Great car shop. More expensive then others Ive been to. But they are honest and do a great job and they get it done fast. Everyone Ive met there is super nice.

I trust Mike. I’ve gone to him for 3 years now. He’s honest about what my little Honda needs. I’ve gotten second opinions before and he’s always right and offers lower prices. He explains things simply for me (I’m not a car person, so I really appreciate that).

They won’t take advantage of you or do any unnecessary repairs but they will tell you what you can do to to make parts last longer and advise you on your options. I have been coming here for about 3 years now after searching for an honest mechanic for years. Mike is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He lets us know when high cost fixes will most likely be needed down the road so we can start budgeting for them now and not be hit out of the blue with them. He is honest about when a fix isn’t that big of a deal and/or not necessary. He remembers my husband and I and our cars and is always so accommodating. After years of bouncing around from mechanic to mechanic, we have finally found one we feel like we can trust!

Occasionally I have to take a car someplace else and I have never been as happy with other service as I am with the service at Auto Performance. Mike is an absolute delight to work with. My dear friend and mechanic who Id been going to for years recently passed away and Napa Auto was recommended to me by a friend. I originally took my car here because I suspected it would need to be replaced soon. Mike did a full diagnostic and gave me a realistic estimate of what it would cost to do the repairs. Seeing as the repairs would cost more than the car was worth, he helped me decide to look for a new used car, even though it would have gotten him more money to encourage me to spend thousands on repairs. Purchasing a new used car is a very stressful and discouraging feat without the added stress of recently losing a trusted mechanic but from my first visit I knew that Napa Auto was trustworthy and knew what they were doing. As I went about my search, Mike and his team looked at 3 different used cars for me and did so without any hesitation. Thankfully the third time was the charm but each time I brought in a car Mike was extremely up front about his concerns and whether or not he would recommend that car for what I needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt I could trust his recommendations. Furthermore, from the first time I walked in the door I felt he was trying to teach me and explain things to me, not condescend. Now I feel like I actually understand how my car operates and that I wont have to depend on a mechanic all the time to understand whats going on which is a huge anxiety reducer. Hes only ever charged me what he felt was fair given the services provided and the context of the situation. I have recommended Napa to so many friends and Ive only been using their services for a couple weeks. Napa was an absolute godsend and as long as their service continues on this trajectory I will be using and recommending their services for years to come. I cant thank Mike and his team enough!!!

This place is incredible. Its the only place my family dares to bring our vehicles as they are always very kind and honest with us. They have gone out of their way to help us out multiple times. I would recommend this shop to anybody. Very fast service and they are very accommodating.

Its a testament to an auto shops honesty when you come in with two issues, and they fix both for free in a matter of minutes. They could have charged but didnt. Guy behind the table was very knowledgeable and quick to address everything. Thank you--will definitely return.

I have been taking all my vehicles here for over 12 years. This place is great and does great work. The guys are honest and will tell you what needs to be done and what you need to watch and can wait on fixing. They will also tell me if the fix is something I can do myself if I ask. I would trust them with any of my vehicles maintenance.

Mike was great to work with. Went in for a quick oil change. When I called him for a synthetic oil change quote, it was a very reasonable price. I was about to tell him I had a $5 coupon I wanted to apply (from my mail), he mentioned that he would take $5 off that from a promotion theyre running.Looks like they wouldve allowed anyone to receive that $5 off upfront whether they had a coupon or not. This is the type of service to expect.When I arrived for my appointment, he gave me a timeframe, 35 minutes, which seemed odd to me instead of just saying a rounded half an hour. It turned out it was pretty much right on at 35 min, so they werent giving me a phony time for them to complete the job. They had other vehicles in the shop when I arrived, but theyre organized enough to give me a good quote and a precise wait time.Id visit them again in the future!

Brock and Mike are honest, hardworking, straight shooters. They find the most affordable and permanent solutions and do so extremely quickly! On top of that, they communicate readily and efficiently. I always, always, always take my car to this shop.

