I had a scary collision that did a lot of damage to my front bumper of my Kia Optima, Geico had paired me with Meridian Collison having no prior experience with this team... but I am glad I got to experience my repairs with them. Tiffany was professional and kind any time I called and instead of try calling back she would ping Mike for me and see if he was available which was a nice change compared to what Im used to. Mike was great and was able to answer all the questions I had in terms I understood and I knew I was in good hands. Picked my car up over the weekend and the man covering who I didnt quite catch his name was as also very professional. Picked up my car and looks brand new! They cleaned the whole outside of my car down to all the tires and it was a beautiful and clean job - you could not tell basically my whole front bumper was torn off. Didnt have to wait, did evaluation right away. Honest about what they would and wouldnt be able to do for my 30 yr old truck since some parts are no longer available. Cost estimate was fair. Would recommend them to others.

The paintwork came out amazing! After it was redone a second time because they used the cheapest clearcoat available the first time. After I paid extra for good clear coat the second time. And, after I paid extra, out of pocket, for someone else to cut and polish the enire thing by hand. And the turn around time. Make sure tou have plenty of rental on your insurance.

Excellent repair facility for your personal vehicle up to 18 wheelers, motorhomes and anything with wheels.

Please save yourself the time and trouble. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle. They had my work van for over 2 months to remove and replace the steering column and ignition. The worst part of it all is they bedset updated us on what is going on and when I called they kept on saying it should be done in the next couple of days, week after week after week after week after week...... Well you get the picture. BE CAREFUL

It was a struggle to get my car repaired. I had to go back twice to look at it. Paid for 2 extra days of a rental car. Maybe ask for Mike as your car care agent.

Did not replace trim panels, barely shoved broken panels back into place and said they fixed them. Painted a door and forgot the door handle. Did the window at the door and the door handle hasn’t worked right since. When I brought up any of the issues I had found I was told that I’d had my vehicle back for a while and they definitely didn’t do it. Over a decade I’ve been in the automotive industry and this is the only bad experience I’ve had dealing with another shop.But the greatest experience of all is having a rear windshield replaced through insurance. Two weeks after installation at Meridian Collision a defrost tab falls off. Could be defective part, right? Call and they take care of it under warranty. A few short weeks after that it happens again... and again. On the second replacement they tell me that GM won’t warranty the glass; I call GM and they tell me that the body shop isn’t stretching the defrost cables out before connecting them and it’s part of the replacement procedure, as they told them on the previous warranty. They agreed to send another glass after a brief conversation. Really wasn’t difficult.While picking my vehicle up Meridian Collision tells me they’ll refuse to warranty again. So much for that “lifetime warranty”, which they say is on their workmanship. Well, it’s their workmanship of not following a simple procedure that’s caused me so much headache. But they couldn’t, “float the labor anymore.”Roughly three weeks after the replacement... a defrost tab falls off... AGAIN!I work in automotive, so I just soldered the tab back on this time since they won’t stand behind their work. But the entire reason for me writing this long winded review is that the pigtails for the defrost tabs were still completely coiled and it was obvious they had still not followed the proper installation as advised by the manufacturer. So every time this glass has failed, I believe to be due to their poor workmanship.Also I’m still waiting on a rear entertainment center that they’ve been paid for by my insurance company. My vehicle was vandalized Oct. ‘19 and I’m still dealing with it in Apr. ‘20 mainly due to this body shop.I try to keep quiet unless I have something nice to say, but this place was pretty terrible.

I shopped for the best auto body repair shop for my truck. I was concerned about matching paint. They did a fantastic job on my repairs and the paint was perfect. I have found a great place no need to ever shop around. Great customer service. I highly recommend them !!!

Just bad service. The guy initially just seem like he didn’t want my business. He tells me he will be with me in a minute well 10 minutes later he tells me to fill out a form, ok. 20 minutes he decided to do the inspection an said after the inspection he will have a quote with in 15 min. 40 min later he quote me for $9000. I wish I can show y’all the damage. I got the car from an auction. I guess a tree fell on the rear driver side ( quarter panel damage and rear window busted out ). The previous owner decided to screw the driver side rear bumper for an immediate fix. And the passenger side bumper was hanging loose. I guess my problem is too small; unlike the insurance companies because they pay the big bucks. Listen, I understand business and I wasn’t looking for a cheap fix but $9000, really. There was one guy that seem cool; we had a small discussion about there seating for costumers. Other than that, just bad service.

1st paint job peeled so they had repaint it and then on the 2nd paint job they didnt do the body work correctly... would never ever take a vehicle there or recommend them to anyone!! At all costs stay away from them!!

