The quality and professional work that is giving from ford is outstanding. Ive been taking both of my Lincolns to ford for 8 plus years now, and I have never had an issue with the work performed on my vehicles. The service technicians are very informative and knowledgeable at their jobs.

They did a oil change on my vehicle. We picked it up and drove home. When we got on the freeway the hood started to raise because they didnt latch it. Luckily we were able slow down and pull over before it when up completely. I called the dealer back and couldnt get through and the automated system had me leave a message. I left the message about what happened and asked someone to call me back. No one ever called back. I am understanding about mistakes, everyone makes them. But I didnt appreciate then ignoring the problem and not contacting me back. In my opinion that is horrible customer service and not professional.

Was met promptly despite coming in before Scheduled time when other vehicles were backed up in line. Got a call near scheduled time with accurate estimate for needed battery replacement, and honest report that brakes I had asked about were ok and check coolant light had been reset. Called shortly thereafter when service was complete and bill matched estimate. Alexander and shop did a great job.

I will never come to Ford service for repairs unless I have to. Unfortunately I had to again for our broken door on our large transit van that only they could repair. First off, appointments mean nothing to them. Just like last year when we had 2 recalls on the van, scheduled long in advance. At the end of that day, they told us they didnt have the parts. What was the purpose of scheduling days in advance?!!! When they knew the specific parts needed for the recall?! Or the imposition it is on a family that obviously drives a people mover van with 7 kids! Instead, they left us without a vehicle to only be informed at the end of the day that wed need to schedule and do it all again when they got the parts. Unbelievable.Well this time while hoping for better, it lived up to the same inferior expectations. Like I said, the appointments are useless. Never once has it even been looked at within 3 hours of the time we drop it off. IN FACT, IT WAS A FULL 28 HOURS before they even got to our van. My records show 16 attempts to call the dealer, then service department. My number was placed on their callback list. And when asked if it were an emergency, after the first 10 times, I began to say yes. Never once was I called or notified the entire first day,and not until the afternoon of the 2nd day when I specifically called the sales department to ask to be put through to the manager. Unacceptable. Of course its always 10x the price it should be. We left with our van door fixed at the end of that second day. But over the weekend our light has now registered an indication that the door is not closed (original problem) and is ajar. Here we go again. Well be calling Monday morning to start this hell all over again. Heaven help us and that Ford will actually resolve the problem they were supposed to fix last week in a timely manner. We will never service anything here unless its Ford specific and requires the dealer.

Although service personnel were nice, my experience this time was less than I would expect for the following reasons:1. I had to make three trips from Heber City to Provo including weeks of phone calling and scheduling to finally get the windshield recall I received from Ford corrected.2. Communication was not clear and I usually had to initiate the phone call3. Each time I came to pick up my truck, something had to be corrected4. The first time I was called to pick up my truck, it was left a mess including paint shavings, back seat folded up, and dash problems.5. The dash had to be warrantied and replaced by Ford.6. When I came to pick up my truck the third time, the battery was dead.Again, the personnel I worked with were kind and I appreciated that; however, service this time was below the standard I would expect from a Ford dealer in response to a recall I was sent from Ford.

New automated calling system is horrible. I called several times and was only on hold for about 30 seconds before it said that they couldn’t get to me and had me leave a message. I want to talk to an actual person, not leave a message that’s not going to get returned.

I purchased one of their 3 for $90 service packages about 15 months ago. I dont remember of being told they expire in a year. I dont drive that particular car so much anymore so it doesnt need the lube/oil service as often. I had 1 visit left that expired couple of months ago, they refused to honor it. So I ended up paying for a new one at a cost of $44.46. Theres no value in me purchasing those packages anymore as they only give an average of what someone might drive during the year and then assume a person would need 3 oil changes in 365 days. If you dont need 3 oil changes in a year, certainly consider the applicable conditions of their 3/$90 service packages and if it works for you or not.

I went in to get a recall fixed on my door latches. They had my car for almost 3 days . I tried getting ahold of them for the progress on my car but I couldnt get any communication from either calling or texting. I understand they were probably really busy but a little communication would have been appreciated. When I got there to get my car the guy gave me the paperwork and my key to my car. There were other things I wanted them to check such as my transmission fluid so I asked him if those things were checked and if they were ok. He said he didnt know and didnt seemed concerned with finding out. So I just left, I had already waited too long to get my car back. When I got in my car I noticed that the panel on the drivers door had not been pushed back all the way and when I went to manually open my Window, the crank handle came off in my hand. I was not happy. I popped it back in but everytime I would try to open the window it would come off. I feel I went in to get something fixed which they did, but broke something else in the process. Very dissatisfied. Im reluctant to take it back because they will just keep it for another 3 days.