Mike never lets me down. Hes trustworthy and respectful. And his jobs are always done right the first time. Hell suggest additional services only when my safety or my cars reliability are at risk. If hes busy, Ill take a short walk to a nearby restaurant or even the mall because his service is worth the wait!

These guys are the bomb! I myself have been through automotive engineering school and it’s amazing what I’ve heard mechanics try to tell me is wrong with a vehicle. These guys aren’t like that at all.Mike and his crew are honest and to the point. Even offering to show me damaged parts and explain why something needs replacing/how it works in conjunction with the rest of the systems involved.On top of that the shop rate is reasonable especially for the quality of work.I dropped by unannounced to check on my car like I do with every mechanic I’ve ever used and was more than satisfied with what I saw as far as how they worked and the care they took with my vehicle.P.S the shop floor is clean enough to eat off of which is a tell tale sign of a mechanic that takes pride in their work.10/10 would recommend to anybody.

Best place in town! I drive 25 min from North Utah County because Mike is the best auto guy I have ever met. Years ago I had another quote from someone who told me it would be around $1500. Mike told me it was a simple fix and only charged me $10. Mike is the reason this place rules. Talk to him and you may never go anywhere else.

This is the BEST shop in town!!! They are not the fanciest, may or may not be the cheapest at times, but they are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY and do QUALITY work. Those are the most important qualities you could want in a shop. There have been plenty of times where they inform me of potential wear and tear things, and also things that can wait to be replaced. But they also dont compromise on safety. For example, my wife got the van checked pre-trip and they suggested getting the brakes replaced, and were able to get it done same day. well fast forward 3 days later, my wife almost hit a deer and made good use of those new brakes! You cant beat having a shop you can trust!

Have always had a great experience with Mike and the gang here! Helpful, informative and they always provide the best help. On one occasion we were even told that the issues we were having was a recall by the manufacturer that we were unaware of and to have the dealership take care of it so it was covered instead of paying to have it done - we were sold! Theyve had our business ever since!

I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Performance for a number of years. I have mostly taken them in for safety and emission care. When they did find something, they were straight forward in what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Most recently I had a check engine light that kept coming on. They were able to find the problem and fix it at a reasonable price and the check engine light has not come back on since their repair. I would recommend Auto Performance as an excellent repair facility as I have always been treated fairly and they are professional and do quality work.

NAPA Auto is the greatest! They are always so good at explaining (and simplifying) things about my vehicles and the processes involved in fixing them. I trust them and highly recommend them for all of your auto needs. Mike is especially the best!

We have never been disappointed in the service we have gotten there, this week was no different. I thought my old car was showing signs that it may be dying soon, I took it in and after some analysis found that the issue was surprisingly simple. There are still some concerns looming, it is an old car; but they gave me some inexpensive advice to hopefully put those concerns at bay for a while longer.As always they explained what was happening and how to proceed in a way that I could understand. I have recommended this place to friends, family, and anyone else that has needed a mechanic. Everyone that has gone has felt similarly and now wont go anywhere else.

Just by chance I went to Mikes for my old 85 Ford inspection and because he was so nice and so good where other mechanics couldnt find the trouble Im still going after three years. Hes the best.

These guys are awesome! They know what they are doing and will tell you honestly all of your options and the costs. The price is fair and there is no pressure to upgrade or replace unrelated parts. If I dont have a coupon, theyll find one for me. Also they are located right next to the train, so I can leave my car there and take the frontrunner to work.

Mike always goes above and beyond the call. I had a large piece of metal force its way into my tire, although neither Mike nor I knew the problem at the time. He called me, told me that the tire had a huge hole, and then offered to call the place I got my tires. He called and found out that the warranty was over, and let me know. While he waited for me to pick the car up, he changed out some headlight bulbs for me and charged me less than a lunch. Wow!
