We switched from Verizon and they made it so easy. We each got new phones, they have some really good deals on new phones right now!!
Malin was very helpful with everything we needed help with. Very enjoyable to be with And each time we come we will enjoy his help and know he will do whatever we needCornell are Marlene
The whole staff there was super kind. Sam went above and beyond to help us find the right phone and accessories. He talked to us like we were old friends. He had lots of patience with all my indecisiveness. Gaby was really nice and showed me to the watches. Kaleb was kind to my girls and made them laugh. There was another guy there who was pleasant to talk to but I didnt catch his name. Overall, we were really happy and we left for more than what we came for which were the free backpacks for Tmobile Tuesday. We left with a s10 and 2 galaxy watches. Thats how much of influence Sam had with his outgoing personality. Sam the bearded man.
Not helpful. They dont know whats going on. They couldnt tell me what to do with my device so I had to call Inseego who said I had to go back to Tmobile. When they set me up for a replacement they put the wrong phone number down and theyre really hard to work with. They also charge you when they gave you a faulty device in the first place. People cant even get what they pay for.
Ask for Kaleb Porter. He is quite talented and knowledgeable. I work for a T-Mobile corporate division and Kaleb assisted me with my employee discount. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was answering all my questions. He was very patient and understanding of my needs as well and stayed later than planned to assist me. I thought he was the manager since all his peers came to him for advice and questions. Branch manager, please promote Kaleb in this crucial time when we need great service reps. He will go far! Thank you.
Bad service! Very uninformative! They dont give you tye right INFORMATION!!! So un professional!
Update your store hours. Twice Ive gone out to the store to find it closed when the online hours said it would be open.
The service and help was excellent with Adam at this t-mobile . This is Gary King from Provo and I love this location!
Gabe helped us today and was truly amazing. Kind, knowledgable and went the extra mile to help us find the phone we needed even calling another store for us. He was great and all our experiences have been at this location!
Courteous, thorough, and found a great solution to an unusual situation with another provider.
Came to T-mobile to look for a new phone case and screen protector as I had destroyed the screen protector on my phone. Got helped by Gabby who did a PHENOMENAL job of explaining the products. They focused on trying to get the best phone and screen case for me, not just the most expensive one. Great customer service. Great Experience. Definitely will go back if I have more phone needs.
This store is a joke dont waste your time I lost $590 on my debit cad because there system crashed during the transaction and have no record of the purchase so they cant refund me the money
I came in around 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, one employee was just leaving and two employees were on hand. I wish knew the womans name but there was a young woman who had long straight blonde hair and she took care of me, I had a question about my prepaid plan, and she was superb. She helped me out, got me on my way, was very a white and I was very happy
I went in to this store to get the new Note 9 and was pretty impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff here. I actually did not know that the Note 9 has a 512 GB version with more RAM. After learning about this in the store from the rep I was working with, I actually opted to have that version shipped to me instead of buying the regular version they have in store. I am so happy with my experience here that I will only be visiting this location from now on.
When I went there, I asked to get a new screen protector for my phone. KLeigh took my phone and put a screen protector on it then took it to the back and came back and apologized for keeping us waiting for so long then said that when she put the screen protector on, it had dust in it and she came back to put a brand new one on. I really appreciated that she took the time to do that. Thank you KLeigh!!
These guys were A-mazing! We went in to originally get a phone for my husband and I ended up getting one too not thinking I would want one so I had nothing backed up on my phone. It took almost all day is what it feels like but they were so helpful and even though I felt like such a pain in the butt to them they never once made us feel like that. Shout out to K’Leigh, Kaleb, Sam, and Gabe they were so nice to us and helped out so much! Thank you guys! Also super happy with our new iPhone 11’s!
Gaby did an amazing job at this location. I walked in to get a power cord. I walked out with a new cord, and an app on my phone so I can listen to music. She did all this for me so now I can listen to music and I feel like a teenager again!
I have never had a negative interaction with T-Mobile as a company, nor with anyone at the store. Not pushy compared to many wireless sales reps, and they definitely tell you how it is. They offer great service at low prices, and are worth switching to.Even when it comes to calling customer service, T-Mobile excels at making me feel like a valued customer. If I continue to receive the standard of service I have felt here, T-Mobile will keep me as a lifelong customer for years to come.
