Went in earlier today to see if they could solve an issue of things not wanting to download to my brand new 64 gig card.Lady there had no idea what to do. If youre going to work in a phone store serving the people you should be able to speak passable English and know what the hell youre doing.Not at all impressed.

Wish I could give this girl Anna 10 stars,my phone had no network. I went to 2 other stores and 1 messed my phone up so bad she told me to go to this other store and they could fix it. I went to the other store and the guy couldnt figure it out,so he tells me my sim card is no good I needed a new one but he didnt have any. So i went to this store a couple days later,walk in tell her my problem and she says ok,2 minutes later with a update she had my phone is working,Anna you are my go to girl for anything related to boost. And hey Boost, you need to give this girl a big fat raise she is good and friendly,i just dont have enough good things to say about her help. THANK YOU ANNA

Worst customer service every time I go theirs a Venezuelan lady working and she treats me very poorly please teach that worker to be more friendly and to have manners with the clients their thank you.

They have plans available where the price is get cheaper the longer your with them if youre good customer and get on auto pay.
