We heard about this place and had to try it! The reviews weren’t lying this is the best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had! I got a sour apple cone and fruity pebbles as a topping. I know sour apple sounds like a weird ice cream choice but it tasted like a caramel apple pop! But it was so creamy and good! I was originally just trying the sour apple for curiosity’s sake, but it won my heart! I would recommend it we were told to get the butter pecan but will have to go back to try it.

Incredible ice cream, but the interior is really noisy. Concrete and glass everywhere with nothing to absorb sound and machines running. My watch was metering at 80db just from other people’s conversations. It made it hard to understand the employees, and I could tell the employees often struggle calling out orders when they are ready.Deaden the place up and people’s headaches will go away. 👍

We wanted a sweet treat last night and happened to see this place on our way to the store. Not a bad choice for soft serve! There werent many topping choices for cones, but other than that it was decent.

The Ice cream is between soft and hard, the toppings In the bowl tend to not land on the ice cream, and instead in the bowl, but besides that the service is decent and the icecream is ok, so If your ok with a with a semi-low experience this is for you.

They have so many fun options here and the location is cute and accessible! We tried the hot fudge brownie sundae. It’s just as delicious as it sounds and pretty inexpensive compared to other ice cream shops in the area!

I got a brownie sundae and loved it! I will definitely be going again and would recommend to anyone to go try it! It is reasonably priced and, in my opinion, better than any chain ice cream that you will get.

This place is awesome!! My mom and I went to the opening of the dairy bar a good while ago. They were offering free ice creams that day. I have enjoyed many of the flavors they offer. It is a light, creamy taste. Sometimes they run out of specific flavors, but thats usually later in the day. If you love ice cream, definitely give Williams Dairy Bar a try. I even bought one of their snazzy tie dye shirts!

This place is awesome! First, I have to say that I enjoy a good ice cream, but that I am more of a chocolate chip cookies and brownies kind of guy. This place has sold me that ice cream can be just as amazing! The first one I ordered was a butter pecan sundae with of course brownie on it, and the ice cream was so rich with a buttery caramel flavor that was amazing! My kids got their flavor of the week last week which was strawberry and it was AMAZING! I live over 30 minutes away, but on Thursday we planned our date night night to go down and eat close by just so that we could swing through and grab more of this amazing ice cream.

Honestly I’m surprised this place has great reviews. I ordered the cotton candy soft serve but it tasted like plain vanilla, there was a bit of flavor stuff on the outside of the swirl but it didn’t taste like anything. My friend who got the pistachio flavor said the same thing. Not worth the price, it wasn’t bad tasting but it was nothing special. If we want fun ice cream we’d much rather go to Rockwell’s or Brooker’s.

The atmosphere and presentation of this place is awesome. Ice cream looked great, however, for a second I thought I had covid because I couldn’t taste the ice cream. In all seriousness, the toppings saved my dairy bar experience. With stronger tasting ice cream this place will run the Provo dessert game. It’s worth the try.

These guys keep it simple but refreshing every time. We have been here at least 5 times since they opened (dont judge)!The ice cream is smooth, rich, and well blended. Try the banana split to sample multiple flavors and toppings at once. Serving sizes are generous.Milkshake is more light and foamy than thick - try the James delight if that is what you like.New flavor every week, so we have been here religiously to try them!

New place in Provo. Ive been twiced and loved it both times. They offer weekly flavors that are definitely the highlight of the place. Each flavor is hand crafted every morning with fresh ingredients. For example, they had banana ice cream one week, which used pureed bananas to create a flavor of banana that actually tasted like it, instead of bad banana flavoring like usual. Employees are very nice and helpful. There are plenty of options too. Location is great, there is plenty of parking, out door seating is available, and the building is brand new.

Everything we got was delicious. Brownie batter on vanilla was unreal.

We tried William’s Dairy Bar for the first time this week and absolutely loved it! This is not your McDonald’s ice cream cone. It was the most creamy, delicious soft serve I have ever tried. The customer service was great, and I love that it is a small, family owned business. We will be back!

We were visiting from out of state and were driving by this place. I was looking for a place to stop for ice cream. I looked at their website and saw that they had soft serve. We decided that this was the place we wanted to stop. Im glad we did! It was so good!! The soft serve was so creamy! Way better than Dairy Queen and the prices are about the same. When we come back to Provo we will definitely stop here again!