I have found the absolute best Tmobile store anywhere. The Tmobile store at the Provo Town Center mall is staffed with the most amazing people. From my very first experience with Miranda to my experience today with Luke I cannot day enough good. They are sharp! They know the company and its policies, the current programs, and use that knowledge to get you the best contracts. I left Verizon with my right lines and switched to Tmobile. Miranda helped me do this and the savings is more than $100 per month. We added two more lines. Saved again. The promotions are amazing. The customer service is amazing. I made an international call today and didn’t realize it would cost me more than $135. The best thing is that I immediately got a text from Tmobile telling me that I had incurred unusual charges. I immediately went to my Provo store and Luke helped me resolve the situation. And the customer service rep worked with Luke to help me be only charged $26 instead of $135. So grateful. This Provo store is the best. And Tmobile is great.
Super unhelpful and didnt care that I left empty handed. I was prepared to drop a good amount of cash for some Christmas and birthday purchases. They didnt have one of the items I wanted in stock and didnt seem to care about helping me find it at another store. So I just didnt buy anything at all and went to a different, more helpful and caring Tmobile store. Their loss.
This T-Mobile location was great! We worked with Sam and he really knew his stuff. He offered us water, helped us switch from Verizon (going form paying $60 for 2 GB to $35 for unlimited). We are for sure going g to be coming back to this location for our T-Mobile needs. A+ guys!!!
Went in to get my Screen cover replaced for my S10 after both Orem stores didnt have any after they peeled it off, smh. Came here and the girl that helped me was great! Took her time and did it right! Thanks again!
Friendliest staff! Always so helpful and kind when I come in.
Tyler has been extremely helpful. Hes very helpful, and extremely knowledgable. Hes able to resolve problems well. A great man.
Tyler was amazing. This is a great store they know a lot and are very helpful. I highly recommend coming to this store.
Absolute Incompetence! It used to be that tmobile was the best with customer service and taking care of their customers. Now every time I have an issue or a even want to do an upgrade they want to nickel and dime me and my family. Do not go into the store for any reason whatsoever! They just charged my mom $20 for a SIM card something that customer care would have done for free. When asked if they would honor the free price if it was in the notes they said they would not. This store in particular is horrendous. The staff is smug and unprofessional. You truly do get what you pay for and unfortunately T-mobile is the worst of them all. Do yourself a huge favor and go to sprint or boost. Or spend the extra dough and get a carrier that hasnt forgotten who keeps their bills paid.
The last month attempting to deal with this t-mobile here has been horrible! Our overall experience with other t-mobile people trying to clean up the mess has been much better. Basically we were promised a lot in exchange for signing up for services (insurance.) All those promises were broken and it ended up giving us a ton of trouble. We think we FINALLY ALMOST have it all figured out where well not have to deal with this again, but I have been SO frustrated, especially since we really liked T-Mobiles plans and stuff. I would recommend going to pretty much any other T-Mobile store.
Tyler was incredibly helpful and resourceful in solving my old phones many problems, right then and there. Additionally, he was very personable; Id definitely go there, again!
This t-mobile store is pretty ghetto. Protect your life and go to a cleaner store. If you dont take my advice, at least get a tetanus shot.
Tyler was awesome helped me with all my phone problems and had all the patience in the world super nice guy! Best experience Ive had with tmobile store. Thx Tyler
This location has always been great to me. Friendly staff, helpful suggestions, timely service.
I needed to get a power cord & they were closing up, still had other customers in the store & wouldnt let me make a purchase. I understand that it was the end of the day & it wouldnt have bothered me if the door hadnt been open with other customers still shopping. Bad customer service experience.
I went into your Provo, UT location T-Mobile to upgrade my phone and it was an absolute nightmare. Based on an employee mistake, they sold me the wrong phone...and when they handed me said phone before it was even out of the box I saw the mistake and notified them. I was told that in order to get the correct phone that I had asked for in the first place (a 7plus as opposed to a 7), I would have to pay out of pocket a $50 restocking fee for the employees mistake. The manager of the store was no help either, as she told me all she could offer me to remedy the employee mistake was 20% off of a screen protector.Customer service fail to the utmost.
I thought their service was amazing. I went across the street and they werent very nice because I was not buying an expensive phone, but when I went to this store they were helpful and answered all my questions perfectly.
