Penneys seems to have recovered somewhat. The store was decently organized and I saw six people stocking shelves. I hope they can keep it up.

Nice large department store. Plenty of clothes for anyone. Also home goods and a sephora section. Organized and well maintained. They have decent sales as well.

Store isnt clean or neat, some parts are nice. Had to hunt to find a dressing room, clerk finally showed me when I asked. But I did find my bra, and got 25% off using my pennys card. Good deal.

I used to love shopping at JCPenney. Recently their fashion has become very drab and boring. Im not sure what happened to the exciting clothing they used to carry. It would be nice to have a nice array of colors and fun fashions to choose from again. Phone chop there again until something changes.

Being a former employee, I was saddened that the MOD, couldnt even do math. Half of 30, is 15. I really like the clothes at JCP. Hopefully next time I will have a better experience. Maybe the Pueblo store is going down hill.

I usually go into the store to buy things, but I also use the app to help me find something. Prices are decent for the clothes provided, but it can get pricey if you are looking for something specific that isnt on sale. Sales are usually pretty regular here, but feel free to check the website or the app before you go in. The staff at this particular JCP is pretty nice and helpful. The JCP rewards program is also pretty nice for those who regularly go for clothing or accessories. The options in this store are suited well for those who enjoy classy and simple clothing that doesnt cost a lot of money. I particularly enjoy St. John Bays clothing, but there is a lot of other styles that are equally nice.Overall, the staff and products in here are great, and is definitely worth even a quick visit to see what is available. Just make sure to keep an eye on the prices, especially when there is a big sale!

Pennys making it harder and harder to shop here. Less convenient for customers. With everything going on you would think they would be happy to still be in business but they card less about the customers than ever before it seems.

Ordered online and it arrived a week early they even give you the delivery option of having it sent to the store which is a safer choice I like that

Looks like my alter ego was in and gave review. Well Im have Pennys 5 star. They have had ups and downs but continue to stay around. This store as well as most stores in the Pueblo market need a customer service class mandatory for all employees of all businesses in Pueblo to take before starting the job. Its that bad. You know when where work has trainers will problem is the trainers need more training then the new employee. The Pueblo market has lousy trainers. I get all the time Tom your always in a chipper Happ mood and smiling, your not from around here are you. What does that tell you. I was in La Junta same situation. Pueblo and La Junta are in same sinking boat. Lets stop and took at my work. Below are a few pics. Great staff, good selection

Found exactly what we wanted and a few other cute things at good prices. There was quite a line to check out, but the customer service people stepped up quickly. We were through in no time, they were so cheerful and friendly.

Found the quality and price for polo shirts looking for.

Went looking for shoes. Sadly it wasnt kept up nicely. The clearance shoes were a mess. Some areas were clean and can see where things were but...not impressed with the display of shoes. Sorry.

Went there to check on a ring I had to get repairs done on. They informed me it couldnt be repaired so I was refunded the purchase price. I was so bummed cause I loved it. Described it to the cashier and just so happens that they had the exact same ring.

So if you work for a living and need foot ware after work you will have to drive to colorado springs as I am doing 7:20 Big 5, they been closed 3 times I have tried all 30 minutes earlier every time,JC PENNY no they dont want your money either, as for FAl-APART (wal-barf) you get the point, BOYCOTT them dont go to their store they closed enough mom and pop stores FORCING US WITH 1 OPTION COME ON FOLKS!!!!! ENOUGH!!!!

Both the Sephora and the Jewelry counter reps are great! Had to find a foundation for engagement photos mid-pandemic and she let me purchase and take them out to my car to try and return until I got it right! So incredible! Who thought buying foundation would be so difficult without samples!!

The staff was very kind and helpful. I went to get another pair of boots because the ones I bought 4 months ago broke. They said that shouldnt have happened and let me return the broken ones for a different pair because they no longer had the same ones. They were really cool about it.

Im sad and disappointed that we are loosing our JC Pennys store. There is a joy and satisfaction in physically walking, browsing and shopping at our Pennys store...nothing exciting labout shopping on line, there is no plastime experience in that, no greeting people as you shop. Just bummed...😔

Today we found what we wanted. We wanted to buy curtains, but there weren’t enough of them, so we used the Internet and ordered them there. Buying using the Internet was cheaper and there is more choice. If you have the opportunity to wait two or three days, use the Internet. Another drawback of this store is a dirty toilet and is located in an uncomfortable place.

4 stars for the sales. Great prices! One star for customer service at desk for clerk who treated us like we were trying g to steal a belt that was marked down from original price even when walked back to display to verify price. Other than her attitude, very good experience.

Rachael at the Salon was great and gives very good haircuts. I also bought a shirt and slacks and had no problems. Checkout was fast and easy!

Need to stock up better on shorts. Especially during the summer.

I went here to pickup an order that I made on Black Friday. I did have to wait a few minutes due to the clerk going to the back to bring out another order. Another clerk came over and went in the back for my order. He took everything out of the box after he checked my ID to assure me that everything was there. Other places I order from usually just give me a sealed package. I was impressed at the merchandise and how well stocked the store was.

Brought my sister a purse. Posted sign showed it to be on sale, but was charged full price. When I asked about it being on sale the girl just saidno. No explanation. I didnt pursue it, but wont be back.

Woman in charge in the bra and underwear section was completely rude and very snobby. Maybe mid 50s grey hair, we asked her about a special type of bra for my wife and she rolled her eyes and acted like we were trash..!! We had plenty of money to buy 6 or 7 new bras but with her snobby attitude we will never come back we went to Victorias secret! A company as old as Jcpenny should be well established in customer service but this was horrible

JCP REBATES!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. NEVER received our rebate. Submitted online, faxed in rebate at least 10 times, called in & no human customer service rep ever answered the phone. called in another attempt after long hold, was hung up on. FINALLY after attempt #X, chatted with a human online and was informed the rebate deadline closed and nothing they could do. For this reason WILL NOT PATRON JCP.

I didnt buy anything but my grandma did. She sent me some beautiful fuzzy pajamas. However she mixed up the package and gave me the pink ones and Heaven the blue ones! I was able to get into the shot and exchange them for the blue ones in 2 sizes up cuz they shrink, and then called my grandma, had her steal Heavens package back and do the same thing just change it to pink 2 sizes up so that when it washes it will fit right. I love them and still wear them today! 💙😸

What we went in looking for was out of stock. We were able to find a very similar item because they have a pretty good selection. The prices arent bad. Our wait and checkout process was speedy.
