I was very happy with my front windshield install. The had me in and out in about 1:20 min. the price was on point at just under $210.00 for an 09 Silverado with blue tint at the top of the glass and no rain sensor. They even went the extra mile by pulling my oil change reminder sticker and installing it on my new glass. Just when you think it cant get any better... The bathroom was spotless. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I have had work done by a touch of air glass and trim for more than 20 years, mostly tinting my car windows with good results. Occasionally I have had to have illegal dark tint removed and replaced with legal tint. So I brought a different car to them which I showed them and scheduled an appointment for removal and replacement of illegal and terrible tinting done by someone else. They scheduled me 3 weeks out and gave me a bid which I agreed upon. I arrived for my appointment after more than an hour drive because I was a loyal customer but now live further away. As soon as I walked through the door the receptionist said the manager saw me drive in and will only do the work for more than $100 of the original bid. I asked why the bid had changed and she said that it is just a big job to remove and replace tint on my Jetta. I mentioned that they have done this in the past without concern and that they saw the car when I scheduled the appointment. I was nice and tried negotiating with her. She said I will go speak with Tony the manager. I will rate Tonys sneer as he walked into the office at 10/10. No sneer could outdo what he presented before me. Before I could speak he told me I dont even want to work on your car, the job is too hard. Why do they call work, work and not fun and games? Because it takes effort!!My suggestion is that if you want to see Tonys incredible sneer and listen to him complain about doing a job that is more than he feels like doing, then go visit. Maybe you too can get the bait and switch routine and then tell you they dont want your business because it may take some effort they arent willing to exert that day.For all my friends Ive referred to you all, I hope you read this and find another business that has a work ethic and is honest. You have done some good work for me in the past but Tony, wow what a sneer and what a lazy attitude.Its time to move on away from this business. I read reviews about cutting corners, causing damage, leaving messes...., Lazy, lazy lazy. I saw the attitude, listened to Tony the manager, and find it is time to dump this business until they step back up to what they once were. I am impressed. First off when I walked in I could tell the employees had common sense. Then they were honest in informing me about a crack that I thought was new and told me it had been fixed already. They added more filler and didnt even charge me although it was my mistake. If they were just after money they could have taken mine, but they showed they have their customers best interest in mind.I also had them replace a windshield in another vehicle a few years ago and I have had no problems with it. Thumbs up!

I’ve been here several times for window tint and windshield replacements. I’ve appreciated how they take time to do things the right way. I’ve had to bring my car back for a small air leak at the bottom of the windshield and they were easy to work with and got it fixed. I also noticed that a piece of my engine bay cowl had been damaged and when I asked them about it they were honest and arranged to make sure it will be replaced. I know things don’t always go perfectly but how customers are treated and taken care of when concerns come up really show you if a business has your best interest at heart of their own. I’ve given them 5 stars because they have always done what was necessary to put me first and make things right.

Very unprofessional company especially since they do work for a professional body shop. Shay broke a back glass in a pickup truck and did not clean up the glass. He constantly is gouging, denting, or scratching vehicles after pulling the glass. Very unprofessional, and its never there fault according to them .....Edit..... I understand glass has a chance to break but I was not cleaned up. And the scratching of vehicles everytime its pulled is what Im explaining here.

I called around looking for a place that could both replace my windshield and tint all my windows. They quoted me the best price on my windshield and the tint cost was comparable to other places. Unfortunately I got a rock chip on the new windshield and on a hot day, while driving through the cold waters of the car wash, my new and tinted windshield cracked all the way through, again. It wasn’t anyone’s fault (not the car wash place nor windshield place), it was just bad luck. I was very satisfied with the services on the first windshield so I used them again, two months later. They worked with me and discounted both services and did a great job again!

Got my windows tinted on my sedan about a year ago, did Utah legal limit on front windows, 20% on back windows and 5% on back windshield. I originally was going to do 5% on the back windows too, but the kind lady at the front desk said that it may look weird doing the Utah legal limit (whatever that percentage is) on the front windows and 5% on the back windows. The contrast wouldnt match. I wasnt sure at first but hesitantly agreed. I gave them my car to tint and was able to pick it up about 8 hours after. It looked amazing and was everything that I had hoped it would be! Its been about a year now and it still looks amazing!! Through the Utah winter which is regularly below 0° Farenheit and the summers which are regularly over 100° Farenheit it looks like it was put on my car in the factory when it was being assembled! Absolutely amazing and I will 100% be going here in the future for all my car window tinting needs!

My sunroof on my car had a manufacturers recall, so I went here to get it fixed. The manufacturers themselves were supposed to pay for everything, but they only paid $80 of the $130 cost. The owner was really nice about it and offered to split the remaining fee with me. They put it in quickly and the sunroof works now, so I dont have to worry about it flying off on the highway. Thanks!

