Best collision repair shop around! They are thorough and fast. The best part for me is how friendly they are and that they treat me with respect even though Im female unlike some other shops. Thank you for taking such good care of my van.

I called in for my grandparents to get an estimate at this establishment. The front desk girl Brittany (I believe was her name) was very helpful and professional and made it very easy for my grandparents and I. She was very welcoming and she’s definitely the person I’d like to see and talk to at ANY establishment. She was very professional and I would recommend anybody to come here just for Brittany :)

My cars passenger side window would not roll up and Brittney, the person who answered the phone, would not think outside the box and wanted me to bring the car in for an estimate prior to setting an appointment to do the work. I did not think it beneficial to bring it in for an estimate due to the fact it was not a body shop issue, just a quick pop the panel and evaluate the electrical. She took up an attitude when I called her only the secretary and hung up on me when I was requesting that she just ask the mechanics and get back to me if I actually needed to bring in the car for an estimate.As the person who is the front line for this business in Puyallup she needs to take up a better customer service attitude or explain to me that this is work they do not want to take on at this time.

The car repairs were finished earlier than anticipated . Had my car in 4 days. Was very surprised by the speedy repairs and impressed by the delivery time. Caliber Collison also updated me every step of the way. Eric and Britney were super nice.

I recently went through the always-lovely task of getting estimates for repair to my BRAND NEW car. I was in a hit-and-run and it will be going on my insurance. I live up north but was in the area visiting family and had some time to kill so figured I’d see if I could get an estimate or two. I’ve worked with this location before, back when it was ABRA, and it was a decent experience. The CSR who took my call was so sweet, she made me feel right at home. We hit it off and she even asked one of the estimators some questions on my behalf for the sake of clarity and confidence. I made an appointment that I likely won’t be able to keep because of work, but I will absolutely be making the time to come down at a later date (from Monroe) just for the customer service. Caliber and Brittany have been the best part of this otherwise painful experience. See you guys soon!

Just stopped by today to my get car fixed and while I was there I noticed a young child sleeping on the floor behind a desk in the office. I thought this was very unprofessional and unsanitary. I will not be getting my car fixed year as they do not seem to care about professionalism. I will also be calling the Better Business Bureau about this matter.

Very friendly staff and the repair work on my hood, grill and front bumper turned out nicely and exceeded my expectations. There was a spot of bird poop on the hood when I went to pick it up and they even took care of that before I left as they wanted it to not detract from their services even though I said I didn’t mind. I plan on returning at a later time for additional work

My daughter was rear ended Sunday Morning. Geico (Insured Company) recommended Caliber. Geico made the Appt and she drove down for the estimate and pick up a rental. The guy quickly said her car was unsafe to drive and a total. This scared her a bit and with this being her first total she wasn’t thinking to great on her feet. I’m disappointed the man who does this all day (my assumption) didn’t advise her to leave her “totaled car” there for insurance to haul away? He told her to take her car as he couldn’t work on it. She stated her rental was at Caliber. Why didn’t he advise her to take her rental and leave her totaled car? She drove home in tears. Sometimes part of being Professional is providing information to those who are unaware. The man sending my daughter home in a totaled car was reckless and very uncaring.

Adam @ Caliber Collision in Puyallup @ the River Rd location was absolutely awesome!He took the time to listen to you & understood everything I wanted done, including doing extra while I had it in there shop.It was done earlier than I would have expected, including the extra work!They all did an exceptional job repairing my truck! Even better than it was when I bought it!

Previously had work done at another local shop and immediately upon inspection found several dust particles in the paint. My brand new 2019 car was rear ended and I chose Caliber Collision through my insurance company. They did very well at keep me up to date with the status of my car repair. I was returned my car in a timely fashion but the poor work was quickly noticed. My rear wiper was installed upside down. When i stopped by to have it fixed they did not have time so I had to return another day to have it corrected. Next there was a rattling in my car that was very noticeable. Went to Caliber again to find that my spare tire lock was not put back correctly. And the 4th and final time i had to return for my hatch back screeching when opening. After being asked gimme your keys they corrected the hatch issue. They have no regard for the customers time as it took 4 trips to fix simple issues. What major work was done subpar, I have yet to find out. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this Caliber location in Puyallup. Poor customer service and poor work on vehicles.

Love this place! Dell and Joelle make you feel like you and your car are at home! I had a very stressful at no-fault accident and ABRA was just the reassurance I needed. And to top it all off they are super fast! My car looks better then when I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend this place. Super personable. It’s very hard to find businesses like this nowadays. Cannot go wrong here that is for sure!

I would highly recommend Abra on River Road!! The staff is friendly and helpful!! Amazing customer service!! They took care of everything from Insurance to enterprise rental for me. They had my car finished 2 days earlier than expected, it was shiny clean, and totally detailed!! I hope I dont need them again, but will certainly be a return customer, if I do!!

Everyone at Abra was fabulous! Referred to them by my insurance and am so glad I picked them! Got my car in right away, had the estimate done...granted there was way more damage on the inside than initially thought, but they were great about explaining everything. Was told it might take a couple weeks to get my car back, but got it back good as new (even better cause they detailed it for me) a week early! My baby looks and runs great! Nicely done Abra team! I got my car repaired here around February and at first I was impressed, but started to notice things popping up since then. The first issue I had was when I got it back I noticed a bunch of white dust all over the inside of it and at one point my water bottle had leaked in my passenger seat and left a huge white powdery stain on my black seat after it had dried. Im assuming it was from the white dust all over my car. They vacuumed and cleaned it and it seemed fine. The second thing I noticed was my passenger panel had been set on the ground at some point during repairs and it had been scratched where the arm rest protrudes. They tolud me it was from my dog, which he has never even been in the front seat and I have a device that holds my dog in the back seat. And even those doors do not have scratches from him. Currently, my back bumper is beginning to detach and I had a little water spill on my seat once more Im having to deal with that stain once again, which apparently they said Im responsible for. Ive had positive experiences with the receptionist, she is always very pleasant. I dont usually make complaints or make a big fuss about things, but its very frustrating to still be making payments on a new damaged car.

Ended up with the repaired area a different color they claimed it was from it being plastic but the tail gate is metal and its also a different color. They didnt put the emblems back on the tailgate and I had to come back only to have the right xlt emblem put on crooked.

Very unhappy with the customer service. The process of getting my car fixed in April after a car accident was great. But immediately after receiving my car I noticed that my alignment was still off. They said they fixed it but it didnt look like it. I tried to get ahold of them so they can show me proof of this alignment and have received nothing. It is now August. I talked to the mechanic who stated it was done and would email me the tests they ran. And also said that if its off I would have to pay for it. Well that never happened. I called three times from there and all I get is Ill have someone call you and no one ever has. I think its ridiculous to charge for an alignment when it clearly wasnt done. My car steers to the left so sharp. And I have to hold my wheel hard slightly to the right. This is a 2015, I shouldnt have to do that. If you go on their website and other sites they have 5 stars. Yeah right. Its obvious they take the bad ones out.

This place is first class. From the initial phone call with Joelle throughout the whole process, it couldn’t have been simpler. Walt helped me every step of the way answering every question I had and put me at ease throughout the process of getting my damaged truck repaired. They even went out of their way with the rental car company with arranging pickup and drop off. The repair was flawless. I don’t think my experience could’ve been better. I will be highly recommending Walt, Joelle, and the rest of the ABRA team every chance I get.

Had my car 5 days before they even looked at it. Once the quote came, things sped up but 8 days for a fender and headlight is ridiculous. Customer service leaves little to be desired as well.
