noise that I had never heard prior to the collision so I brought the car back to South Hill Collision and had a tech examine the vehicle and try to duplicate the noise. We even test drove over some speed bumps and when I heard the noise and pointed it out, the tech at the time said it was my suspension and nothing more. I ended up doing some work on the sway-bar of my vehicle thinking that’s what the noise was but nope, it wasn’t. The noise continued and continued, then warning lights and difficulty steering/controlling the vehicle... Those who are Mustang enthusiasts may have heard of the full experience involving “Service AdvanceTrac” errors. I didn’t know what caused this and troubleshooted myself for months. I finally caved in that I would never figure it out myself and took it I to another local shop (shout out to Graham Auto) who immediately told AND showed me what was wrong. The exhaust exhaust pipe replaced was not OEM nor did it actually fit my car—the pipe itself was actually resting against the frame of my car and when pushed up slightly it made the EXACT noise I had been hearing since I got it back from South Hill. Due the pipe being so close to the frame, it was also against a wiring harness that had melted from the heat of exhaust... AKA Service AdvanceTrac warning. With this new information, I thought I would have a huge battle to fight with South Hill. I thought they would push back on fixing it and say “how can you prove the damage isn’t new?” And I knew I couldn’t prove otherwise other than my word. So I prepped for a war and went back to South Hill and boy was I was wrong. I spoke w/a manager who took the documents Graham Auto had given me and told me he would make it right. My car was sent to the original exhaust shop and they told South Hill the damage was new and that if I wanted the car fixed they would charge $900 for it. When South Hill called to tell me this information, he stated that there was scratches on the exhaust and I thought at that time I would have to finally argue with him. I was ready to interrupt on the phone but instead I heard him defend me to the exhaust shop—telling them that I had brought the car to them shortly after the repair with the noise issue and that the damage was not new then. I was again blown away. And the icing on the cake? South Hill stated they were taking my car to a different exhaust shop and will pay for it themselves, out of pocket... and offered a rental to get me by till it was done. I have never before been so thankful for a business standing up for their customers. Never. When I was prepping myself “for war”, I had even talked to friends who stated “yeah they’re probably going to refuse to fix it” and “they’re just going to say it’s new damage and turn you away”. But I was 100% wrong. They made it right, even stood up for me, and paid for it themselves. You guys, this business is where you need to come to. South Hill Collision have a customer for life in me, my friends (I called all of them who made those statements and told them the good news, they’re future customers too and spreading the word) and coworkers. Thank you for not only fixing my baby the first time, but making it right the second time.

I have had friends and family get their car repaired here. FYI, if your vehicle has been totalled by an issuance company, they might choose not to fix it for you (liability I guess).

Very quick turn around on my repairs and very good with the repairs. The check-in and check-out are not very efficient so give yourself more time than you would think you need.

Horrible experience! Took almost 3 tines longer then what was quoted, and after I got my car back the check engine light was on. Within a week of having my car back the engine was blown! Never had a problem with my car, it always received its oil changes on time, was kept up to date with any maintenance. A car with 115k miles shouldnt need a new engine when its taken such good care of!

I took my Acura RLX in to South Hill Collision on May 8th. The car had damage to both sides of vehicle from a semi. While the passenger side damage was minimal the representative from South Hill made a comment when he did the estimate that he didnt feel there was any damage the mirror. When I picked up the vehicle the first time, I drove off and within a few miles an error code appeared for the blind spot indicators. I didnt have time to bring vehicle back that day, however later in the week the mirror on the passenger side started to have issues. Eventually the mirror part just completely fell out of the side mirror casing. I had phoned South hill collision and notified. Brought the car back which they had for a week and a half....plenty of time to fix. I have picked up today and get the same error message within 8 miles of leaving. Called SHC again to be told we cleared the code so Im not sure why that would do that again. I responded certainly you understand clearing a code does not necessarily fix the car. If your team doesnt know how to fix this what am I supposed to do. There solution is for me to drive back and wait. I would not take any vehicles back to this collision repair center. Even from initial drop off the car was a week late because of parts they were waiting for. Even then I had to call and find out when it was done because they stopped communicating. Each time I have gone to pick up the car they do not go over the car with you, some runner just drives the car up and gives you the keys. Ive never seen anything like South Hill collision in 30 years of driving.

Bums they do not guaranty there work. Bums the replaced my door and the clearcoat failed and they will not take care of it. They said I need the invoice. Dont they keep records.

I have a silver Mercedes AMG. They did some repairs on it last year and painted it, the paint didnt even last a year. I had to go back for warranty. When they handed me the car back there were paint smears on the passenger door window. It looked as if they tried wiping it off and it dried to fast on them. The attendant apologize for the issues but couldnt get the paint off. It appears the paint was on the interior side of the window also. Now I need to take it to someone that knows how to remove paint on the interior tinted windows. So frustrated with South Hill. Do not take your 90k vehicles here. Even if your insurance company recommends them. RUN!!!!

Do not bring your car here. I brought it in for an estimate for a minor accident. I got hit and the car dented my door and damaged my fender but nothing major. I brought the car in with no issues and when I went to pick it up they forced my door open causing a lot more damage to what was already there. My car wouldnt start and I started having different engine codes flashing. After my accident I drive my car home then to the shop the next day but when I went to pick it back up there was significantly more damage that had never previously been there

They are great people to work with. Know them for some time. Would not go anywhere else.

