James was the rep who helped me. He corrected my facebook problem, but seemed to have an attitude. If I go back and have a choice I choose not to work with him. I had a couple more problems that he seemed to care less about. He seemed to have wondering eyes for a younger female client instore, not as interested in helping this unattractive elderly client. However, I pay my bill promptly, so should be taken care of just like the young chicks

Apparently this kid ordered a phone for me from Springs this was on Tuesday and he assured me it would be in by Thursday and he would give me a call when it arrives well its freaking Saturday still no call ..one thing for sure they need to teach these kids customers service skills instead of playing on Facebook while at work.

I thought my Motorola e5go screen was cracked but Lacy showed me it was just my plastic protector and kindly peeled it off and showed me I did not have to buy a new phone! She sold me another screen cover and put it on for me, and then I dropped the phone promptly again in the parking lot, but no cracks this time. LOL. Better wash that butter off my fingers. Thanks, Lacy! You, and the LORDs blessings, made my day!!

Would like to say the professionalism, patience, and unmatched customer service were on full display with Maria. The store was very busy and Maria was the only sales associate working. She displayed great knowledge and understanding with regard to each customers questions. Marias patience was unscathed, although some of the customers were not easy to deal with. I was there simply to purchase a replacement protective glass cover for my phone but she treated me with the same importance as the customers that were spending big money on new phones. Maria is a valuable asset to your business and this cannot go unnoticed. Her people skills cannot be taught, they are natural to her - Maria cares. Because of Maria, I highly recommend your store to all who may need a new phone, products, or questions answered.

I would give a -9 if I could. they have the worst customer service ever. a month ago I was waiting to pay a bill for 45 minutes. this time I waited 25 minutes because theyre falsly charging me. I switched to sprint last month and theyre charging me for 2 months and the dates are AFTER I switched. their service dosent work very well either. if you have any other options, I would make verizon the very last choice to be your carrier. absolutely terrible.

Horrible manager James, won’t help a 94 year old man. After a 30 minute wait he only gave an 800 number and didn’t want to do anything himself, and hangs up on customers. Won’t provide district managers name to report.

I brought a phone for $1000 because they had a buy one get one free promotion. A few months later I was told that lacy lied about the promotion in order to sell two phones and i am now stuck paying for both phones. I tried to contact her boss and he said he cant do nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! whatever you do dont go to lacy!!!

I would like to say “Hats off to the Go Verizon team here in Pueblo Colorado”. I lost my phone and frantically went in and spoke to Nate. He was very helpful to order another phone for me. I told him that wanted to speak to him when I came back in with my new phone. He said he may not be there. Then he said “Don’t worry it may start with me but it ends with us”... (The Team here at Go Verizon). When I received my phone I went into the office and met Jovan. She was amazing and so helpful getting my phone set up. She went above and beyond and I appreciated that so much. Good job GoVerizon for building such a great team here in Pueblo. I would recommend any and all of my friends to visit your store.

Last night in corporate Verizon store the employee helping me removed all my contacts and pictures without asking me. He then proceeded to lie and said he had something to me my wife was sitting next to me a gentleman to my left and none of us heard it. He brought things up on the screen and hit accept without asking me, he lied to me again and said he had something and this was at a corporate store. I then today stopped at a Verizon Retailer store on 3920 West Nortern in Pueblo Colorado a young man named Adam was able to retrieve a lot of memoirs which I am very grateful for.As I did lose some photos he was able to retrieve a vast majority. Isnt it amazing how a young man with true costomer service would be able fix a issue working for a retailer and a young man working for a corporate store has no clue what he is doing and after he has done the damage walks away.

These guys are so terrible. They put me on a family unlimited plan for 90 dollars when this whole time I could’ve been paying 65. They tried to up sell me a 256 GB iPhone XS Max because they didn’t have any “64s” in stock. I said I was going to another store and the guy said hold up let me double check and they had one haha. Sad thing is that it was the manager 😂 Terrible customer service don’t even greet you at the door. They just lounge on there chairs and wait for you to walk up. Horrible

Stopped in for a phone case a real small selection. I found a case that was a okay but expensive price marked and quoted under $ 40 then when rung up it was over $40 before tax. I was told the price was marked wrong and she would not honor price tag. Only what the computer said. A dishonest place that has untrained workers. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Sending $800 is normally not a fun time. I needed a new iPhone and stopped at the northern ave store. When I walked in the door Jovan greeted me with a smile and took care with every need including what decive would be best, set everything up including the Bluetooth on my Jeep and had that smile on her face the whole time. Through the many years of owning cellphones and the purchase of many cell phones, Jovan made this experience a very pleasurable time.

I was happy with my initial sale but when I had a problem with the screen saver that the store installed twice the 3rd visit I was treated like it was my fault and Adam wasnt willing to help me, I was told to come back another day when the manager was on Duty. So now I spend a lot of money on a screen saver and a case for the Samsung Galaxy edge and my phone screen is unprotected because they are trying to sell a screen saver with a case that peels off the corner when you put on your case.Greg

They will not take your device back after 14 days wont even consider helping i bought a note 10 plus 3 weeks later the speaker was broken and the device locks up constantly. I hate the phone and they dont care to assist me. Not to mention they agreed to a 20 activation fee and they over charged me and wouldnt help with that either. Stay clear of them