They have no record of me visiting because the car was under my dads name, Eric Henderson but we wrote the review together. Its extremely frustrating when there is no communication whatsoever and they are not aware of their own workload or time constraints. We called for hours unable to reach anyone. They are friendly and professional when you are able to talk to them but it is almost impossible unless you drive there to talk face to face like we had to. It would be nice if they had been upfront about the fact that there were cars that had already been waiting a week or more for service and they did not have time for us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car here several times and every time got worse. This last time, they had my car for more than a week before they touched any of the repairs and didn’t offer a rental. I brought it in twice for overheating issues and within 2 days both times the check engine light came on and my car was once again undrivable. They didn’t cover the repair the second time and tried to charge me 3,000. My car has only 70,000 miles and now I’m forced to offload it because this sleezy dealership is having it cost more than it’s worth. Oh and did I mention that every time they actually started the work on my car, it was because I called them and reminded them that it existed?

The oil change took way longer than anywhere else I’ve been before. I also called ahead a week and told them about the engine cover coming off on my truck and that I zip tied it for the time being but would need them to replace it. They didn’t replace it or even properly repair it. They just swapped out my white zip ties for black ones. What a joke and dishonest after telling me they’d get it replaced.

Been taking my cars here for maintenance for 6 years now. Overall the work performed has been pretty good. Most of the desk service people who Ive talked to are cool people, even if they dont always know their stuff. And the free shuttle is really nice. I think the rest of the experience depends on which technician works on your car though. Most of the time they cover the seats, reset the built-in oil life monitor, throw a new reminder sticker on the windshield, top off the fluids, and the vehicle looks great when I pick it up. However a couple of times I think I got a less-than-enthusiastic technician, where the seats dont get covered, the oil monitor doesnt get reset, they dont put in a new sticker, and sometimes Ive checked under the hood afterwards and theyve spilled oil all over my engine cover. Not a huge deal, but annoying to have to clean. This has happened maybe 4 times over the course of 6 years though, so not too bad.The biggest drag about taking my vehicles here is, as lots of other reviewers have stated, the wait times. This is the one thing that is always consistent. Their wait times are never short, theyre almost never ready for you even when you have an appointment scheduled, and they almost always take longer than their estimates. Ive waited over 4 hours for an oil change multiple times, despite the fact that I have an appointment. Maybe if I took it in first thing on a weekday itd be better, but weekday afternoons and Saturdays are almost always a zoo.Overall I generally will still get my vehicles maintained here mostly because of the competitive prices and location, but if Im in a hurry or need the vehicle back at a specific time I would definitely go elsewhere. On an extremely serious side note, they used to give me a car wash code every time I had work done, but they havent done that for a couple years... :(

Made an appointment for 7:30 am and the individual that helped us was less than happy to be at work. She took her sweet time entering in the information and when we asked how long for the oil change we were told 2 hours. Two hours for a scheduled oil change is ridiculous. She came back and said probably 90 minutes but had no control over it. Fine, I get that. However it must be great to be able to have 3 technicians just be able to lean on my vehicle in the bay and chat. In todays work force where it is all about customer service and saving costs maybe the techs should be working.

Their oil change bundle is a good deal, but the service is not. I had an oil change done the tech spilled oil all over my engine, he steam cleaned it and said the smoking would go away. I asked about the oil puddle underneath and he said it was just from cleaning it. I drove about 5 miles waiting for the smoke to clear then noticed I was still leaving a stream of oil in my wake. I pulled over and checked. oil was streaming out and the dip stick read empty. Larry H Miller sent the tech out to check on it, he installed the oil filter on wrong and broke the o-ring. He only found half the o-ring, the other half is probably in my engine. This car has the oil filter on top so the whole engine was covered in oil. I went in the next day to have them clean it, but it looks like it wasnt. The service bay guys didnt seem to think it was a big deal. They still charged me for the oil change and didnt offer to change the oily belts. They are awful slow too. Didnt reset the change oil light.

They more so deserve 0 stars. Mostly for their lack of consideration for others time. It does not take 4 hours to change the oil. EVERY time I go (which is more times than I should have!) I am waiting for hours upon hours with plenty of other things to do. I dont think their service department is efficient at all. BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLES TIME. Dont tell me 1 hour and take 4. This is an absolute joke and I will NEVER give them my money for any type of service or waste of time again.
