We had a great experience working with Jake Bennett on our new-to-us car purchase following a bad accident where our vehicle was totaled. During a stressful time for me and my family he helped answer our questions about the car we were interested in and was very open and transparent! We even drove down from Idaho to get this car and Jake got it secured for us while we got the financing worked out. These guys are awesome!!! Driving through to California and our 2017 GMC Arcadia and the A/C cut out and thermostat gage went nonop. Drive with 8 week old infant in the back seat in 95+ degree heat with mom, not good. Drove up in the service bay with no appointment met Curtis service advisor told him our situation and he jumped on it. He got Marco technician out to diagnose the problem. And in no time found the problem and the solution then resolve it. Amazing team. No B.S. these need some recognition for there work ethic.

I have had the worst customer service. It took more than 1 week after filling out my application to hear from anyone! They were quick to get my information and then took their sweet time to call me back. They ran my credit more times then discussed. They told me they would check with 3 banks and ended up checking with 6. I continue to get letters in the mail about a credit check. I understand they do what they can to help you get a car but they neeed to inform the customer before they pull more reports than discussed. I eventually did get a nice pick up truck with the help of Jacob. However it’s been more than 3 weeks that I have not received my contract paperwork. I was told by the finance manger that they would email me since they had no more flash drives to give me. I have called everyday to try and get the information for the past week. No answer just a bunch of excuses.customer service needs to be fixed.I shouldn’t have to stress so hard about getting my contract information. I would have accepted a paper copy but they insisted on the email.

I take my vehicle on time for oil and filter changes, but unfortunately, in carfax they are sending me emails that my vehicle has not registered or oil changes, or tire rotation. Also in the last oil change the filter was not replaced, the truth is there are many things hidden !!!

Horrible service. Went to get my ac fixed and had to return 5 times just to be told I have a “phantom problem that they can’t fix”. They replaced everything in my system and charged me for it, overall spent close to $2000. When I asked for a manager I was ignored and the guy who was helping me originally told me that his manager told him to “take care of it”. Still have never talked to or seen the manager even though I asked several times to talk with him. They eventually gave me his phone number and I called and left a message and still no response. I will not and will never recommend going to this dealer whether for service or a new car. It is very evident that all they care about it making a quick buck and could care less about what happens to anyone’s car.

My husband and I went in to buy a truck and wanted to walk away that day with it. We had 2 versions of the truck we wanted to look at and we had some questions about safety features and mileage that we wanted answered. The salesman kept telling us that he didnt know - he was new which we understood. When we asked questions to another salesman, we were pointed back to the other man who couldnt answer those questions. While we were looking at the trucks, he disappeared and didnt come back for 30 minutes. We had to go looking for him and have him called over the PA system. We decided we wanted the truck and went in to negotiate. We negotiated in a trailer hitch. Jason Sessions (who we started to work with) told us that he would get one for us. When we returned to pick it up, he handed us a rusty hitch that looked to be 30 years old. When I reached out to tell him that we expected better treatment, Jason started calling myself and my husband judgmental for being honest in our review of the service experience we had and told us that we needed to be more empathetic of new salesmen. We were never unkind to the man who helped us, but when were looking into buying a truck, we dont want to be told about the guys messy divorce - we wanted to buy a truck. He told me that my reaching out was disturbing when I stated that I was disappointed in his treatment and the experience we had. His complete lack of responsibility in the situation was disappointing and I will point everyone I know away from this establishment. The truck is great and we really like it, but the people made us wish we would have used a different dealership.

Love them. I’ve used them now for 2 years and I don’t use many reviews but people that do things right need to be recognized. I never used a dealership because I’m so price conscious, but their prices have been very reasonable and the personalities that work there are so kind and go out of their way to help. I also love their driver Neil. This last appointment I was worried about having the time to pick up my kids from school and they gave me a loaner car. So pleased with the service and work. I went to 5 other dealerships before coming here. Sales were not pushy and did not make me want to pull my hair out. They told me what I needed to know and then gave me my space to look cars over and not feel like they were watching my every move. They helped me decide on a car and set me up with a good payment option. They have called several times to reaffirm information or ask questions, but that does not bother me because I know they are trying to find me the best deals. I would definitely buy from this dealership again! Chevy Driver for life!

The service Manager was great, got my oil changed fast, and He did His job Very well by letting me know it is time for. my 30k. Service.As a.dealer you do your service managers a big injustice when they are left to justify your totally over inflated dealer prices .You lose all credibility of me purchasing my next vehicle from a larry H Miller Dealer.I have a fully certified mechanic who do the Same service for 1/2 or less the price. You all must teach your service reps the same responses. I find they all insure me that my mechanic will only drain the recommended suggested items but will not properly flush the systems. However I happen to know my mechanic does flush any of the.system recommended in the manufactures manual but for.1/2 the price..