Extremely good window tint. I came to them six days after having my windows tinted in St. George because it was a horrible job. Air Glass & Trim retained my windows, and did everything they said they were going to do. Extremely professional, and great quality work. I will be recommending this place.

Cousins BMW sun roof exploded while on VAC. These folks dealt with insurance, ordered new glass and took care of everything. After a day with the car we heard air flow noise at freeway speed. Took it back to the shop and they fixed it up johnny on the spot. Id recommend them for anything they do based only on how great they were with the service follow up for us.

We have taken all our cars here to get their windows tinted.The guys here do an excellent job always and I haven’t found any problems with my last 4 cars (3 Honda Accords ELX and one KIA Optima Hybrid).As I have said, their work is superb with the tinted windows and you can expect them to last.Maybe more expensive than other places but the quality is much better too.Totally recommended if you’re looking to tint your car windows.

These guys know what they are doing! I have taken 2 of my in-laws cars in and they turned out awesome! I took mine in and they never cease to impress me. They even accept walk-ins if theyre not too busy, but in the summer they get busy and might have to schedule you a few days out but either way the wait is well worth it. Its as close to factory tint you can possibly get! The customer service is great and their staff is knowledgeable. I will be returning when i need my windshield replaced for sure!

Dropped my truck off. Left it to get tint and stereo done. Work was completed but there was a dent in my door that wasnt there when I dropped it off. They denied it. Stay away and her reply is a lie.

Our weather striping fell off due to the wind. We called a glass place which said we had to pay over 200 to replace the entire windshield since they couldnt replace it. We called Air Glass and Trim who said they could glue the trim back on today. We came in and they replace it immediately. I am very happy with the results. Please consider this company for all your Glass, tint & car audio & Stereo needs.

So I needed to replace the windshield on my 04 Alero and I was on more of a time budget then a financial one. I went to two different auto glass repair shops and called 3 others. None of them could get me in before 4pm and I had class at 6pm. Then I called A Touch of Air Glass & Trim. They said that they would have the windshield in by 2:30, but if I came in at 2, they would have my car ready for the new glass right when it got there. The price was more than reasonable. They were actually the second cheapest place out of the six that I had received estimates from. They were also very accommodating and friendly (I sat in the lobby and completed my math homework while I was there, clean and pleasant environment). Once my car was finished, they gave me a coupon for a free safety and emissions for the next time I need them done. Overall, I am more than satisfied with my experience with A Touch of Air Glass & Trim and would recommend them to anyone needing some work done.

Agree with other posters - Ive used them in the past and work has been hit or miss. One car was tinted beautifully, another had ripples and a loose door panel afterward. Getting them to honor their guarantee turned into an argument.Latest experience: Hours posted are 8-5pm. I rushed to get there at 4:40pm after driving down from American Fork to buy a gift certificate for my wifes Christmas present. Lights were on, but the doors were locked and parking lot was empty. Called inside, no answer. Not a soul around. Irked me enough I went someplace else.**Response from the ownerRod, we apologize for the experience. Rod, first let me say, we are not perfect, but we put all the efforts to do the best that we can. For example to close at 5 we start to close 4:40. We do a meeting to plan for the next day maybe you got there and nobody heard you but where you come from (location) its not related to our quality or experience. About the work, you came back (as you stated) because we did right. Again, we are in the process to get every day better, but its a process, its not perfect.With that said, how can we make this right for you?**UPDATE- Thanks for the response. My bad. As you clearly point out, I shouldve realized that your 8-5 hours as posted really means 4:40 and youre right, its not your fault that I drove all the way from American Fork. Ill keep both those things in mind the next time I call Ezra at New Image Tinting. I wont mention his impeccable attention to detail, the fact that his hours are 8:30-6, or that hes often found working with his doors unlocked much longer than that to accommodate those of us who work later than 4:40.

0 stars wasnt an option. I have been here in the past and they were awesome. However this time I took my brand new car in. (908 miles on it) I have tinted windows before and know the process. I even manage a shop and one of the head mechanics. It was a common mistake, but they accidentally tore the rubber weather stripping seal. I wouldnt care normally, but I could hear a lot more wind noise on the freeway, and thats not what I want with a brand new $30k car. Took it back, but they wouldnt take responsibility for it. They said it was a manufacturing defect but it worked driving it to them, and leaked whine u picked it up after. They knew the dealer would cover it as it was still new. So They said to go to the dealer, So I went to the dealer to fix it per their request, turns out the weather stripping piece they broke was mounted to the window and you have to replace the window as well. It was a 345 dollar part. I then took it back to them to have them tint the new window (only the 5x5 window) to have them turn around and charge me for it.... Again. Absolute garbage customer service considering I saved them 500 dollars in labor by going to the dealer in the first place. Not to mention I had to setup 2 appointments at the dealer, each taking 3 hours.As far as quality goes, they are a hit or a miss... I can see little scratches and imperfections in both my Windows, and ripples. The claimed it would go away within a week or so and its still there 4 weeks later.All I can say is if you go here, hopefully you have better luck then I did. Dont think since your paying a little more that your going to get a better service.

