Staff was very unprofessional and did not open the store at the hours posted online or on their door. Representative could not help with simple task of porting a number and instead told me to just call customer service instead.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. They are never open when they say they are going to be open. Even with their new hours they have posted on the front of the store.

Excellent service! I got a hand-me-down iPhone 6 from a friend and my SIM card was too large. I went in, told the lady helping me what I needed, and she cut clipped my SIM down to iPhone size. It was a refreshing experience to not be upsold or encouraged to buy anything. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes

My account has been screwed up since October. Being charged for a line I dont even have. Neither the store or att has been able to fix it. And my account is currently suspended because the store is not open to fix this. Ive left so many messages at the store with no response. Im now filing a dispute with att corporate now. Next is arbitration!!

Jake at the AT&T store was awesome. My wife had an issue with her phone and brought it in. He gave us some really affordable solutions instead of pricier alternatives. Excellent customer service, great advice, and great help. Definitely coming back when I need more phone help!

Man, so many bad reviews on a good store. Honestly every time i have gone to this store the workers in the store were always willing to help and had a friendly attitude! Also, they may be an authorized dealer, but know exactly what they are doing and are able to do almost everything any other AT&T store is able to do! Go check the out, you wont be dissappointed!

The staff was amazing to deal with, a no rushed shopping experience, they were willing to take the time to explain all the different choices of phones. Once we had purchased the phone they helped get it all set up just like my old phone making the swap painless.

Went in to activate the advertised $80 unlimited plan, was told its was $120 before taxes. Showed the rep the ad, then the rep tried to upsell me a phone+tablet combo. Activated the $80 plan online, waiting for SIM to mail, which is what I was avoiding and why I went into this store. Duh, hope they get paid on commission

Decent service for expensive prices. Phone prices are pretty competitive, just right there with the other carriers. This is an authorized retailer, not a company store, so dont expect to add lines or get anything other than a new phone here.

Everyone at this store was completely incompetent I came in here to get my number switched over from a different carrier and they told me to go to the Cricket store. I went to the Cricket store and they sent me back to the AT&T store at which point the AT&T store told me to call 611 for customer service. I did that while still at the AT&T store in the mall and was on the phone for more than 2 hours and still couldnt get my phone number switched over. Finally I managed to get it switched over after paying $18 for I have no idea what and turns out my internet and doesnt work and I cant get texts and I cant send them either. So after another two hours on the phone with 611, I still dont have internet and text and this store did nothing to help me. Absolutely worst experience Ive had with a cell phone carrier in 20 years of having a cell phone

Absolutely awful experience. Terrible service started when we walked in and wanted to switch from Verizon to AT&T, but they guy doing it was rude, not knowledgeable and completely not motivated to help us at all. We walked out the door and the store missed out on 3 new customers. Great job guys!

I just went here today for the first time, and the guy who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. Cell phone stores are never a good experience, but this was pretty close.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a phone carrier store. To make a long story short, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. So much so that upon leaving we made a call to AT&T to complain, however, the called dropped. That about sums up the quality of AT&Ts services; just awful.

Very bad, they gave me incomplete information and at the time of activating the lines that I requested they informed me that I had to pay $ 500 of deposit, it can be a good company but they did not treat me well in that aspect, I suspended the process and now the company asks me to pay the $ 500, I had to go back to the store where I made the request to have that problem resolved.
