Ive been eating this for like 7 minutes and theres still this much, this is the most above the rim Ive ever seen in my life, it puts JCWs to shame.

Maybe tonight just wasnt their night, perhaps its a weekend and they just wanted to be home... (understandably). The ice cream was lovely, the experience getting it was less than satisfactory.

I visited the Provo location last week with my husband (who’s white). We both started to order our shakes and the girl serving us just took my husband’s order (1 small milk shake) and started preparing it - by that I mean she poured all the ingredients in the blender and stood next to it waiting for it to be done. All the while, I was waiting for her to take my order (we had mentioned we wanted 2 shakes). She worked on my husband’s shake for 10 minutes completely ignoring me and not even asking me for my order. The manager walked in and took my order. The shakes were fine but it was a horrible experience for both me and my husband. Needless to say that we won’t be going back there.

The service was incredibly slow. The staff were on their phones & chillin. They were not cleaning up after themselves & were taking their sweet time. The cold stone was a mess & all the toppings were all over everywhere & totally unorganized. Over all, very slow, unprofessional & a mess. Oh. & they tried to charge me extra so that’s not it.

We love coldstone. They always have good deals. This is one of our favorite icecream places.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and the girl working gave me a nasty look then proceeded to make me a strawberry banana shake instead. I clearly said smoothie not shake. Even if a person thought they heard smoothie why would someone ask for a strawberry banana shake. Even worse, the line was super long and we were halfway home before I started eating it and it was super salty. Rude staff and bad food. Never going to this location again.

The flavors are on point! Also this was my first time at this location and the staff went above and beyond! Ian was really patient and nice! Ill definitely be back! :)

The ice creme is great. But service was not very good alot of playing around while serving.the young blonde employee who helped me kept touching his hair and hat when getting my ice creme and mixing my toppings.not just adjusting his hat but rubbing his head back and forth six or seven times. And didn’t seem to know how to mix toppings very well at all date and time 5-5-21 at about 8:30 the girl working did a great job on my moms ice creme. Keeping the food sanatary is a major deal especially during these times. And rubbing your head can contaminate a lot of product with hair not to mention that the food is served straight from under the employee

Ice cream was great but I ended up with pieces of walnut in my ice cream, luckily I’m not allergic but it was still not expected. If you have allergies be safe!

Really good, creamy ice cream. Dont miss the peppermint dark chocolate during the holidays; marshmallows were a good mix-in. The employees were attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was heated just right for staying warm while having ice cream on a cold winter night.

Fast service, great ice cream. We were the only customers there and the worker seemed annoyed we took our time deciding.

Before walking in, I saw a huge group of young adults without masks standing and hanging out inside. They were in front of the front entrance, just hanging out. I had to wait for them to move over so I could even approach the line/cash register. None were eating ice cream. I mentioned it to the staff and they just shrugged. This is how the virus gets spread. I understand sitting down and not wearing a mask while eating, but a group of 16 people hanging out, taking up space with no masks on is ridiculous

I am not normally one to write a review but I was very disturbed by my service tonight. The line was out the door. There were plenty of employees working but a few of them sat by the cash register, chatting and ignoring all the customers. The others worked with no urgency. Once we got to the front of the line, we heard them chat amongst themselves about how tired they were, how terrible some customers had been, and how dumb my husbands choice of sugar-free ice cream was- very unprofessional. I also noticed they were all wearing NO gloves. Disgusting. They were touching the register, credit cards, spoons, ice cream cones, everything. I never saw them wash their hands or put on a pair of gloves. Very disappointed in my service tonight.

Not COVID-safe at all. Everything Coldstone about this location was fantastic (ice cream, etc.), but SO MANY customers were in line not wearing masks and they were still served. This is a violation of the mask mandate and businesses and customers like this are the reason we are still in a pandemic. If people (Coldstone and its customers) would suck up their pride and stop being self-centered for a few weeks, we would be out of this mess. But businesses still serving customers who violate health mandates should be fined or closed for noncompliance. This is simply and utterly unacceptable.