I was reading the girl below me about no one getting back to her which I never had an issue.. they were extremely persistent and always available.Anyways! I have had a little issue with the bank getting my loan finalized cause they want proof of bank statements which I sent but I’ve had awful experiences giving out my personal info and having money stolen from our accounts.. I sent bank statements and only left open my deposit for my warehouse job. That wasn’t ok, it needs to be not covered cause it looks fraud which after talking to the Sales Manager makes sense. I appreciate how attentive, calm, respectful, and didn’t come off condescending he was.. how you talk and react to a customer that is having trust issues and is second guessing a situation? Is huge to me! He was able to calm me down and talked me into sending in what’s needed which is almost impossible! Even my husband was impressed cause he knows how I am. The tone of your voice, how you approach, and how you come to a customer with concerns is HUGE in the customer service industry. I had spoke to someone before him that talked to me in a very condescending, higher than though, degrading, demeaning kind of way and actually came off like I was trying to fraud the bank into giving me a bank loan.. I could’ve got the loan through my husband with flying colors but I’d like to build my credit and do this completely independent from him... so thank you Sales Manager and Jacob for helping me feel I can leave my trust in your hands.Teresa Danni Virgo/Johnson

The service gentlemen are always friendly and helpful. I always ask how long it’ll take, typically 1.5 hours. They offer free coffee, hot cocoa, bananas, apples, granola bars, plus various vending machine options.We typically hang out in the kids area (which is in a glass room, huge plus for me) my kids will watch sponge bob on the TV and play with toys. I love it because if I want to be out in the larger waiting room, I can see them.I love getting our oil changed here, bummed we are moving. And for $90 for 3 oil changes and service- you can’t beat it!!!

I’ve spent a lot time in the last two weeks at Larry Miller. I took my 2010 Silverado in for 170,000 mile service. Kurtis in the service department was great. He kept me informed of what was going on and provided sound professional advice on recommended repairs.Decided to buy a new Silverado. My salesman Luis was great. Staff friendly. Had a little hiccup with the truck I was purchasing not arriving on time, but otherwise excellent service.

I have taken my car to Larry Miller in Provo for all maintenance since I bought it a few years ago. They have been very thorough and very accurate. In addition, they have been timely and so helpful when I have questions. Their shuttle driver is an absolute delight!I was just there this week for a car repair, and I actually ended up paying less than what they quoted me! I feel like they go out of their way to be accommodating and make sure that their clients are taken care of. I would highly recommend them!

DO NOT COME HERE. I would give this place a 0/5 stars if I could. I am a first time car buyer and came preapproved from my bank. They completely disregarded that, and only showed me a single car that was over my budget. They only wanted me to do financing through them. I went on a test drive with Devin, who was helping me today, and he asked if I’d like to stop at Raising Canes with him if it were open. I was thankful it wasn’t. I showed him the Kelly blue book for the car I drove when we got back, which stated that the car was worth $3000 below what they were trying to sell it to me for. He grabbed my phone out of my hands, and looked at it. I was shocked. He went and got a manager and he came and talked to me, trying to negotiate my $290 payment down to $220 so I would buy it. He tried to get me to sign a paper, saying that if they were able to get the price down, that I would buy the car. I would not. I said I would have to talk with my fiancé about it and come back if that’s what we wanted, and they tried to pressure me into staying. He told me I could sign a paper to take the car and talk with my fiancé in the car. I said no and I left. They were completely unprofessional, and not considerate of what I actually needed/was looking for in a car. If you’re a woman, they will take advantage of you and think you don’t know what you’re doing. DO NOT COME HERE.

The location is clean, neat, and the staff presents well. They said my Tahoe would be ready in an hour (oil change) and it was. Tires were correct, washer fluid was topped off, and a coupon for a wash nearby came when I asked for one. I’d go back if I need service as I pass through Provo.

I came in for an oil change and couldnt be happier. In and out in 30 minutes with no problems at all. The reason I gave four stars instead of five was because of a new sales agent. While I was waiting for my truck I saw a vehicle I was interested in but didnt have the time to talk right then. He said he was going to check on pay off information and would get back to me. I have yet to hear from him. In all other respects the dealership has treated me good.

I am extremely upset with Larry H Miller and their warranty on there vehicles. I purchased a 2016 Chevy 1500 truck and it only has 37k on it and it is have misfire issues and fuel injector issues and they are telling me its not under warranty and Ill have to pay them to fix it. Im not sure why they tell us it has a bumper to bumper warranty and the first problem I have O its not covered. Between myself and co workers we have purchased 8 truck in the last year and to think that they wont take care of a problem that should have been a recall is very frustrating. They knew and have had major issues with the injectors on these newer trucks. If I were you Id think twice before buying any vehicle from them.

