I had the best customer service of my life the other day here! Joseph and Gabe were outstanding! Very helpful and took care of everything I needed in getting a new phone. They explained everything I needed to know and even stayed late to make sure all my things transferred correctly to the new phone. Seriously AMAZING service guys!! BEST EVER!!

My initial experience with this location was great. The service was great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Fun guys too.I ended up feeling very frustrated after getting him with all kinds of setup fees that I was never told about. I was told I was getting trade in credits that I never got. I was told by the rep that he got busy but he would get around to adding my credits for my trade in. Keep in mind he already has my old Watch at this point. After many calls saying he would get to it he eventually just stopped answering.I called cooperate and they made it right but I would never trust this store again. They are a dealer. They are not Verizon.

We asked the young lady to help us remove a problem the phone has downloaded called my hub. The young lady kept us standing, said well I can try and stood and played with the phone. Then she said I cant figure it out and handed us the phone back. Very unprofessional. I got 10 times more try from my daughter. The problem isnt resolved. Hopefully they will have a better understanding at another location or with a different employee. Training masters

I came into the store yesterday about half expecting that a store employee wouldn’t be able to help me. However, the employee that was helping me was not only friendly but he was professional as well. He was able to transfer al my data, pictures and social media quickly and without any problems. He also had good pertinent information about learning to operate my new phone. I left feeling more informed and therefore more confident about learning all about my new phone.

Extremely incompetent workers. Horrendous customer service. They never answer their phone. We bought phones the day after Thanksgiving, we didnt get all the issues resolved until halfway through February. They are dishonest and tried to charge us for phone cases we never bought as well as water damage warranties we never asked for. They are either severely dishonest or painfully incompetent, possibly a little of each. I will never step foot in this store again. I wouldnt wish my experience with them on my worst enemy.

Came yesterday to replace 2 phones. Only one employee, waited for an hour and nobody acknowledged us. Went to Verizon at Costco and got new phones in less than 30 minutes. We came back to see if they could assist us with replacing the SIM cards. This time two individuals were at the store. However, after one of them was done with two customers he disappeared. No acknowledging and simply a total waste of time. Don’t even bother, it seems they get paid to push customers away from Verizon into T mobile. T mobile store had more than 4 employees and customer service was on.

I had Verizon place a phone order to them and when i called before driving up there they wouldnt give me a straight answer, then i called to cancel the order with them so i could re order it through someone else, and he hung up on me and disconnected there line. if someone doesnt resolve this asap the cops are coming with me if i have to drive 3 hrs just to cancel this order terrible customer service.update, hour later and i still cant get hold of anyone and I havent even received an email if my order was filled. Im sorry you lost a sale due to poor employees but this is a rip! If this isnt resolved today, Im driving there in the morning.

Never EVER will I return to get service again. Planned on spending about $150 to switch over to them and get new phones based on a quote I had been provided the day prior. Instead, what I got was a HORRID experience. The clerk ported our numbers then LIED and said my pin was wrong, the numbers didnt port, and to come back the next day to try again and finish. So I leave rather annoyed because he was all too eager to send us off. But low and behold I cant make calls and my phone is telling me the sim is not active and only emergency calls can be made. I return and he gives me their customer service number and said to call them when I had a working phone.” Aggravated, I barely managed to make it to my original provider Cricket who even though they were closed understood the urgency because she understood I had some personal circumstances that meant I could NOT be without a working phone. They helped me call the customer service number only to find it was CLOSED so we called his Verizon location and found him still there and answering the phone. He REFUSED to finish the transaction and did not give a DAMN that I would be without a phone or that our numbers could be lost. He was rude and refused to get a manager or supervisor. So I ended up buying a new phone line through cricket just to have a working phone and service and the next day, called the customer service line. They greatfully revealed he did successfully port the numbers and was just too lazy to finish my transaction and activate my phones. But they helped port back my numbers but in doing so this whole process cost me over $300 all because one clerk was too lazy to finish his job and couldnt be bothered with a customer. They lost a new customer because of this. And if this is how their in person customer service is at one location I HATE to see what it may be like at others. Never returning and never suggesting or recommending them. Wish I could get reimbursed for the extra money I had to spend because of laziness and a fault that was not my own.

SCAM! Bought a few phones during the holidays, the sales guy and his manager were VERY pushy about us getting accessories for the phones so we would get rebate cards, we ended up getting the accessories and traded in a couple of phones, its been over a month and turns out we dont qualify for the rebates and they scammed us out of our phones, they have not send the phones to Verizon or even put in the system we traded in two phones. they made us pay over $300 more than what we were suppose to just so they could make the sale.