I love cold stone. If I’m in the mood for ice cream, I always come here! I love the chocolate devotion. If I don’t finish it, it’s just fine to be put in the freezer to eat tomorrow. There is a great rewards program here and discounts for cakes and ice creams. There are many options to choose from and every time we have been here the employees have been very helpful and quick. We really like this location and LOVE this ice cream!

Incredibly unimpressed. I’ve lived all over the country and have loved cold stone. The customer service was terrible, and it became clear they didn’t understand the concept of a line. They would bounce back and forth bottlenecking the ever growing line at the register. They had enough employees, but they didn’t have the sense to serve ice cream.

The ice cream was perfectly creamy and the service was great. I got a sample of their seasonal flavor and got sold rightaway. 10/10 would visit again!

Seriously the freaking thing worst, slowest customer service in the world! Waited 15 minutes for them to get around to take my order and there was one person ahead of me!

I got the new boo cream stuff. They warn you itll stain your mouth black, which it does. Stain lasted little more than an hour. Turns out its not only your mouth that goes black. Panicked a little this morning when I went for my morning routine but its all good.

Overall, Im a fan of Coldstone and the flavors they have to offer. This particular time, they wouldnt let us use the gift card we had used there before. This was a little frustrating because we had to pay with our own money instead (were college students). At least the ice cream was good!

There are almost always no lines, the ice cream is sweet, and the workers are nice! Recommend you go here if you like ice cream.(Just watch how much you are consuming!)

My ice cream was a completely different color than it shouldve been. I ordered the trick or treat creation, and was shocked to find the ice cream was BRIGHT BLUE instead of black/brown as advertised. I feel like they gave me the completely wrong ice cream!! There were also supposed to be halloween oreos (black and orange) in the ice cream, but they were nowhere to be found.Also, my husband ordered the super mario birthday creation in the gotta have it size just so he could get the special mario cup, but it was missing as well. We have come here a lot, but we were very disappointed this time.Also, there are issues with the hygene-- the line gets very long at times and they dont have markings for the customers to social distance. This makes it very crowded in there and not safe with covid. I dont know if we will order from here again any time soon. What a shame.

We were in a couple of weeks ago. Gregg was very friendly and patiently let my kids try a bunch of flavors before they made their decisions. You can tell he cares that even his smallest customers are happy. The ice cream was quite simply, yum! I’ve been to a couple of catered events done by this Cold Stone. The employees work hard and the events were fabulous. Would not hesitate to come to this location or use them to cater and event.

Great Cold Stone! You can find the owner in there working shifts himself most days. That shows his dedication to making sure his store is run with top quality. Cold stone always has a fun environment and their ice cream is made fresh 😋

Cold stone location in Provo needs to shut down. Just went to the location to pick up ice cream ...and see bunch of employees without gloves handling cash cards and serving ice cream. No one was washing hands between transactions. It might not have been a health code violation at other time... but right now we in the middle of covid 19 pendamic Businesses need to be more careful.

I used to think Cold Stone was more expensive than Sub Zero, but the value was a lot better. I got Reeses in some Oreo ice cream. The peanut butter in the Reeses somehow made the ice cream enormous. The Gotta Have It x2. I would highly recommend this particular location for the lack of traffic and the customer service of the guys behind the counter.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went with my family last night for a late night treat. Granted we arrived late but still about 20 minutes before closing . One of the employees family was there and so we were treated like sloppy seconds. Waited about 5 minutes before we were acknowledged and got ignored. Then we were rushed placing our order and then overcharged for it! They did correct this but re-grudgingly. I then asked for to go lids just to be completely ignored, feeling bad that I had to speak up to get some. The ice cream was fortunately awesome. I’ll be back to cold stone but not this location!