Almost all of the low star reviews Ive seen are people who dont pay attention. I absolutely love tmobile and this location. Been a customer for over 3 years and theyve helped me out of a lot of tight spots. I, for one, will not balme them for technology glitches like some people do.
Store full of lying scumbags and a douche bag manager. Dont go here. I was lied to about getting FREE speakers if I changed my plan, turns out theyre worth 400 dollars and they just added it to my equipment installment plan. They lied about the amount of data I would get and a special offer that was actually given to ALL T-mobile customers. I was told that I would only be charged $40 to switch plans, turns out T-mobile never charges people to switch plans, that was the TAXES on the speakers I was led to believe were free. So if you want an experience of sleazy salesmen trying to screw you over, this would be a great place to go.
Measuring this one is tricky because they helped me asap, after 10min. Maybe it was due to lunch time but staff was short handed and tons of peeps. Other then that really friendly and kind service.
I have had issues in dealing with T-Mobile over the phone. When I go into this store I have ALWAYS been happy when I leave. I dealt with Mitch and he was great!
Ive gone into this place three times and was given immediate help on each occasion. The employees were happy to answer all of my questions about phones and plans.
Absolutely horrible management. I got a prepaid SIM card to travel to Costa Rica, the card never worked on my unlocked phone. Even after I got back to the states it showed I had service but i could not make any calls or get any data. The manager stated there was something wrong with their computers when it was issued and offered to give me another one for the two weeks I had left on the prepaid. Since I was already back from vacation and I had my own unlimited thru another company, there was no point. I always used to go thru T-Mobile for International trips but I’ve found out it’s 1/3 the cost to just buy a local SIM card when I arrive at my international destination. Lost one customer for sure.
Every time I come to this store, the employees treat me like family. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 5 years now and I will never go back. The employees at the Provo store always go out of their way to take care of me, though Im sure the level of customer service they deliver is above and beyond what is required of them. More recently, I had an issue with constantly getting dropped calls and losing signal whenever I went down to my basement, which is where my office is and I spend a lot of time. I visited the store and they told me about a solution they have called CellSpot. All I had to do was call customer care and have them send me this device that plugged into my router and acted as a T-Mobile cell tower using my internet connection. I had to put down a small security deposit but other than that I dont even have to pay for it! Since then, I have had full bars all over my house! If it werent for the employees in this store, I wouldnt have even known about this CellSpot device. Take my recommendation and pay this store a visit!
This store location is awesome if you need anything just ask for Cooper or Kyle they are super helpful and just all around cool guys
Worst customer service experience that I have ever had. They dont know what they are doing. Dont go to this store at all until they get a better team. There was a Mike, And a Michael. Both did not know how to treat customers. I recommend going to the Orem location across the street from the mall. I havent had any trouble with them at all.
Ethan did a great job and was very professional. I am extremely pleased.
Helpful staff that really seems like theyre on your side with things. Theyre super friendly at the store and get things done.
They were great! Gave us lots of attention and explained our plan in great detail.
Fabulous experience with this style and mobile expert Brian.the best ever.
The attendant was nice and all, but I came in to get SIM cards because I had just switched over from AT&T, except the primary account owners are in CA. She assured me that would be fine, just get new SIM cards and activate them. Tells me they will be active in 2-3 hours. She DIDNT mention that my AT&T sim cards would be de-activated immediately and I wouldnt have a phone (nor would my wife, who I now couldnt communicate with because her phone was deactivated too). Oh, and she didnt even activate the SIM cards properly! Called Tmobile from my work phone the next morning and turns out the cards werent even activated. So now Ive had no service or internet for over a day, and now I have to wait for the primary account holder in CA to text me an activation code, call Tmobile back, get my phone activated, go get my wifes phone, call them again, and activate hers. What a joke.
Went in to get a new phone, was ready to purchase, price went up last night by 35$ and they havent updated the signage. They wouldnt honor the posted price. Nice bait and switch. Please dont shop here.
They are very helpful when I needed to reform a phone and calling into the customer service call wasnt.
There friendly and helpful
This is my main Tmobile store, always very helpful and friendly staff.
I love the store with a passion! Anyone who says and doesnt give the store five stars is an incompetent, retarded, waste of time money and existence go kill yourselves. TMO for life!!!
