Every experience here has been fantastic! The eye appointments are thorough and everyone is friendly. I messed up something with my insurance, and Portland Eye Clinic went above and beyond to contact my insurance and help me fix the issue. Highly recommend in every way!

Was great all the way through, receptionist and doctor were both respectful and helpful and made sure the whole experience was easy, quick, and importantly clean.Edit: A month later and follow-up care has been excellent, they were helpful and understanding in dealing with a mistake that the glasses manufacturing lab made, and have providing free no hassle adjustments since receiving my new pair.

Totally disappointed in the staff has glasses 12 days no call i had to call them then pick up glasses and he basically tossed them to me no fitting just here, are you kidding me i asked do i even get a case, oh sure here..wow if your going to cater to just asian folks put a sign up no whites i never been treated with such disrespect from a business ive done business with twice before.. you are terrible people and i blame the top get ride of staff even if familyOr put that sign up

I took my 6 year old in for an eye exam. The person who saw her was just filling in, never introduced himself, had no idea where anything was. The person at the front desk was very short with us, not taking any time to explain anything, this was our familys first experience with someone needing glasses. After we had picked the frames, the lady said it would take 2 weeks for them to come in. On week 2, another lady called me asking to book an appointment for my daughter to get her exam, I explained we had already done that, that we are waiting for the glasses to come in. She said she would look for them and call me back, she never did. I then called on the 3rd week, and they said they would call the lab and call me right back, and never did. I called back 2 days later. Another lady answered and said she would look for them and call me back. She did call back and say they were in. We went in to pick them up, they had my daughter try them on. Mind you, shes 6. As she had them on, one lady was asking how they felt and before she could answer, another lady who was standing away from us said they look fine, they can leave. They did not adjust them or anything to make sure they fit behind her ears, or not to slide down her nose as she looked down. When we got home, she was just sitting in her room playing and one of the lenses had fallen out.This place was a referral, I will never go back again, the service was so unorganized. I never received an apology for taking 3 weeks on receiving the glasses. And the fact that they didnt take any time to explain glasses or even adjust them is very disappointing. I expect more out of this type of service, especially when its for a child!

The optometrists here know what they are doing and give great service. However, the prescriptions are extremely vague and hard to read. Normally, prescriptions show the cylinder, sphere, and axis. Mine was missing many crucial details, so Ive had to pull out old prescriptions and fill in the blanks. In addition, you constantly have to remind them to print you your prescription. Ive never had to remind other eye clinics to give me my prescription--it has always been a given.

Doctor was great.....the one staff person was no very helpful...still have not recieved my glasses though...

Highly Recommended!All I can say I wont be searching for another optometrist. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, attentive, caring and overall a wonderful doctor!

Great Doctor but needs a new set of staff. They take WAY too & they stare so much. I think it’s very rude that they speak their language throughout the entire shop. If you don’t understand English, you shouldn’t be working in an environment that is English speaking.

Dr. Tran was super kind and helpful down fall is they take along time. I waited 20 mins to be seen then over 30 mins to have someone get off their lunch to select glasses. Doesn’t seem professional.

Dr. Tran is very caring and took her time educating me about my eyes.

This is the worst eye clinic ever I have order my son glasses about 3 weeks ago and my son has Family care insurance and they said that he is not cover until December and I called my insurance and they said that my son is cover for a new pair of glasses and I called them back and they put me in hold for 15 minutes and just to tell me that they dont have his glasses in stock knowing that they order it 1 week before the first time I called and they still dont have anything now they are telling me that they will order it now about a month later and that they will try to call my insurance to get an authorization knowing that they should off done this the first time I call now I even offer to pay out of pocket because my son needs his glasses they even gave me a price of $30.00 and that they will be ready in 1 week so I call today and they still dont have. This is the worst clinic you could ever take your kids I dont recommend it at all please if you if you read this please go somewhere else this people dont know what the hell they are doing the people in the front desk are just getting paid for just sitting their not doing their job at all.*****I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL*****

Good eye clinic and I got a good glasses!

Coming up on a month that they have had my sons prescription order and have not received his glasses. I have called weekly and keep getting excuses. I want my sons glasses NOW. This is unacceptable.
