Great service!Juan was very respectful and knowledgeable. I went through my insurance and didn’t pay a dime to have my entire windshield replaced. We took my wifes new 2021Lexus to Prime to get the windows done. Julio was absolutely amazing, he explained all of there options as well as what their warranty covered. We were unsure about getting the front window done. He showed us the difference between having it and not having it. We decided to get it done. We was upfront with us on everything as well. He explained that there was no way to get the windshield 100% due to all of the particles in the air but would do his best. Unfortunately the windshield has to be redone due to there being a lot of particles in it. When we took it back Julio once again was upfront with us on everything explaining that there was a risk in taking the film off due the potential risk of scratches. We were very hesitant to do it since its a new car and we dont want scratches on a $1800 window. When we went back to pick up the car he explained to us that he kept the car in the sun the entire time to let the glue heat up. He sat in the sun for an hour pulling the film off so he didnt scratch the window. You dont see to many businesses that would go out of their way to do something like that to take care of their customers. We are very impressed with their work, but most importantly is how they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. We will be using them again and have also referred a lot of new customers to them. If I could give them more than five stars I wouldnt hesitate!

These guys are very friendly and professional. I love how they double check and triple check what you want done, I also love how they explain what kind of tint is going on the truck and what it does. Their pricing was great and awesome of them to give us a deal. The heat resistant and UV blocking definitely does what it is advertise to do, its also great that it comes with a limited warranty. My experience with Prime Auto Glass LLC was superb. The same day my windshield was completely shattered; I was back on the road. Additionally, they fixed my rearview mirror for free. Not only was their service excellent, but I was also only charged $213.43.

Had my car tinted and they tell you they guarantee their work. Except when your tint have bubbles. The owner tells you it’s perfectly normal. NOT normal if they are professionals. And not to mention …, they use cheap film too- that turns purple. Instead of keeping their word to warranty it, they want to charge you to take it off as well! Don’t use this company they rip you off!!!!

I had a rock chip. They had it fixed within 20 minutes. Great service. Plus, they are bilingual. I didnt have the language barrier, but others might, and this will be helpful for them.

Prime replaced the windshield on our car. They did a great job and the new windshield is perfect. They have the tools to recalibrate a lane departure system. They also took me out on the road to demonstrate that the system was still working as expected after the installation of the new windshield. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they had the car for a full day when I expected it would only take a half day.

Very professional. The Prime Auto Glass technicians checked the lane departure warnings systems before and after changing the windshield. Im glad that they are certified with Toyota and can do both the windshield replacement and ADAS Advanced Driver Assistance Systems calibrations. And the best part was that they cost less than the dealership and Safelite. I would go there again.

Our truck window had been broken. Everywhere was booked out for who knows how long so we decided to give these guys a try and I will go to them from now on! The service was exceptional, I was able to call in and they set up an appointment. During the initial appointment they went over my car with me, inside and out to show any current blemishes so there were no questions as to any potential damage. They also went through options I didnt know existed and it helped me make an even better decision to get a tint that would not only reflect UV rays but would also reflect the heat. I will update this review on its effectiveness once the weather actually warms up. Overall an exceptional experience in service and quality.

They were great. They broke down the price for me so that I could understand the intricacies of the job they were doing. Furthermore, they took the initiative to call my insurance and schedule the appointment with little work on my part. So that was very nice. We test drove the car to make sure everything was working right before and after the job was done. I would definitely recommend this place any time.

Scheduled an appointment to have my audiTinted. The girl at the front desk was awesome. Helped me with the best options. So I made the appointment for the next day.Arriving at my appointment I was met in the street by a sharp grumpy gentleman. That immediately changed the price to almost triple from the first estimate.......yeah, I didnt keep the appointment..... which obviously was a huge inconvenience.

I called this morning after my windshield busted last night. They were able to do same day service and come to my house to replace it which is super helpful when you have four little kids. Their prices we cheaper than brand name places. Julio was incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. They worked quickly and efficiently.

I called around to a few places for windshield replacement, Prime had really good reviews and the lowest price in the area. The windshield is even better than I expected. The top of the windshield is slightly tinted which really helps when the sun is in those bad spots you can’t cover with the visors.

This was the second windshield that I’ve had replaced by them. This one was a more tricky as it had all the sensors associated with it. They had one come in but it had a slight flaw so they contacted me to let me know they needed to re-order another one. I thought this was a great customer service and not trying to install something that was going to cause problems in the future. Great value great people.

Driving through Logan and took a big rock to Rv windshield. It was too big to repair so I took Rv in. They had a windshield in stock and replaced while we ate at a Mexican Resturant down the road.
