Honestly, they are helpful and friendly,. The store was really clean. Always Well stocked. +$1Wow stuff too.

The people who work in this establishment are very rude to new coming customers. However, I have just recently moved into the neighborhood and noticed that they are nice and welcoming to the people who are their normal customers but, if you are somebody that they dont know they treat you is as if you are a criminal.Another thing that puts me off is that when trying to return or exchange products youre only told that you are only able to do it one time even though you have a receipt and the product was defective. It is just a very off-putting thing to walk into an establishmen even if it is the family Dollar and become treated like a third-class citizen.

Very dirty, out dated food -bread, buns green and moldy, juice out dated, some frozen foods. The ice cream bin had two piles of trash in it, dirty and the ice cream looked smashed and gross. No prices on a lot of home items.

Family Dollar on abriendo is doing so good nice and neat good cashiers love it ..

I rarely shop here however in addition to there very nice employees, I love the floors ...it was at some pointlong ago a bowling alley and has wonderful wood flooring that you dont see much in stores anymore...!!👍

In the middle of a remodel, its all comes together. Normally has the things I need. Almost always friendly

Bigger than most family dollar stores, customer service tends to be good at this location. They are set to remodel the store Jan25 looking forward to it

The store was very lowly stocked, what was in stock, was in the incorrect spots. One cashier walked away while having a long line waiting. Another cashier couldnt answer simple questions and the manager was rude and abrasive when answering those questions.

Don’t shop here during the winter, they don’t care about their customers safety. My mom fell hard on black ice and most likely hurt herself really bad and the the employees just looked at her and didn’t help her get up or anything. When my mom asked for the manager, the girl working told her other co-worker not to give her managers number out because she will get “mad”. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. Then when I call to to complain about the incident the girl that probably told her co-worker not to give their managers number out lied and said she was the “manager” and when I told her about the incident, she told me she “apparently” talked to her manager on the phone after the incident but didn’t let my mom have it. If there was a zero star rating, I’d give this place a zero.

There is over particular clerk who dresses very colorful and brightly! She is especially friendly and mirrors perfectly the exuberance she brings to the job. She is equally kind to every customer! I will find out her name and post it! She deserves the credit for my return visits!!

Family Dollar on Abriendo either needs new management, new employees and/or both combined with better training. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I def would. Where do I start? Customer service is at an all time low. The clearance section was a mess. Only 1/3 of the items had red sticker tags to let you know the price.I sent my daughter to the front to ask about prices 3 times. Each time the cashier reacted as tho we just asked her to wash our dirty laundry by hand for a month. I finally gave up because 2 out of those 3 times she could not give us an answer. There was a very lackluster, lazy feel about the place. I was not impressed. I wasnt made to feel welcomed & appreciated for my business. Disappointment is an understatement. Two unenthusiastic thumbs down.

Employees are extremely helpful and readily available to assist customers. My phone went dead and the manager even let me use his family Dollar store app to save me money on my purchase! Store is clean, well stocked and employees truly aim to be considerate and professional.

Came to get some stuff for dinner and they closed the doors early. No sign on the door and their hours say 10pm. Had some random guy who looked like he didnt work there tell me to leave while he chatted with the two employees.

This store is so much better than a couple years ago. I remember when people, for no reason, would get kicked out. The male assistant manager was so silly childish acting. He enjoyed being rude to customers. He is no longer there. I stopped going because it was so bad. Now you go in the staff is friendly. They actually act like they want to be there. That says a lot about the manager. Hes probably the most professional manager Ive seen in a long time. Keep up the good work guys. Im changing review. The last one was last year. This store has done a complete turnaround. Very good to see this happen. The new manager which I had the pleasure to meet is a upbeat positive roll model. Exactly what that store needed. In the past their priorities were lacking. Kicking out people left and right even people that didnt do anything wrong. They seemed to enjoy belittling and embarrassing people. They actually would make up stories and if you questioned they threatened with police. You couldnt win. Anyway awesome job. Lots of fresh friendly people and I bet the theft isnt any worse than it was. Probably slowed down. Good job manager I hope the corporate office recognizes you. Cheesecake by Thomas Pueblo Colorado

Nice cashier but very expensive still for the merchandise they sell.

There is a horrendous odor once you walk through the doors. And it carries through the entire store. Just that smell alone made me walk out sorry 乁( •_• )ㄏ

Been going to the store for years..but lately the store is always full of boxes that need to be stocked. The biggest complaint is rude and disrespectful employees. I spend well over a 100$ a month..but will most defienitly will be shopping at a different Family Dollar store!

Ok, Not everything in the Family Dollar is truly a dollar. If you want to go somewhere where everything is really a dollar the dollar tree is the place to go. They so have some good deals though you just need to know what your looking for because in most cases Walmart is cheaper then any store unfortunately.

The people here are very friendly and almost always smiling. The down fall to this store is that it is very hot in the summer and they lack proper cooling . so... Nice but hot.

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is disgusting, dirty, dangerous, and smelly. They insist on making you leave your bag up front to prevent theft rather than having security. They have a refund policy, but dont honor it. The staff is rude. I will not ever go there again.

Very up on helping the people who are in the store, clean this store has a lot of things to look at ñ a good stock of things, when I come back to Pubelo i will check this store out again