Recently my vehicle experienced drivers side door damage when the wind blew it into a post as it was being used by a relative. We mutually decided to use Meridian Collision due to the cost competitive quote they provided. The work was done within the time frame estimate. Unfortunately, this is the best part of the experience I can relate.Upon picking up my vehicle (after waiting at the counter for someone to finally show up and waiting another 20 minutes for the estimator to go across the street to retrieve the car.....only after he engaged in a 15 minute personal conversation with another employee as I stood there waiting), I noticed an extra piece of the door sitting in the center cup holder. Was told that this piece was no longer required since they had fixed the door completely.Within 24-48 hours my door started rattling, the door speaker fell out, I discovered that Meridian had broken the door plastic for my door shelf holder and that extra piece was actually something that should have been place back into the door.A week later I did receive a follow-up call to ask about my service experience and I shared my story above. The person on the phone indicated that I should call back my estimator and set up a time to come get things looked at and maybe fixed. Well, I called back and left a voicemail, that was over 3 weeks ago with no return call yet. The entire responsibility of getting the job done right is on me with this approach......I have to be inconvenienced to get Meridian to do the job right and fix their errors (i have to call....again and again, schedule time for my car to be away, etc.) To fix something Meridian did wrong from the very start.This is not a good business, they do not understand customer service and they do not appreciate or value their customers. Stay away!

Had to send the car back to the shop 5 times there was still problems with the car when we went to pick it up and they refused to take a look at it and said they will no longer do anything to the vehicle.

Got my Kia Optima repaired after getting a large scratch on the front left fender. The team at Meridian Collision was friendly, helpful and timely. The results of the repair was great. The car was finished on time as they said and it looks great. We are new to the area. Our insurance referred them to us.Took my Mercedes SUV in w/an expected 5 day completion time frame. it was finished a day early. My vehicle was cleaned inside & out. I arrived 5 min to closing to pick up my vehicle due to traffic & they did not rush me. They were patient in processing my deductible payment, inspecting the vehicle, explaining the warranty. Impressed!

While they do good work, they are not honest about how long the repairs will take. Not only that, some of their employees actually lie to you. They must have new management because it is a very poor way to treat their customers. I would not recommend them at this point until they correct the way they deal with this issue. Honesty does matter.

Meridian Collision was awesome. I dropped off my car and they dropped me off at home and picked me up when done. Wasnt as much as the estimate as some of the parts on the door handle were not broken and they were able to reuse. Got my car back washed and vacuumed. Very good service.

I cannot even explain how nice and understanding the staff was when i had to bring my car in for a quote after i got in a wreck. They are fast when it xome to the quote past but not really fast on getting the total loss checks to the customer but, for the most part there work is amazing. Thanks guys.

Poor customer service, guy took one look at my car and flat out told me he wouldnt work on it. All it needed was to be put on a frame rack, and have the door jam pulled out about half an inch. He wanted to cut out the floor pans, the frame rails, and weld in a whole new bottom of my car for like 5 grand. Ended up getting the body straightened for 260 bucks in Tacoma. Seems like this place is only interested in working insurance claims now a days, they used to be pretty good.

Meridian Collision goes above and beyond repair service. I have had to take both my vehicles in to be repaired at different times. Both separate services were AMAZING!!!!The wait time to get my vehicles in were only a couple days which other places said over a week or more.The quality of their work is top notch and you can’t notice a difference of where the repairs happened.They also finished the repairs in a timely measure. It was only 4 days.My cars were returned to me cleaner than how I brought them in, inside and out . I was blown away by the attention to detail and care they took with my vehicles.I will always bring my cars here and refer Merdian Collision Center to everyone!!!!

Okay. Ive brought two of my vehicles here after accidents. And they have done an amazing job fixing my vehicles. I would recommend coming here in event of needing body repairs.

These people were efficient and courteous. They did great work on my car. They will be my go-to body shop from now on.

I came here for an estimate for a scratch and it took 30 to 45 minutes they didnt have the best service and there was only one other customer other then me in the store and told me that they had to remove the bumper to do it. It was on the bumper and a shop just told me before i went there that the bumper didnt have to be removed in all it was just a waste of time and they didnt get my business

After Safelite destroyed my car I went to Meridian Collison. The whole team was amazing. They made sure were car was fixed right. I really appreciate all they did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my car was fixed right.

My sister and I are retired so on Social Security and dont have a lot of extra money for things like car repairs. We have been to Meridian many times and have always gotten excellent service and when charged, the amounts have been very fair. Another thing we like is that they almost always manage to fix whatever is broken immediately. We rarely have left a car there to pick up the next day. What else can I say? These people are super at keeping our old cars alive. Thank you so much!

Brought in a car on Monday 18th under impression can be done by Friday 22nd. Bruce now tell me he will call me on TUESDAY the 3rd of the month after. Meaning most likely wont even be then and most likely not even finished that week. I need to fly out. Be warned about this place! Their estimates are just shams to get you in. Once they have your car, they will take as long as they want before starting the repair. Will contact the state agencies to file a complaint as would never have brought it into this shop in the first place had I known. I do not recommend anyone try out this place. Will see if they call me and tell me when it will ever be done! Also I am very concerned about the quality of work as all these reviews say they do terrible work. Bad customer service and lies go well with bad work, I suppose. If your insurance agency recommends this shop, tell them you want to pick a better one. Hey who knows. They might come through, and the review will be removed, but if NOT, I can write more bad reviews about this shop. AND WILL UPDATE ON THE STATUS/FILE COMPLAINT as I suspect this Bruce guy was lying to me!

