I had my windshield replaced there a couple of years ago, and the molding around the windshield starting coming loose. Even though it was so long ago and I let him know it was my fault, he still took care of it as if it was the day after the windshield was replaced. Seriously, just a nice small business. So much better service than any franchise or big name shop.

I recently had Ace and Jerry Auto Glass replace the windshield on my car. This was a unique experience because when I dropped the car off Val, helped me and for the first time in the better part of 50 years his father, the original Jerry was not there. How physically alike Val and Jerry are is truly striking. I couldnt help but recollect how many times over the years, I took vehicles in to ACE and Jerry to have a windshield replaced. Indeed, my first experience was with ACE and for anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him, was surely impressed with ACE as an individual and the glass shop as an organization. While in recent times I only had windshields replaced on my own vehicles, there was a period in the 70s and early 80s when I operated two new car dealerships. Our new vehicles where transported from either Reno, the LA area or New York. Invariably some would arrive with damaged glass and on every occasion, they were sent to Ace and Jerry for repairs. I do not recall ever having any problems with the craftsmanship or circumstances where the cars were held back for one reason or another Both ACE and Jerry understood the importance of returning the cars to the dealerships as quickly as possible and they never let me down. After ACE passed away, Jerry took over the day to day operations and the transition was so seamless that one would never guess that major changes had taken place. With this last experience, replacing the windshield on my vehicle was far from a straight forward job. Where replacing a windshield on any given car might take one or one-and-a-half hours; this one required the best part of half a day. Certainly not a job for amateurs or for someone that is in a hurry. As expected, the results were excellent. As they have been for decades. Integrity and commitment to quality continues to be the trademark of ACE and Jerry Auto Glass. I saw in Val the same high standards that I saw in Jerry and ACE before him. Val operates his business much like his father and grandfather before him, and most important, he evidences the moral integrity and work ethic that was clearly instilled in Val from his youth. Indeed, I remember how during the summer months when school was out, I would often see Val and his brother working around their father in the shop. I know that example is the best teaching tool one can have, and Val and his brother saw that example in their father, Jerry. ACE and Jerry Auto Glass is much more than a glass shop. In my opinion, it is an institution. A place where one can expect to be treated with respect; the work that is performed on a vehicle is outstanding; the prices are more than fair and one can drive away knowing that the work was carried out properly and no shortcuts were taken nor even considered. Not only were they able to get and replace the windshield over night, they were able to repair damage caused by another company that said they couldn’t get the windshield. I love these guys. They do SUCH a good job! They treat your car and windshield like its their own. As awesome as everyone says!! My car got broken into and the window was shattered. I was able to get an appointment the very next day with them and they finished it that day as well. They communicated with me the whole time about any additional costs (tinting the window) and about the progress to completion. Im very happy with the outcome and their price was substantially lower than the 4 other places I had checked. Would recommend to anyone. :)

BEST local business to go to in Provo. I went into the shop right as they were about to close to just ask about how to reattach the rearview mirror that had fallen off my windshield. The service surpassed my expectation! He just went right to work and had it all fixed in about 15 minutes which was such a pleasant surprise! I have gotten multiple rocks to the windshield driving these highways and these guys are my go to. They are generous with their pricing, do quick and quality work, and I really appreciate them. They’re very responsive and even take the time to discuss/explain the process of what they’ll be doing.

Word of caution be prepared to leave the vehicle. And there is no on site waiting just in case they forget to tell you. After a disagreement I decided that I would give them a second chance. They did god work and were very attentive. Because he discounted his already low price I feel obliged to give them 5 stars because they really tried to correct the past mistake. I did not earn or deserve the extra discount so this is how I repay them. Everyone else loves them so dont use my first impression since I am probably wrong. The person who sent me here absolutely loves them.