We had a windshield replaced and the trim around the window came off after about 9 months. It was on a road trip and it was flapping on the roof so I pulled it off and threw it away. Then when we called to have it fixed the lady said if we didnt have the trim they would not warranty the work. When I called she (Vicky) redefined rude. So if you want to be treated with a complete lack of respect (she will laugh and make fun of you with her coworkers before she hangs up on you) you found the right company.

Do NOT take your car here for anything! I bought a brand new Ford Raptor and the dealership recommended I go here to get paint protection film on the entire front end. When I picked it up, the job was terrible. There was dirt and debris underneath the clear bra, they did not go to any of the edges with the film, and they decided it would be smart to use an exacto knife to cut around the perimeter of all their work. My brand new truck now has scratches all over the front end and hood and has to be repainted. I had them remove the film and they decided to try and buff some of the scratches out themselves, without my approval. They went WAY too deep on a scratch and now the sealer and plastic is showing through to the point where the only way to repair it is paint the entire front end. I recommend going to Envision in Salt Lake, I now know that I cant trust anyone else with my cars. Thanks a lot, Air Glass & Trim.

Done a real good job tinting my windows

I returned to Air Glass & Trim after a great experience to only find a better one! I dont usually leave reviews but their customer service is great. I have now tinted 3 of my cars with them! Jeep Wrangler, Infiniti G35, and my Subaru Imprezza. Every time I go in I am extremely impressed by their customer service. The last time I was in they were replacing my windshield on my Subaru, I called many shops and they were by far the least expensive. I was able to get my car in the same day, and get it replaced in about an hour. Once it was done they charged me even less then what they had quoted me, and sent me on may way. I would recommend A Touch of Air Glass & Trim to anybody I have already sent several family members there.

My mother took her car into get her windshield replaced. That morning we went and got gas and she used her wipers and the windshield wiper cleaner jets. Worked just fine. After she got her windshield replaced and got her car back, the wiper on the driver side was broken. I was with her that mornimg and they were not broken. When my my mom went back to have them fix it, they blamed her for breaking it and blaming them. Dont use this company.

I had the worst experience and worse install here. Right away I told the owner my brand new stereo system didn’t sound right, in fact sounded like I had tin cans instead of a high quality pioneer new system... she resulted to being disrespectfully rude. She acted annoyed I was talking to her and told me I “need to read my instruction manual and fix it myself.” I am a female who doesn’t like to put together stereos and that is how come I went and paid a professional to do it but she was unprofessional on so many levels. All levels. During the whole conversation she felt the need to insult me instead of ask me probing questions or even double check basic work. Apparently I was asking too much for her so she made sure to tell me she needed to inconviense me to make my system sound decent, instead of treating me like she values her patrons and work to be somewhat helpful. She was so rude while I was never rude or disrespectful to her. Because I had no confidence in them fixing my system, not to mention the disrespect bullying and her seeming to enjoy inconviensing me... I had my friend help me and we found my new speakers were not connected right. Actually my left back speaker was not connected at all!!! In the front my left speaker only works after I drive over a big bump.This shop asked me what type of sound I like out of my stereo and they didn’t turn on some switch to make it so I have base to my speakers. Instead it captured all the high pitched sounds. Also, they installed too large of speakers so there is vibrating sound that made it hard to hear along with a tin can sound. They took no pride in their work. It was a rushed job they never double checked, never made sure it sounded right, in fact it was like the guy purposely put the settings to make the stereo sound horrible. They had my car for 5 hours. When I told the owner, who is a female, she treated me like a she is a major mysogonist.You are better off finding someone else who values and respects their patrons and wants to make sure the stereo doesn’t sound COMPLETELY horrible. It actually hurt my ears but the owner didn’t care... she just wanted her money. Apparently.

Its a requirement to tint all my cars windows. They did a very poor job. They dont pay attention to little details when they work. It almost felt like they rushed to get it done. Lots of mistakes when cutting the tint, to not cleaning it properly before installation. I wont be going back there again, especially when they are priced higher then other shops in the area.