Sumptuous Soft Serve Smooth Ice Cream! My Tasty Gluten Free Treat. Great location, clean, fast, friendly service. Fun atmosphere w/a kitchy Cow bench out front. My only reservation is the cost which adds up quickly when you have a big family. However it’s perfectly fine for Date Night. I grew up w/Baskin Robbins so we’re used to paying a bit more than Sonic prices. That said they have original flavors to choose from made fresh daily. All in all this is a wonderful new addition to our “Provo Life Style”.

Provo has very few good ice cream places and I thought this would be the exception... I was pretty disappointed. There is nothing bad about this place (the ambiance is cute, their marketing is good, etc.) But when it comes down to it Im there for the ice cream and the cream wasnt good! I ordered what I typically order and it was pretty flavorless and there is nothing spectacular about soft serve in the first place. But their prices were still high enough that I should have been getting good ice cream!

This place has a great location and concept, but it wasnt that great. Service to get an icecream cone took about 15 minutes. The icecream itself was pretty bland and had a slight chemical taste. I usually love sprinkles, but the kind they have there taste like toxic waste. It was rough. Probably not coming back.

If you read the other reviews then you might see them mention that this is the best soft serve ice cream in town. And every single one of them is true! The minute you walk in the employees are there to help you, and answer any questions you might have. Theyve only been open for a little bit, but I have already recommended them to all of my friends. The prices are very reasonable for what you are getting, and it is very conveniently located right across the street from the rec center (which makes for a great treat after any recreational activity). But what really makes the place great is the staff that works there, because of how friendly they are to everyone that comes in. I am just amazed at the amazing work you guys have done to make this a place I will definitely be coming for more ice cream.

I’m honestly shocked by all of these great reviews, my husband and I were not that impressed. Maybe we just ordered the wrong thing. We both are chocolate people and did not get very good chocolate ice cream. I ordered a chocolate black cherry milkshake and it ended up just tasting like vanilla with chocolate syrup mixed in and no cherry was present at all! My husband ordered the fudge ripple flavor which was actually just vanilla with a tiny ribbon of fudge that you could hardly taste. So it did not meet our expectations. The texture was smooth and the prices were good, and if you only like vanilla then this is a place for you. But if you’re looking for rich and delicious flavors I’d definitely try something else!

Holy cow (pun intended)! Easily the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had. It shouldn’t be called soft serve. It’s more like custard on a cone because it’s so creamy and rich (not too rich). Only $2 for a mini, plus 50 cents per topping. I did swirl ice cream, Nutella, and Oreo and it was PERFECT! My husband got a banana split and really enjoyed it. This is our new #1 spot!!

So, I was desperately craving chocolate tres leches cake tonight, and all my usual spots were fresh out. Sad, but fine, my husband suggested we try Williams for some soft serve instead: WORTH IT! The prices are great for the quality and quantity you receive. The staff is super friendly and quick! It was pouring rain, and the line was still out the door (but that was due to popularity- not wait time). AND!!!! I tried their hot fudge cake, and it met all my chocolate cake/ dairy filled dreams! We will definitely be coming back.

This isnt any ordinary ice cream parlor, its Williams. Family friendly and personal with seating inside and outside (the cow seat! Adorable!). Their soft serve comes in multiple flavors from traditional to fun loved: root beer, black cherry, or FRESH STRAWBERRY (limited time offered) just to name a few. They have slushies/snow cones and you cant forget about the banana splits. The prices are on point and absolutely affordable for after dinner desserts or a quick stop in on any hot day for a cool down. Great location for walking from Provo campuses and from the skate park or Provo rec center.

I love ice cream. i’m an ice cream finatic. i eat it very frequently. naturally, i wanted to try this place, and i was disappointed. flavorless ice cream. i didn’t know bad ice cream existed until i came here. the only reason i gave it two stars is because the brownie and hot fudge in my sundae was good. but other than that, just plain. didn’t know that was possible. i’m sad. i never feel sad after i eat ice cream. don’t waste your time. go to mcdonald’s instead.however, i still finished my ice cream. no problem there. just not delicious.

I wasnt very impressed by the selection. I thought that there would be a lot more flavors to choose from in the soft serve menu. The ice cream was creamy and tasted good. I was disappointed by the milkshake. I got the peach and it was just kind of meh. It had chunks of peach in it which I didnt expect and it wasnt as flavorful as I had hoped. The malt one was ok. I also thought the size of the milkshakes was a bit large for being a regular. I would have enjoyed a smaller size as I got a little tired of having such a large portion (despite being called regular). All in all, it was nice place and the soft serve was good, but I expected a bit more.