When I got there, they told me that it would be 2-3 hours to replace my windshield. I hadn’t realized it would take that long and was going to wait there. I settled in and planned on a long wait, but they rallied their team and had it done in just over an hour for me! I was so impressed with their thoughtfulness. Even as I was getting in my truck to leave, a sweet lady was polishing the new windshield, so it wasn’t streaky. What great service! I highly recommend them!

I called to schedule a time for a replacement expecting at least a week or two for the glass to be ordered, and instead it was only 3 business days later. The replacement was very quick and easy, I was able to drop off the evening before and come back once it was finished. They also did my sisters a back windshield couple weeks ago after it was smashed with a rock, and they even vacuumed out all the broken glass as they did the replacement.

This place is awesome. They saved a really bad windshield frame on an old land cruiser I have, and they did it for a very reasonable price.

Super solid place. I had to get my car windshield replaced because of a long crack on it. Safelite said they would have to order a new windshield and so I would have to wait at least a week to get in. Ace and Jerry was really busy but they still squeezed me in the same day that I called and got the job done quick.

Awesome guys here. I decided to get a different windshield when i got there and they were able to catch the delivery truck that came later to get the right one. Thought Id have to wait for another day to get it installed, but they had it done by the end of the work day. First time Ive had to replace a windshield, but the price seemed decent, and the job looks good. Ill definitely be going here for any future repairs or replacements.

The quoted price given for my windshield was lower than other competitors (such as Technaglass) which is why I decided to get my windshield replaced through them. I realized I couldnt make my appointment due to a time-conflict, but they were very accommodating and helpful to make sure I would have my windshield replaced quickly. I also noticed that not only did they make sure my windshield was spot-free, but they also wiped down my dashboard and the glass over my odometer. I appreciated those small details. I went this business on a referral-what a mistake!! I took 5 jobs to them:1 . Last job (two pieces of glass) I had to pick up because they were, too busy (after they sat there two weeks)-got them cut in two days-the second business charged me $86.81 (with Tax for 2), compared to these guys @ $150 per glass-2. 2 separate times they were supposed to be done within a week-got them two weeks later-3. 2 jobs within a week ( on time)-That is 3 jobs that were late, 2 jobs on time-They are nice, but dont be deceived- if they cant overcharge or make you wait they arent happy-

I watched every little thing they did. Their service was extremely friendly AND fast, thorough with every thing they did. Absolutely no complaints! I was floored when Ace & Jerry quoted me almost a full $100 cheaper than anywhere else I had called (and I called 5-6 other companies). I asked how they could quote me so much lower and they are a family owned business, out of debt and are just honest people! Another perk is that they are 3 blocks away from Pioneer park so I dropped off my car and headed to the splash pad with my little one while they fixed my windshield. Great service! Absolutely fantastic. Accommodating, best quality parts, fast service, friendly, and the lowest price (by far!) that I could find. My kids and I felt right at home. My windshield chipped twice, then cracked that same day due to the weather. I called and they were able to see me the next day. I dropped my car off and it was ready by 3 pm. Best auto repair experience I’ve ever had.

These guys have filled a few chips for me and recently replaced my leaking windshield. The really bent over backward for me to get it replaced as soon as possible so my interior didnt get ruined by the water leaking in. You really wont find more fair prices or better service. I cant use my insurance to fix glass, but that was no problem at all. The prices were more than affordable, and they did an amazing job every time. My new windshield makes my truck so much quieter, its almost hard to believe. Its incredible the difference it makes when something is done right! Highly recommended.

I am very impressed by the quality of the work they did on my tint job. Its an older car so it has a lot of dust in the panels and all around. They took the time to take the windows out, pressure wash them, and make sure that this tint would last. They dont take shortcuts. Im also impressed by their honesty, and sticking to the original estimate they gave, even with the extra work for an older car.

On two occasions they have helped me fix my driver side window without charge. When I needed a new windshield, they got me in same-day and beat the chain guys by $25. Im a big fan of keeping my money local and these guys make it an easy decision.