I usually love Coldstone and I always get a milk and Oreo cookie shake. Every time I go to this location the shake tastes different and watered down. This last time I went in we waited for 30 minutes, they forgot to put Oreos in my friends shake and forgot to remake it for 15 minutes. I got my shake and it tasted like blended milk and one Oreo, so I threw it away. Luckily they didn’t charge us but they didn’t offer to make a new one. Like I said, I love Coldstone, but this location needs to work on consistency and customer service.

Wish I could give zero stars. My husband is a full time student and works part time, while I stay home with our two young children. You can imagine how excited we were when we got a Cold Stone gift card for Christmas. We went to get ice cream for our family and decided on getting the pre made pints since it was 2 for $10 and we could get the most for our money. We quickly realized when we got home that it was not the same quality ice cream. It looked nothing like the picture on the front, the mix ins were sparse and it was even missing one of the mix ins altogether. Having only taken a scoop out of one of them, my husband quickly took them back to the store to ask if we could either get different ice cream or our money back. The managers there had him call their owner Greg and my husband explained what had happened.Greg told my husband that he got the product he paid for and that he wouldn’t do anything to help him, even somehow turning it around saying that my husband somehow owed him money? Even though my husband was calm and civil, the call ended with Greg telling my husband that he was annoying, didn’t want his business, and called him a “little s***” before hanging up.I’m not sure if Greg was having a bad night, or if he always treats his customers like that, but it was unacceptable. Our night went from a fun family night to an awful experience that put us both in a bad mood.

Great ice cream. Minus 3 stars due to the lack of service from the servers. They didnt know how to pack a pint of ice cream when the advertisement by the register said we could pick any size and they will pack it. The servers said they could not do that. Not sure what the difference is in packing a little one or a cone versus a pint. Plus they gave me the wrong lid for my little cup. They did their best but I wont go back.

If there were 50 stars, I would choose all of them for this specific cold stone. I would give 5 out 5 for the cold stone and the rest of the 45 stars to my guy Trevor. This 16 year old made the best combination of ice cream ever to have been tasted by any human on the face if this earth. Not only was I the lucky one to try it but I was the luckiest one to witness the perfection of its creation by Trevor. It was like he was the person who created ice cream. The amount of prescision by which he mixed all of the ingredients and then presented his beautiful creation was immaculate and mesmerizing. I will always tell my friends and family to go in when Trevor is working so they can experience the master ice cream artist first hand in the flesh. Trevor changed my life.Whoever his manager is, please give this kid a raise.

The ice cream cakes here are the best! They are great for any party or event. The ice cream here is also really good.

We were here on a Saturday Night. The location was pretty crowded (all of the indoor tables were filled, and the line was to the door) but the workers were quick and helpful. It would have been easy for the workers to be overwhelmed and even irritated with some of the difficult customers around us but they were upbeat and enjoying work the entire time.

The worker with the turtle necklace was very rude and mean. She did not show respect or courtesy to my wife and I I was very upset with our interaction.

Came at a super busy time and shank busted his butt to make every our experience fast and efficient! Really good customer service skills! All by himself and not one unhappy customer! Thanks shank!

LOVE the cake batter with graham cracker ice cream; however, I would rate it lower than a 4 only because the last three times weve gotten the Gotta Have It size, they gave us hardly any graham cracker topping so most of it was just the ice cream. They should portion the mix-in to the size of the ice cream! I asked for more graham cracker simply because it didnt come with enough and they gladly added it and we didnt realized we were charged the $.50 for an extra mix-in until later...it wasnt extra though! so needless to say, the last three times weve gone we havent had enough mix-in at all and often one of our Gotta have it sizes was much smaller than our other one because two different people made it. If were paying for these bigger sizes and mix-ins, we should get the right amount and have some consistency.Overall though, I give it a 4 because we love their ice cream and their customer service is good.

The ice cream I got today was freezer burn-y, which Ive never had at a Coldstone location. It was just really icy and crystallized, which was a bummer. And the location could really use a good cleaning + tune up, its looking really shabby.