I thought my first time buying a brand new car would be exciting and fun, but the employees at this dealership ensured that didnt happen. Our salesman was more concerned about texting on his phone the entire time we were there – at one point taking a call from one of his previous customers while we are sitting at his desk and acting irritated the entire conversation (turns out he wouldnt even take my calls after I purchased my car). We wanted to add a few vehicle accessories to our loan but he had zero interest in giving us information about the accessories, let alone work with the finance guy about adding them to the loan.Our finance guy decided it would be a good idea to just add the Total Care extended warranty onto the loan documents without consulting with us first, then he attempted to go through the documents like he didnt just add an additional $4k to the loan.During our long wait for the finance guy, I overheard a group of salesman making fun of customers names and physical attributes – loud enough that I could have heard it anywhere in the lobby (not sure if they knew I was in there or not). The lack of professionalism shown by everyone in this dealership continued even after purchasing my new car. I attempted to contact my salesman and the finance guy for an entire week, leaving various messages with no returned calls. My salesman finally called me back a week later – but it was only to ask me to press the OnStar button in my car so he could get his spiff!Although I purchased the exact car I wanted, I did not get any of the accessories I wanted for it and I received some of the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Maybe I just caught the employees on a collective bad day – but I genuinely dont believe thats the case. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Took my truck in for an oil change in the service department, usually takes an hour to do. I always make an appointment and Im usually 10 minutes early. Well today I had an appointment at 9am and I was here at 845. It is now 1135 am and I am still sitting here waiting for my oil change. I had never had a good experience at a dealerships until I worked with Dallin at LHM Chevy in Provo. Every other sales person and dealership seemed either really indifferent or too eager to get as much money from me as possible. They just really didnt take my needs into consideration and tried pushing the limit on boundaries I had already set. These guys took what I needed and they found a solution. My wife and I are working and in school. we were looking for another car to make this summer easier with so much commuting we have to do. The guys there found exactly what we needed at good quality and in our price range. I have no doubt that when it comes time to get a different car LHM Chevy will be the first place we go.

I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 recently. When I picked the truck up, the dealership said they had already given my key / manual to another customer.I was promised by the sales team that I would receive the key / manual in the mail within a day or two when I signed the papers (was told that night that Larry H Miller had overnighted the package with my stuff in it).It has been 2 weeks now, and I haven’t received a package, nor have I received an update from Larry H Miller on where it is.I hate leaving negative feedback, but I’m hoping this helps me get the key / manual I was promised. This was a negative buying experience for me, and customers shouldn’t be treated this way.The least the dealership could have done would have been to provide a tracking number on the package they supposedly sent or given me a $600 credit while I was at the dealership for messing up the key / manual.

I take my truck to be serviced regularly to be servicedThey have done a good job over all.I do think the dropped the ball with diagnosis of my 4 wheel drive problem after $600 and luckily a warrantyThe second time I was told it was fixed but there was a leak 4 months latter I’m replacing my transfer case 3300 at a different gmc dealer the service manager could get back with me and blew me off I just wanted them to say next time the would do better.I would not take my truck back for service

It was OK. Not stellar. I didnt get some of the quotes or information that I had asked for, but its nothing I cant research on my own.I also have a Honda, and I have it serviced at Ken Garff, which I had done just the day before on their version of the Advantage Plan. They gave me a very detailed list of everything they learned when reviewing my car, and a walk-through video, and then gave us a voucher for a car wash. I had expected the same service from Larry H. Miller, and was a little disappointed when none of that happened.So, nothing serious to complain about, and I got everything that I paid for, but it was a less impressive experience comparatively, and made me think that it will be worth getting my next service contract at Ken Garff Chevy in AF, since I work up very close to there anyway.No complaints, exactly, about my service with you guys, then, but I thought that the comparison would be helpful for you to note.

Everything went really well. I pulled up right before my scheduled time. They waved me into the bay, took my keys and got my information and sent me to the lobby. I had a meeting to listen to remotely, so I didn’t use their option of having someone drive me somewhere, but they were courteous to offer. Our mechanic said we had a water pump leak and fortunately Chevy covers the cost to fix that issue for our vehicle. We went to this Chevy and they said there was no proof that there was a leak although there was radiator fluid under the hood in various places. They didnt fix anything. Obviously they have been trained to do the least amount of work and avoid helping the customer.

The problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed. The repair required parts to be ordered so I had to wait for several days for the parts to arrive. Once there, the dealership repaired the transmission shift linkage and had the car back to me that day. The staff was very professional and pleasant. My car works great now.

To be honest, weve never had the greatest experience with the service department. Ive said this on a previous review that one time we had an early appointment and had to wait an hour just for a technician to arrive. Why do you have those appointments if no one is there? That time it took 3 hours for an oil change.This last time, everyone was friendly but I dont know if they were short staffed or what was going on but it 2 and a half hours for an oil change! I dont know why it would take that long. We have the service plan so we will keep on going back but I guess we will have to plan on 3 hours for an oil change.

Wonderful experience working with Armando and Patrick getting us into our (new for us) used Chevy Suburban! SUPER HAPPY with the way they tweaked around with the numbers till they fit our needs! Wyatt Roseman and Colin Decker were great. They went above and beyond to find a car that fit very specific parameters. There were even willing to go get one in Denver for us and have it transferred to their lot. The one in Denver sold so they couldnt but they found us what we were looking for. They looked through so many lots when they did not have on on their lot. So great. Even stayed late after the lot was closed to get everything finalized. They went above and beyond for sure.