This is the WORST store to go to if you need help with Tmobile! The employees are not trained correctly and the manager... dont even get me started!! They overcharged me and then told me to deal with it. When calling Tmobile, they were amazed at what had just happened and refunded me the money. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service than I did at this store.
This was the worst sales experience I have ever had they over charge me for my sons new phone that was for his 15th birthday. What was supposed to be a happy day ended up being one of my worst day in a very long time. The sales person erika was acting as if I had no business in there store and I tried to return the phone after having it for 20 minutes she told me that it would be a $50 restocking fee. And the managers are only there on Wednesdays. When the manager called me she pretty much told me that I the customer was wrong and that erika was her best sales representative in the store and she wont be able to do anything to help me. My recommendation call customer service dont ever go to this store. Customer care was so helpful I ended up buying two more phone and dont even mind the wait. It was never about the money. it was about the service. No one in this store shold ever be in sales. I didnt even want to give them the one star but it wouldnt let me comment if I didnt
They constantly go back on their word and push products you dont want. I spent three hours there one day just to get a new phone due to a virus, and the salesman was having computer problems while trying to convince me to buy an apple watch and headphones. When I finally made it perfectly clear I wouldnt buy either his computer fixed and I could leave.
Cesar knows how to provide quality customer service. The store is clean and they have a broad range for phone prices available on hand.
Oddly a rude customer service person. Asked for a sim card and was told it would be $20 or so. Asked if thats normal because I had gotten sim replacements in the past for free. Was told nothing in life is free. I asked if it was a policy change and Mr. Beardy Grumbleface said that no, its a charge they have to take on the store to give out free sim cards, so other stores my do it for a vip customer (tacit implication that I am not an important person...) or if the rep is feeling nice (again, implying that he was not feeling nice). I said, Oh, ok, thank you bye and didnt even get a goodbye. Seems petty, but if Im polite, the service person I think could at least match the politeness and at the very least say something like good-bye or have a nice day, rather than go back to looking at the computer. Go to the mall instead. Theyre much nicer.
These company is sucks they don’t help and bring everything complicated costumer service in the phone is sucks
Went in to get a case for my phone and ended up getting the Galaxy Gear watch. The guy (his name is Darrin) that helped me was extremely slow and very uneducated on how to do things as well as didnt know about the products. He said that I could leave my phone at home and just use the watch, so I left my phone in the car and went into Walmart and my watch didnt work. Brought it back to the store so they could figure out what was wrong, they took my phone and the watch in the back room for about 15 mins and still couldnt figure out what was wrong. So they exchanged the watch and the SIM card, and I was told to call tech support and if they couldnt figure out what was wrong then to bring the watch back to the store and they would waive the restocking fee. So I called tech support and was told it was Samsungs fault, so I talked to them and was told it was T-Mobiles fault. So I called tmobile back and was told to turn on the data and leave it for 2 hours, left it for overnight and it still didnt work. Brought it back to the store and was told that Darrin said he didnt switch out the watch, which he did cause I have two serial numbers for the watch on my phone. He also said that he didnt say he would waive the fee. I ended up paying the restocking fee, which is bullshit cause the watch was defective to begin with or it was something that T-Mobile did to mess it up. After my phone is paid off, I will NEVER use tmobile again. I advise to NEVER go to that store, they dont know what they are talking about, even the manager doesnt know how to handle the customers. And then they will tell you something and then the next day, they will back track and say that they never said that.
Laziest staff terrible customer service.
This location is the bomb! the staff is like family, they treat everyone fairly, and they are well and diversely stocked on equipment to go with a smartphone.
This store is so helpful and friendly
Wonderful customer service!
I was over charged for a restocking fee, for a mistake the employee made by giving me the wrong phone even though I was back in the store in less than 24 hours, after paying the restocking fee I was given a phone that did not work, so I waited 3 weeks for a new phone to arrive and still had to pay for those 3 weeks of no service. After all of that the service is still terrible and has little to no coverage.
Walked in to resolve a couple of issues and make sure I was getting everything I needed for an upcoming trip. Staff made sure to help me get all of the offers available.
Friendly staff and very helpful
Good and knowledgeable staff.
Really helpful service
Friendly service
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
