All I wanted to do was ask simple question. Do you do windshield chop repair and if so what is the process. I googled it and it said you did but that service wasnt an option. When I tried calling the Provo location there was absolutely no option to talk to anyone. In fact it hung up on me . No real customer service.

This morning I had a rock fly off a truck and practically smash my window in. The Safelite in Spanish Fork couldn’t get me in but the location in Salt Lake could and had my type of windshield, but my car couldn’t safely make the trip. The gentleman called Provo and though they seemed to be booked they took me anyway. The Salt Lake location sent the windshield to Provo. I showed up way too early and they were nice about it, but updated me on my order and that they would be ready at 1:30. I came back and they took care of me so quickly including the recalibration of my car to my windshield. They even vacuumed up all of the broken glass! Everyone was so nice and I’m thankful for them working together to get me back on my way home to Colorado.

Speedy service, friendly employees, great pricing, great location. I was able to make an appointment online through their website. Since I also paid online, all I really needed to do was drop off my car at the right time. The whole repair process took only about two hours, and my vehicle was instantly drivable afterwards.

I was visiting from out of town, just overnight. Blew out my driver door window in a minor accident. I set an appointment online right away, then when I arrived in Provo, stopped in before they closed to make sure they could accomodate me before I had to leave the next day. They vacuumed out most of the broken glass and covered the window with plastic for me, double-checked on the inventory for my replacement window, and confirmed my 9:30 appointment for the next morning. I had a 10:00 AM meeting, and told them if there was any way they could finish before that, it would help me out. They made it happen, even though they had no obligation to do so. They got the whole car vacuumed and my glass was so clean it looked like it was all missing! My hotel was a five-minute walk from their shop and my meeting was less than a mile from there. Everything was perfect.I cant tell you if they are the best price because they were the only shop in Utah Valley that could get my window. Doesnt matter; they were the most convenient and took exceptionally good care of my car. Brad is a quiet guy, but he and the whole staff at Safelite are on top of their game. I spent less than 15 minutes in their building for all three visits combined! That includes the vac and plastic, while I waited, from the first evening just before they closed! The minor incovenience of not talking to a human on the phone is more than made up for by the incredible service I got at Safelite. This shop is World-Class. I recommend them 100%.

Ive used safelite once before a while back and Ive used Glasshoppers as well honestly its the same job both do great work except Grasshoppers has a better price and dont charge a disposal fee either.

After making an appointment with these guys and getting an estimate over the phone, I came in today and got my windshield replaced in a very professional and timely manner. The gentleman in the front desk was helpful and the staff was very professional. They told me about 90 minutes and ended up being about an hour. The windshield got a new gasket and very clean fit on the car. They cleaned the windows on my car too and that was awesome!

I went to get my windshield fixed and I had the wrong information for my car so it took twice as long but they were nice enough to still make everything happen in 1 day and they even dropped me off to work and delivered my car there after they were done as well.

I was recommended Safelite through my insurance provider, Allstate, as well as my parents, my younger brother, and a co-worker. Everybody told me that their service was exceptional, and I have to agree.Scheduling my appointment was fairly quick, and I was able to choose a day that worked with my schedule. Getting day-one appointments seems like it might be difficult based on the schedule availability when I called, but there were appointments one to two days out.Wait time feels about on-par with other establishments that Ive visited. I will update the review if any problems arise with the installation.Frontside parking is a little cramped with only a few parking spaces out front that are pretty close to the sidewalk, and the curbside in front of the establishment is not entirely vehicle-friendly, but it was easy to park even if youre turning left into the lot. The big downside is that leaving parking is a little bit stressful due to low visibility on eastbound traffic. You either have to back out directly into traffic, or jockey your vehicle around assuming that there is enough space.The place feels both professional and casual, and while its not exactly a cozy or sterile place, and the decor could use an update, its not uncomfortable. There is a unisex bathroom, ten seats in the waiting area, a hot/cold water machine, a 25¢ candy carousel, and a small wall mounted TV. There are also two large windows looking in to the garage area from the wait area so you can watch the technicians work if you choose to wait.

They fixed one crack in my windshield, and the next day it got bigger. Their policy states that if they couldnt solve the problem, they would use the cost of the first repair and deduct it from the next repair. Cool. They mentioned it to me on the phone as well. Cool! I needed it fixed and I had to pay at time of service, but they did not include the deduction from the first repair. I know mistakes happen, so Ill call later. I have since tried to contact them for MONTHS and they have made it impossible to contact either call, email, or chat to solve my problem. I was finishing college, and even $5 is a lot of money to me, let alone replacing a windshield! They did not owe up to their policy, and I cannot recommend them for this. I will change this review if they ever find it and fix it, but I doubt it.