If you want to be unhappy and have a list of stuff that is still wrong with your car go here they put stripes on my car crooked and one with a crease in it didnt adjust the headlights so they point straight down it looks like I dont have one when Im driving and they didnt do a front alignment after a front end collision. Dell thinks its ok to lie to customers faces and not call you for a month when he had possession of your $20000 car tries to make excuses for his lies. Women especially do not take your car here they will talk to you like your stopped and you couldnt possibly know anything about cars.

These guys are HACKS!They repaired a Camry for a family and took total advantage of them!!$2K to replace a front bumper cover and headlite.They didnt fit the bumper cover to the fender correctly, installed a new headlite that has condensation in it, and didnt align the front end correctly.Owners had to bring car back and they wanted to charge another $300. fix what they should have done the first time.TERRIBLE workmanship!!! I would not take a throw away car to this place to get repaired.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!Total ripoff artists!

Not even worth a 1 star. Came to MC after an accident due to several friends praising the work they do and they had good reviews. The experiance started out great. When I picked up the vehicle it had more things wrong with it then when I took it in. They were no help and blew me off. Ended up spending $500 at the dealership to fix everything. Piss poor customer experiance. Never again.

I saw a review about ‘don’t take it here if you’re a girl because they will talk to you like you don’t know anything about cars’ which is Ridiculous and so Not true. They treated me with respect and took the time to go over the whole process on what they would be doing with the repairs on my truck. I was there a few times and got to witness some people come in with attitudes and hear people on the phone being jerks to them. Let me just say, it’s not ok to be a jerk and expect them to be nice back to you. Your behavior and how you talk to people isn’t their problem, it’s yours. It is not hard to communicate what you need fixed without being rude and condescending to them.I was given an estimate on how long it would take to fix my repairs and it was actually completed a lot faster than expected! I did notice part of my truck wasn’t sitting right and they were very open, willing to fix, and correct it to make sure it meets my expectation; without hesitation!! They were apologetic for the mistake but as I mentioned it’s totally ok because I know they will take care of it and fix it, no worries at all. Of course when your child bumps a car while trying to park and you give the car a minor scratch, you want to avoid the insurance company. A quote was given to the owner of $678 for a scratch. Of course, they have to remove the bumper, buy a decal, etc. so they claim. Very overpriced. I would never go to Meridian Collision.

Had a very minor front dumper accident, requireing a new front bumper and head light on my Audi. Was told my vehicle would be ready for me to get in 2 weeks... i didnt see it until a month and a half later. No communication what so ever on why i didnt have it after my 2 weeks. After letting that slide, i was very upset to receive my car back with a headlight STILL OUT, a whole different color blue on my front bumper not matching the rest of my vehicle, scratches left and right, and headlights that were not aligned at all. After pointing out these things they just told me how my car is not brand new and not a show car so i should not be concerned. 6 months later i find myself back in their shop because the clear coat is peeling. This place is a joke DO NOT take your vehicle here. Customer service is awful, quality is awful, and they could care less about issues they have made.

These guys do absolutely shity work they cant line up a fender headlight and bumper to save there life. Then the destroyed my aftercooler, the work was so bad the car had to be taken to the dealer by tow truck. Then on top of all of this they cut off my rental car and stuck me with two days bill. I will do my best to tell everyone how bad this shop treats customers.

They told me my car would be ready in 4 days but then it ended up being 7 days after two mishaps of receiving the wrong part, then the parts guy not being available.. etc. They did not keep me updated during this process, and I had to call them several times. Also did not like being called sweetie. Unprofessional.

2000 Ford Expedition 5.4 XLT AWD. 60-70 MPH winds at Ocean Shores last week-end hyper-extended my drivers door when opened and I was CRUSHED. A sickening pop and snap sound then suddenly after struggling to close the door while fighting fierce coastal winds, I could only then open my door approx 8, closed funny and LOTS of wind noise from the faulty door while driving too. SO ANNOYING and so distressing.4 days later, Dell at Meridian Collision Center said he needed to see my truck. I arrived and was served immediately. Dell and a tech named Clay got my door opened in a matter of seconds w/some big tools however there was damage needing repair. Dell got my truck in immediately and it was completely fixed in less than 4 hours!! Dell advised me to use rubbing compound to remove the scuff marks from the fender onto the door and vice-versa but to wait until a coating they put on the door edge drys to prevent rust and corrosion. COOL, saved me some money. Only needed skilled labor, no materials or parts needed for this job. My door now works as good as new and I am relieved.MCC even provided transportation to my home an back. Thanks Erik.THANK YOU. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! EXEMPLARY SERVICE w/good teamwork and fair pricing. WOW!! Easy as Dell.