Always helpful! This is the main go to place for our cell phone needs! Highly recommend going here if youre wanting to start a cell service or just want to update your current service! Im not sure why but this location seems to have better options or more authorization then my local places which is strange but were not complaining! And to be honest its the only place that gives you the were being genuine vibe compared to the rest!!

Its just for Verizon if you split up with somebody and they control your phone cuz they take you off as an authorized user they just they pretty much cant do anything you lose your phone because she can lock it out I mean so Verizons pretty awesome except for if youre in a breakup and your girl wants to be shady thats the spot to do it

I cant say enough good about our visit! My husband and I came in to get a new phone because his phone was not working correctly, we have rarely been treated so well. I was struggling in the parking lot to help my husband, who is disabled out of the car Eric, an employee at the Verizon store helped me there. Then once inside Jackson and Eric worked with my husband to find a phone and the right accessories that would work best for him. I would highly recommend this store. Great people, amazing service.

I understand that people want to make commission by selling someone a new phone, but seriously?... I came in today because my phone screen broke and I had a temporary replacement that I wanted to see if they supported. Of course they couldnt support it because Verizon is ridiculous even though the phone was only a few years old. However I just wanted that answer and to see if they could help. Instead he pushed and pushed me to buy a brand new iPhone X or better but I told him I couldnt afford it right now. All I got was more push back. I told him I hadnt had great service with Verizon and might be switching to T-Mobile anyway so I didnt want to purchase a monthly paid phone. He acted as if I insulted his child telling me that Verizon is so much better and that it didnt make sense to switch. Well actually from my experience, T-Mobile has been a much better experience and their employees are a lot nicer to deal with. Unfortunately I may be out of a phone for a while as I figure out what to do.

I purchased a PureGear screen protector from the store in Provo and have had to pay to have it replaced multiple times do to bubbles all over the screen...it looks horrible. Even worse than that has been the customer service! I would ABSOLUTELY never purchase an item from this company!

You want the run around come to this store! I had a issue with my phone. Came back and they didn’t have the phone in stock so they wrote on my receipt that they WILL extend the 14 day in store warranty to 30 days to keep checking in on when they’ll have more phones in inventory. Came today. They had the phone but didn’t want to exchange the phone due to a minor scratch the screen got. They phone got scratched from the SCREEN Protector THEY INSTALLED on my phone. Such horrible service. Wouldn’t come here at all. Only recommend coming here if you have to pay your bill that’s ALL. NOTHING ELSE

So I live in Provo an had some more questions about my phone an went into this store an brandon an employee here helped me. He was extremely patient with me. I had a list of issues due to never having a smart phone s10. He was very thorough on answering an solving each of my problems one by one. He didnt rush he took his time with each problem I had an made sure I understood. Some of the things I could have done myself but would of been frustrating trying to figure it out but he seemed more than happy to help me through it. Even if it was annoying he didnt show it. Very happy with the customer service I received from this store an the orem mall location. Both employees I had an encounter with was way above an beyond for customer satisfaction. I had a terrible experience with this store because I was charged for the wrong phone when I bought it and kept getting a runaround from the manager. I called multiple times and was told they were working on the refund. After a few months I decided to go in in person and speak to the manager about it. They had a new manager who did not know what I had been dealing with and when I explained my situation and how long I had been trying to get a refund, he immediately said hed take care of it by calling his DM to see what they could do for me. He was very apologetic and said things were going to change for the better in the store. Within about 10 minutes after leaving the store the new manager called me up and said that he can give me the refund whenever I could get back to the store. I just went in today and had my refund within a few minutes. I really appreciate the new management and for them to rectify the situation so quickly. I also noticed when I went in today that they are renovating their store so I actually have high hopes for this store now. Previously I gave this store 1 star, after my recent experience with the new manager, I would give it 5.