Did a great job on my rock chips.

I got a big crack in my windshield and had to get a new one. My car is a bit rough being a rebuilt title but the guy working on it handled it very well and pointed out several things that he was doing like showing me the rust behind a botched windshield placement from a different person. Rust began to form where it was going to seal. He explained the risks and was very respectful about the whole process. Very well trained employees who do great at their job. Would definitely come back again.

Our car insurance recommended we come here after we someone vandalized our back windshield. I arrived a few minutes late and the staff were very polite and professional. They took my car back right away and got to work. They not only took less time than what I was estimated but the bill was also cheaper. They vacummed my whole car even though there was only broken glass in the trunk area, which they also did a superb job on, despite all of our junk being stored back there. Would highly recommend these guys to friends and family. Very happy with their work.

I had come from out of town for business and had Brad and his crew change a window in my car while I was in town. The initial install time and scheduling was great! When I returned to pick up my car the technology side of the car wasnt functioning as it was prior to the change. They worked diligently to get it resolved but to no luck. I made a call to one dealer they said not the right window, made an appointment with another and they said damages camera ($700 to change). In the end I went back to Brad and said this worked prior to the new window and it is not working now, he said let me see what I can do. When I showed up he had a factory window, a new camera and said let me get this fixed. In the end it ended up needing just a new window. Everything functioned like it was prior and no charge for the correction. In the end I wish I could say more businesses and business men were like Brad - he made it right! I wouldnt hesitate to drive from out of town to have my windows changed here again or if I lived in town I wouldnt go any other place!

I scheduled an appointment to get my car windshield replaced. Then the next day they called to reschedule me because they said they had to order something to do the replacement and they couldnt get me in for at least another week. It was a just windshield replacement for a very common car. So I called Ace and Jerry down the street and they got me in that same day.

They came to our home and fixed a large crack in our cars windshield and it was very well done. She was very polite and helpful and you could tell tried her best to fill the crack so we could avoid having to get a total window replacement.

I rarely leave reviews but this place was so great! They were really willing to work with my schedule and it was a pleasure to talk to all the employees there. They were so nice and were able to drive me back to my house because I didnt have a ride. Overall, a great experience! Really friendly staff!

They did a good job I think. Im pretty sure our van is louder now than before we took it in. So, be careful about that. They also wont do free rock chip repair because you can just go through your insurance. Its understandable, but a bit of a hassle. Everyone there was really nice though, and explained things really well. I still might try somewhere else next time though

We were in a rush to get out of town but recently had a huge crack on our windshield. I explained the situation and our concerns to the staff.The folks at Safelite went above and beyond to repair our windshield in only a few hours. (Usually it takes close to 3-4 hours) In addition, they called me twice, one for an update and another when it was done.We were very grateful for their positive energy and willingness to work with a tight schedule.

I had a less than satisfactory visit the first time I went to Safelite. I told them about a squeaky noise and bent dash from the newly installed windshield. They made exuses and told me it was fine. Today I had Richard come out mobile and fix it, and he immediately recognized the problem, fixed it fast and professionally. Just like any job, it seems like there are some better than others. If you can Richard to do it, youll be in good shape.

I came in one week to get some rock chips fixed and one ended up cracking, the worker full well warned me before there was a chance and so I took the risk. It wasnt to big but got worse over time. They gave me a quote then and there also with a really good discount on a replacement as the one they tried to fix didnt work out. Came back to get my windshield replaced they told 1.5 hours for it to get done and sure enough on the dot it was done in 1.5 hours. Wonderful staff as they were friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend them.

The actual physical location was wonderfully accommodating. The mobile service, not so much. I had an earlier appointment at my home with the mobile repairman to replace my windshield. Since he had 4 appointments scheduled for the 4-hr window I was assigned. he tried to reschedule the appointment well after the original window of time. Once he finally arrived, he took two looks at the windshield and determined he didn’t have the right rear view mirror bracket on the windshield he brought. I had to reschedule and opted to do it at the shop 2 days later. In the meantime between my appointment, my car suffered a series of issues and got stuck in a mechanic shop in Heber until 15 minutes before my appointment. I called to indicate that I would be significantly late and was still encouraged to make the trip, although I would likely have to reschedule. After arriving 25 minutes late to my appointment, the technicians were kind enough to squeeze me in and replace my windshield. And they had the right one. I’m very grateful that they were kind enough to fit me in well after my original appointment time.

