I bought an awesome Harley Quinn outfit! I didn’t have the top in my size so I had to order it and have it shipped for an extra six dollars.My kid wanted earrings and Jewelry was buy 1 get 1 half off, so I grabbed a Wonder Woman necklace $12. I asked what the metal squares on the back before they said they had no idea. When I got home I realized there was a sword supposed to be with the shield. No sword was in it.I live too far away 4+ hours to return it. I had to bite the bullet on that one.

Ive noticed this place has gone a little down hill since I used to come here when I was in my teens, it definitely is lacking in diversity, but the staff are wonderful and helpful

Found what we were looking for and more. Im guessing they work for bonuses because everyone was trying to help us at once. It was entirely too much. We couldnt look at anything without someone asking us if we were finding everything.

Sales associate was amazing. Very helpful and made sure we found what we were looking for.

After what transpired today most likely will not shop there. I was heading into work and figured I stop in and buy somthing before I go in. As I walked up the main security guy was unlocking the doors. I walked in and straight to the gate was the first one there no one else was there.it was 3 mins before they opened as the store manager was opening the gate she point at me and said I cant let you in the guy behind you was here since 9 am outside I saw him there. Thing is first they didnt post any special release for any one to stand in line, so I was confused why I wasnt allowed in. So after the guy left I was allowed to go so out of curiosity I asked why I wasnt let in,after I asked again she stated they had a fun thing released she finally told me it was to chase pops that were released. Well if she states that the public doesnt know when they get them in then why was this one person in line and why wasnt i able to just walk in like any normal person coming to the mall if he was there why wasnt he in front of me since he was there since 9. He clearly some how knew those chase funkos were there and they were for him, that goes against all the rules she post. After I left I thought to my self she took a rare opportunity for me to get a cool hard pop to get, I never give any problems when I dont get a pop never make comments of how the releases are handle so its just sad that this was handled like so.furthermore when I buy exclusives I limit myself to one pop and dont get more and I dont take advantage and buy everything leaving no chance for others to get the new releases.

Great covid-19 response. And keeping everything clean it was my first outing since last year and I felt very pleased by it.

Horrible customer service, dont put purchase limits on limited items. This morning there was 25 people in line for a funko pop that the store only got 5 of in, but didnt tell anyone how many. Waited 4 hours and was 5th in Line and only the first 3 people was able To purchase one. It just needs To be fair To everyone.

They are always super nice and sweet when I come in. They know my face and always ask how I am. They treat me like family. I appreciate their respect and help. I have one complaint. Im in a wheelchair and its impossible for me to move around the store. If that could change, Id give you 5 stars.

Ive been to several Hot Topic stores around the country and each experience was consistently average- except for this one. Im perfectly fine with employees explaining sales, but it was really unnecessary to be asked Are you still browsing? three times in as many minutes. Im not sure if it was just a slow day, or a slow person, but its generally not a good idea to make customers feel like theyre playing a game of 20 questions where every question is the same. My answer? No, I am not still browsing.

Y’all need to fire the clique taking over your store. They are not providing good customer service and only ordering stuff that they like and that fit them (they are these petit little girls). Before it was really well balanced between geek/goth/band stuff and they had a good amount of each size, but now I’m noticing less and less geek (because that’s what people are obviously buying) and the products they are ordering aren’t moving at all (I was seeing a lot of items in bulk covered with dust). Not to mention the little girl that took care of my order was rude as all get out and extremely useless! You just lost a customer because of how poorly your store is being ran, and I wasn’t the only one complaining saying I wasn’t coming back either.

This place is one of my favorite places, even at my age! The kids that work here are always the best. I love the deals I get on stuff for my kids!

Need to put better limits on how many funko pop figures one customer can buy. Went in for a certain one and the guy before me bought all of them that was there. If there is only a certain amount of one product like 3 or 4 only allow one per customer. Probably just gonna do any shopping I have to do there online from now on. Other than that customer service has always been great there. Just tired of always going in and being disappointed when new pops come out and one person can buy them all

I normally have no issue with this store but today the day after Christmas the store is busy, as to be expected and they have at least 6 employees in there and only 1 actually working. The line to pay is piling up in an cramped store on both sides of the aisle still only one person is doing anything. After being ignored I ended up leaving. As I said Ive never had this problem, I even came here on Black Friday.

The store has more then it has capacity for, so its very crowded. Some of the employees are incredibly rude, and some are super nice, so its a hit or miss. The sizing stickers often ruin clothing when removed due to the lack of consideration when placing. (This has happened with three articles of clothing)

I love all of the employees they are heckin nice and they have gr8 clothes kinda expensive but they usually have good deals so its not all bad.

We used to love this store, but now its totally gone down hill!Its messy, and had tiny sizes. The merchandise isnt what it used to be. Its just really tanking. Plus the discounts show up on the recirece, but are being applied, so we are being ripped off too. The staff isnt helpful and I suspect its due to poor management and corporate isnt paying the employees enough.

We waited for almost 10 minutes at the register while two employees were talking behind the counter on their phones and blatantly ignoring my child as she stood there watching as they spoke of inappropriate things and behaviors between their private lives. It was highly unprofessional and it is obvious that the two female employees were not helpful and was extremely disrespectful to treat a customer differently because of the fact that they were a child. The date of the occurrence was on 6/22/19 at 5:47 pm. I wont stop shopping there but I will be as disrespectful and dismissive as the employees that are hired by this company. Id give less stars if I could!

Asked if there was more of an item in a certain size was told we could order and have it shipped to store for free but, that item price was way higher to have ordered then buying it. They said no difference but 10 dollars more is a difference.

The place is very clean. However, the models were a little pushy and they asked me multiple times about cash and other things.