I came in with my pregnant wife to Cold Stone the other night. Typical craving. When we were ordering the Ganache ice cream she started to go in to labor and I just froze. I didnt know what to do. I screamed frantically for a doctor or medical help but no one seemed to care. But there was one. Trevor, one of the employees shouted I dont know a lot, but I know enough. He proceeded to help deliver by little boy in the cold stone bathroom. Trevor then gave us two gallons of ice cream and said it was one him. I will forever be grateful for Trevor, the 16 year old employee at Cold Stone. If his eyes happen to peep this post, please give him a raise.We named our boy Trevor.

Very disappointed with the customer service. BEWARE OF TRYING TO USE COUPONS!Brought in a buy one and get one free coupon with a date - they rejected it even though it was 100% valid and legitimate. Would not honor any sort of deal.

A large selection of ice cream, ice cream cakes, milkshakes and more. Their ice cream is very rich in flavor and so are there ice cream cakes and milkshakes. Lots of sizes for cakes and a few for the ice cream and the other deserts.

This place is one of the most fun ice cream shops in the world. Not to mention the awesome employees who will throw your ice cream on request and catch it every time. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Love Cold Stone, their options, and how it’s all put together. The service wasn’t great, they only really acknowledged you before you would decide to leave a tip it seemed. But, they put the ice cream together just how I asked and didn’t think twice when I would change my mind or want to add something last second.

Cold Stone is amazing ice cream as is, but the workers Ammon and Ben really made the experience better! Super helpful and willing to talk, great service!

This is absolutely the BEST Cold Stone out of all of them. The owner is simply fantastic! He always remembers my name and even knows my childs name. I am always greeted with a smile and treated with the best customer service ever.I think other reviewers on here just sound like cheapskates looking for free stuff, imho.I always go here with my family because it is already cheaper than the Orem mall location. I also know the dedication put into each cake. I HIGHLY recommend it for birthday cakes and wedding catering.

Rating this at 3 because the lines seen to ALWAYS be almost out the door, and the takes are typically pretty sticky and gross. But great ice cream, and they give out good coupons in a local coupon calendar.

Rare! cold stone is a rare company because they seem to care more about the customer than the bottom line. I have always loved their service and the product is amazing. I recently had a poor experience with an ice cream cake, do to my own actions the cake was ruined and theyhelped me out. 100% satisfied, 100% amazed!

There pricing must have actually gone down as I remember this place being way more expensive! Its always been great ice cream, I just remember it being a bit to expensive. This time I was pleasantly surprised that we all got what we wanted an it was less than $10!

The ice cream was delicious! The workers were nice enough, but they did seem annoyed at my indecision and not as helpful when I asked about some of the flavors. Though not outright rude, it did make me feel like a burden and kind of uncomfortable. Other than that, it was reasonably clean, not too busy, and well priced.

Have come here several times over the past couple of years and the ice cream is always delicious for the price. My husband and I always make a date night out of a trip to Coldstone and can count on their Cake Batter flavor to be the best around.BUT BEWARE OF THE WAFFLE BOWLNever had an issue with service or product, until we tried the chocolate covered waffle cone bowl today. It tasted and smelled just like the cleaner or fragrance they spray around the store. Our mouths were burning after we ate it. We had to rinse them out several times and the sensation is still lasting a couple of hours late. Im guessing those bowls sit around for days at a time and end up getting chemicals on them throughout the cleaning process.So maybe just stick to the paper bowls and youll never have a problem here.

Im a huge fan of coldstone, but the location right by Main Street Pizza in Provo was a dissapointment today. The employees were lacadaisical, and my ice cream wasnt as satisfying as I hoped it would be. Granted, it might be because I got a signature creation that had two syrups in it (I like more simple mix ins where I can still taste the ice cream), but all in all less awesome than I hoped.