I have an amazing customer services with Safelite they connected my first call with my insurance and I got the claim number in minutes, nevertheless other glass shops wanted me to get the claim number. In addition Safelite in Provo did an amazing job placing my windshield in less than an hr, vacuum my car and cleaned all my windows. I give them 5 a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After finding out I failed my safety test because of the crack in my windshield, I came to Safelite to get it filled. They were fast and even discounted the price for me! Standard windshield replacement situation. Great price and quick service. The thing that really impressed me is that less than a week later a rock left the freeway and cracked the window again! I stopped by and after a quick laugh and a quick free repair Im good to go.

I had to get my windshield replaced after it cracked during the cold from a rock chip. The service was great and they completed installing my windshield quickly. However they damaged my antenna for push button start that was on the previous windshield. Now it no longer woks, and the cord itself has the copper wire exposed. Other then that I would have given 5 stars.

I got a call from Mike giving me a heads up when hed be to the campground today, he was there at the time he said he would be, and he did a terrific job.If anything, I was a terrible customer- I thought I only had one spot that needed fixing when I really needed four! While there were additional charges for the extra work (as there should be) it was very reasonable.Mike was a super personable dude and I couldnt be happier with the work he performed on our Class A RV.

Did a Price search on-line and these guys were the least expensive. a competitor called me and said they would price match and did beat their price by 6 cents...but Id have to come in to their shop instead of them coming out to me. I figured if I was going to go in Id give safelite a try. Because I went in the cost dropped about $24 (maybe more). They cleaned out the broken glass, and kept to the time line they had scheduled with me. Best price, good service, and keeping to the schedule is why I gave these guys 5 stars.

Car got broken into, so I called to get service done. Took a week and a half longer than initially promised, and glass was left EVERYWHERE. I have been a full time insurance agent for 38 years. I pick and choose Glass and Body Shop vendors VERY carefully and when I find ones I like, not only do I send clients there, but I take my own vehicles there as well!I only use Safelite for glass and like going to the Provo Store. I was hesitant to give a 5 star review because they did not have the correct glass there for me at the appointment hour and it delayed the process for several hours. However, the problem was not theirs and a 4 star would have been punitive to them. Its not possible to control what mistakes warehouses make 50 miles away. The service was awesome, they made a special trip to the warehouse just for me, my new glass is beautiful, my video camera was aligned perfectly for my lane control and my windows were cleaner when I left than when I came in! This is always our go -to place. Weve had to have the windshield fixed or replaced on more than one of our cars. Theyre always friendly and skilled, and they work with our insurance.

Quick and professional staff. Very easy to work with, especially if you are working through an insurance company. I just had to drop off my vehicle and it was done in under 90 minutes. Less than a week after my new windshield was installed I got a small crack from another rock chip. I brought it back in and they took care of it without any extra cost.The waiting area is nothing special, but they keep it and the restrooms clean. Plus they provide some snacks. If you dont have a good book to keep you company or enjoy day-time TV, take a walk down Center Street while you wait or step next door to Tommys Burgers for some lunch.

We had an insurance claim and first They were quick. I was expecting to have to wait a week but they got us in the following day which was Saturday. Then they waived the 100 dollar deductible for us because we brought the car into the shop. I dont know if they always do this or not but we were super grateful for that. Also they cleaned our windows for us and I hadnt cleaned the glass out from the other window(got broken into) and they took all that out too for us. All in all it was a great experience and I didnt experience any of the rudeness the first guy mentioned. Five stars for sure.

Put the wrong windshield on my car, even though I asked them twice to be sure they installed the right one. (with a rain sensor) Bent my windshield wipers so they dont clear a section of my windshield anymore. Be wary of these good reviews, they offer free movie tickets for 5 star reviews. Take it for what its worth.

I don’t usually write reviews but man these guys took care of my car like it’s a Lamborghini. I have a 06 350z and it took them longer to do because my car is really hard to work with specially that they have to take the pillars off. They game me free glass cleaner because I waited for long. Highly recommended!!!! My car just got painted so that is why they work really careful not to scratch paint. Thanks again safelite.. u got best workers at provo!!!