They repainted my bumper and it wasnt even the right color, it didnt match the rest of my car. The guy argued with me saying that it looked better and that it was the light hitting it. Theyre idiots that do half ass work.

You might think they are a little more expensive then others, but I have StateFarm and have since I was 16 years old and at 50 years old now, I have learned that you get what you pay for. I have used this place twice and they are top notch! I would never go anywhere else.

My repairs were done well, but they left the inside of my car an absolute mess. Dust everywhere, dust and debris all over the inside of my trunk. Even after I asked them to clean it up, what a joke. Friendly management, but lazy shop employees.

They cut a corner in repainting my fender flare. It was an easy fix and they were compensated by the other drivers insurance company. Rather than replace the part when they saw it couldnt be re-installed properly, they did a hurry up job with hopes that it wouldnt come apart. A few months later it is quite loose.

The prices at this auto repair shop are fair and reasonably low and the service exceptional.

Im entirely certain you guys are taken for granted as you are far and away one the easiest places to talk to. Your the most patient when it comes to questioning. As well as quickest to get a car out the door. Never once showed me anything but the highest respect and treated me as a valued customer. I took my car there on the 9th with pretty significant rear corner damage and they took it in straight away with smiles. They called me every few days with updates and with a 2 week or more estimate Im here just over a week with my car back clean and smelling good (someone deffinately replaced my air freshener). Fantasic job to everyone there! You have my recommendation!

Just another piece of trash Collision place in Puyallup. The Owners are cheap. This place should be out of business. Premier Collison Carstar in Tacoma or Yelm is where you should take your car because the owners there treat you good and your car good unlike this place at South Hill Collision where they lie to insurance companies to save money. I had a estimator friend who worked here and quit 2 months into being hired because this company is doing shady stuff and should be out of business.

I brought my car into South Hill Collision in Puyallup, WA only because the lady that sctratched my car had insurance with a direct pay situation set up with the shop. First, they scheduled me two weeks out after the car was checked (I should have known then, the shop was too busy). I dropped it off on Monday and was told it would only be a couple days. This was a very small scratch on the fender. I called back on Wednesday to find out when I could get it back. I found out they had not started. Called back on Thursday and found out they were looking at it and maybe getting it to paint department. Called back Friday and they still had not painted it. They promised it would be done monday. Got a call Monday and they said itll be done and ready to go at 1 pm. I came in at about 1:10 pm to find out they still are not done. This has given me time to write all my reviews of this place. Not impressed at all.Car should have taken 2 to 3 days to complete. MAXThis shop took 7 days!?!?!They charged for 8 hours of work???? How does this come out to 7 days?Customer service at the front always seems too busy to help anyone at the front. Meanwhile all they do is talk to eachother and complain about their lives.Horrible experience. Not recommemded at all.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Dealing with the incompetent staff and owners at this body shop was worse than my car accident itself. They intentionally made the first estimate too low so that State Farm would approve the repairs on a vehicle that should have been totaled (over 75% of cars value). They did two additional estimates and the final bill was THREE TIMES the original estimate. The customer service was terrible - they would put me on hold for over 15 minutes at a time, slow to return calls, did not respond to emails after asking to be emailed, etc. The worst part was that I was not called a single time during the TWO AND A HALF MONTHS they had my vehicle in for repair, except to be told it was done. I didnt get any updates on the status of my vehicle or when it would be done, no call when the estimate doubled, or when they did a third supplemental estimate. When I finally went to get my car, the work was so terrible that I had to leave it 2 more weeks for additional repairs, the majority of which were not done. THEY HAD NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO MAKE SURE THE WIPER FLIUD WORKED EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVOIR HAD BEEN SMASHED - THEY DIDNT PUT FLUID IN IT AND IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR. They also used over half a tank of my gas and didnt put any back, with the gas light coming on when I picked it up!!! The paint was awful, with lumps and drip marks, causing the paint to chip off the first day I had it -- plus the color was TOTALLY wrong and not blended on the right side. They charged the same price of new OEM parts but used LKQ parts that didnt fit to cut corners. They even re-used damaged parts and tried to charge for them. They also failed to bleed the breaks, got the inside of the car dirty, used damaged or recycled parts but claimed they were new and glued broken pieces back onto the antenna. They used huge globs of silicone to sloppily piece things back together that should have been replaced, and put a new tire on my car but did not grind it down even though it was 3mm thicker and caused my car to pull. They also opened the sunroof at some point, then washed it and closed it, causing the water to soak through and ruin the headliner. They put a damaged chrome grill on, then replaced it with another damaged one.I ended up taking to another body shop to have work done -- my car was badly damaged on the right front, yet they DID NOT EVEN DO AN ALIGNMENT OR BEND THE FRAME. And they illegally disposed of all of my parts without my permission.THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY. DO NOT GO TO SOUTH HILL COLLISION!

They fixed my front end but broke my drivers door..... and everyone thats come in that Ive seen while waiting has had to bring the car back for a second or third time. So if you have that time for that then go for it.
