Sky was very very helpful, especially over the phone. I called ahead to see if they had a certain style of shoe in stock, and she pulled several of the style aside for me to try on in store. Very nice and helpful! :)

I just want to throw a BIG thanks to Sky, the store manager!! You were amazing, and it makes me extremely happy, that you and your co-worker want to do everything you possibly can for a situation like my daughters!! You went above and beyond for my others kids tonight, helping them get exactly what they wanted, and you didnt stop until they were satisfied!! You are going to try your hardest to get something going so we no longer have to but to separate pairs of shoes, due to my daughters feet being 2 different sizes!! Even if youre not able to do it, the fact that you actually, genuinely care and are going to do you best, is enough for me!! There needs to be more people in this world like you, and not just out here to make a dollar!! Thank you soooooo much!! Youre amazing!!

While I havent shopped here I see that the store is very busy almost every time I walk by it. There are a plethora of shoe stores in this mall, so they must have what the shoppers are looking for at a reasonable price. Very easy to find the location in a small mall like the Pueblo Mall.

The employees were super dope and friendly, but not too in your face or anything. Stocked well with really good inventory. Some of the cheaper Vans Ive seen. Hella great overall, definitely would recommend. 👍👍

Employees could have acted slightly more interested in their customers but we always buy our Chucks there. So I wouldnt care how the employees acted. Unless they worked under me.

The assistant manager “Brittany” she said her name was refused to return New Heelys that are too big for my son because the wheels are out of the plastic!? Even though we have original receipt & Journeys new return policy is up to a year! Unbelievably horrible customer service! She just wanted to stand there and argue.

Just Dont buy the Osiriss brand shoes. I only walked in them. No physical exercise and the rubber sole at the bottom detached from the sides where the toes bend