These guys were great! My windshield had multiple cracks in it and needed replacing. I dropped it off Saturday morning, and they had it done within an hour! They answered all my questions and made the process painless.

Horrible experience. Received quote then person arrives and quotes a dollar less saying he was giving me a discount. He was a little too friendly my dog who loves everyone was very protective when he entered my home. He came to my house uninvited the NEXT day. The second I arrived home I heard a knock on the door he stated my card didnt work and asked to come in. This made no sense I use the card all the time. I said no and said to take payment over the phone outside. He then calls again to give card over the phone and says close enough. When he gets off the phone he says he knows why it didnt go through he wrote my credit card info down wrong. He should not have written it down he told me he had to call in to them to take my card since his card reader was broken. I had let him take it out of sight since I was attending to my children. Big mistake on my part. I ask what he meant when he said close enough. He stated they were charging more than I was quoted. I told him I would not pay more he then said you know me we are friends. I stated I did not know him and we were not friends and I would like this resolved. He pushed back saying it would take awhile corporate would have to fix it. I said that was fine to please fix. He then took out his wallet and tried to give me ripped up dollars bills for the difference, which I declined and said I did not want his money I wanted him to please fix it and charge the price I was originally quoted. He said he would when he got back to the office because coincidentally the person who just took payment was not answering. Nothing was done. I called in and was on phone for an hour and they said they would refund the difference. It has been over 6 months no refund and not only did he lie about the amount charged it was double over what he stated that was charged. Furious.Edit to respond 7/30I did send an email to corporate with all this information and waited months with no response. Nothing was done until I disputed the charge on my card and coincidentally within an hour from my dispute I received a response on my email with a refund for the extra amount that was charged. Will not being using this company service again.

I called to get a quote, wouldnt have thought that was a 15 minute ordeal but it was.First of all, the computer that answered the phone spent more time telling me, for my convenience, that I could use the website than it did actually helping me. Ridiculous. If I wanted the website, obviously I know how to use the internet.Furthermore, I hate automated systems that dont work unless Im responding from a sound proof room. It asks the question, I try to answer and it interrupts me with Im sorry, I didnt get that. WELL IF A PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE INSTEAD OF A MACHINE THAT WANTS ME TO USE THE WEBSITE - FOR MY CONVENIENCE-, WE WOULDNT HAVE THAT PROBLEM.So fine, I fight with computer for 10 minutes, arguing about the make, model and Im sorry, I didnt get that..., and finally get all that decided. And what does the computer tell me? Please hold while I connect you with a person. Then the person answers, and what does she say? How can I help you? Uh..... I just spent way too long telling the computer how you can help me and you ask me that? So I had to start all over again. UGHNothing replaces people. If you dont want answer the phone, dont have a phone number. If you want me to go to your website and not talk to a person, then just have a website. It isnt rocket science.I started my phone call while driving from my house in Spanish Fork to North Provo (hands free set, of course) and finally had to tell the lady Look, I have less than a minute before Im where Im supposed to be and Id really like to get to that quote before I get there. She replies, Can I get your email address please? GIVE ME THE QUOTE!I got the quote. Then 20 minutes later I called Diamond Glass where a REAL PERSON answered the phone, gave me a quote in like 2 minutes for a savings of about $100. Perhaps their overhead is lower because they dont have a fancy computer telling me Im sorry, I didnt quite catch that.

I had a windshield replaced here after a chip spread across half of the windshield. Took off a star because I was excited to be rid of a few old parking stickers from my university days, as well as a oil change reminder that has been stuck on for a while. Well, to my unpleasant surprise, they scraped them off with what Im assuming was a razor and affixed them to my new windshield. Maybe thats a service some people want, but if I had realized they would do it I would have asked them not to.Took off another star because they cannot print me a credit card receipt or anything except an invoice that still lists an amount owing on the account. So, if I need to get reimbursed I am screwed, as all I have is an invoice which shows an amount still owing.Last star removal: their system logged my insurance information wrong when I scheduled. So, I spent an hour on the phone with the wrong company, following the instructions from Safelites email. Then, I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with my actual insurance company.Besides these 3 issues, once I was in the system properly, it was pretty painless to bring the car in and get it fixed.

Safelite in Provo was recommended by a couple of auto body shops, so I took my car in. They replaced my Subaru windshield on time, did excellent work, and were courteous, professional and friendly. I recommend them highly.