The first star is required. The second star is for the minor benefit of being able to try out new phones in the store. There is no other reason to go into this store.There is no financial or informational benefit to going into the store because the prices are exactly the same as online and the staff have no attitude of helpfulness or customer service or respect for their customers time.I went in and looked at the phones for 15 minutes or so and there was another guy being helped at the counter and the store was otherwise empty. Its pretty typical for customer service to say something like hey Ill be with you in a minute, when theyre helping someone and somebody else walks in or looks like they have questions.I thought nothing of it and left to do some shopping at the mall and came back about an hour later. The guy was talking with a woman at the counter and so I spent some more time looking at the phones. At first I wasnt sure if she was just a friend that came in to talk or if she was an actual customer being helped, but then I could tell from some of their conversation that she was a customer. I considered asking how long they would be, but I didnt want to be rude, so after about 20 minutes of conspicuously trying out all the phones and looking at cases I sat down and just waited. I listened to them chat about random things totally unrelated to whatever she was buying. After a few more minutes the manager came out and just stood there silently for 5-10 minutes while the other staff finished helping the lady. When the lady left, the staff who was helping her left through a back door and a few minutes later the manager asked if I needed help.So after over a half hour I finally was able to talk to someone. He asked if he could help me. I said I was looking to get a new phone. He asked for my phone number and the 4 digit IN for my account. I asked what that was and he said it was the only way to get into my account. I said Im on a family account so I wasnt sure what it was. He said I could call my family to find out or I could come back another time.Then I took some initiative in the conversation and told him I really just had some questions to ask about the phones and the plans before I made any kind of decision. He said okay and I said I had an iPhone and was looking for something different. I asked how much the Samsungs cost upfront. He said they are all in the range of $700. I asked if there was any difference buying in person vs online. He said no. I asked if there was any benefit to paying upfront vs monthly. He said no. I asked a few more questions and from his short responses and lack of explanation I could tell he had no interest in helping me and that I wasnt going to get anything different at the store than I was going to find online.So: there is no financial benefit from going into the store; there is no interpersonal benefit from going into the store; there is no informational benefit from going into the store. The only reason is to be able to handle the phones in person, which you can do at many other locations.I wasnt expecting a great customer service experience, but I also wasnt expecting such a letdown.From now on I will go to Best Buy because their customer service is incredible, and they not only dont waste my time, but they actively go out of their way to provide the quickest and most information about everything in the store.

Stay out of this place they will rip you off. They tell you one price and then when you get your bill you find out the phone is four hundred dollars more then what the told you in the store. They wont even let you pay cash for the phones. I guess that so they can rip you off. Its all about that commission and not the customer

After our account was setup incorrectly it took months to have it resolved. Staff were nice. But completely incapable of doing anything. They have zero power or desire to actually fix issues once the account is sold. Go to a corporate store. Stay as far away from here as possible.

Horrible place to go! I go in and my apple iphone7 is defective. I explain to them everything it has been doing and they tell me they only offer a 14 day warranty and I would have to drive all the way to salt lake to have apple take care of it. This is not true because Verizon offers a 1 year warranty coverage. They were very arrogant and rude. I was talking directly face to face with the manager of this retailer store. We called Verizon headquarters and they are helping us with no problems. These salesman are like car salesman. They lie about everything they sell you, then when you have a problem, they wont help you because it will hurt their sales. I would reccomend everybody not to deal with this place. Find a different Verizon store. Will never be back!!!

I have done business before with this store berfore, with grimson, and had excellent service gave them 5 star that visit. But today with Aaron he was rude, not helpful and wouldnt listen. I had to request my receipt (which he acted put out) and the package so I could register the product for the warrany, he tossed everything onto the counter and said that should be all you need. Rethinking of going back, very doubtful after today.

The people that work there were perfectly likable and friendly, but they didnt know their stuff. They explained a protection program for my phone and I asked about all fees involved with it. They told me it was just a monthly fee, nothing for the replacement while you were paying that. It seemed very low, but that was the only reason I would have signed up—Im not a big fan of protection programs because usually you lose money. In this case, I definitely did. They wanted another $200 when I finally called in a claim after paying on the plan for a year. Refused to refund anything, despite the fact that their employee had basically committed fraud.

Not too pleased with my experience. I bought a new phone and the guy kept trying to sell me cases and accessories (contrary to a review below) while saying he was not on commission.But, the most frustrating part was he said i could switch the plan i was on because there was a new plan with more data and the monthly bill would be the same. I confirmed like 3 times that there would be no increase in charge because i really didnt need more data and I only wanted to switch if it would indeed not cost any more. So, i switch and now my bill is 25 bucks more a month until I can work with Verizon to change my plan back. If I hadnt just bought a new phone I would switch carriers.

These guys are a complete joke if I was you Id go to a corporate store. The guy straight up told me that they work on commission theyre kind of forceful and they keep trying to get you to buy stuff that you dont want. When they laid on my screen protector they didnt do a very good job. The screen protector ended up coming off so I went back into the store to have them fix it and they told me they couldnt fix it. They told me to file a complaint with the company that made the screen protector so they can send me a new one. The company that made the screen protector had nothing to do with it it was the sales agent that was laying it who didnt do a very good job.

I have never written a review before because I have never been as upset by a buissness as much as I was today. I ordered a phone a month ago and there was a promo that allowed me to pick my phone case. It never came, so after multiple calls saying there was nothing they could do, the manager, Ryan allowed me to get a new one. When I showed up he could not figure out how to make the exchange. He texted someone for a half hour while his employees tried to sell me something. Then after he figured it out, he actually charged me more. $6.74 for the replacement case. I will never go back, and highly recommend going somewhere else unless you like getting nickel and dimed, and like poor customer service.Long story short, avoid Victra at the Provo Towncenter Mall if you want to have a good experience. Find a real Verison store.
